We felt extremely comfortable at the hotel – everything was beautifully prepared, and the staff were incredibly friendly. From the ambiance and service to the cleanliness, luxury, attention to detail, and even the food, everything was very well thought-out and professionally executed. We truly enjoyed our stay and still think back on it with great fondness.
The only downside was the spa: in our opinion, the treatments were overpriced and did not feel entirely professional. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

I am a returning guest to this hotel, 5 times in one year. I want to make this review very clear on the good and bad points.
The rooms were lovely, beds comfortable, cleaned every day. Bar staff amazing, friendly they work very hard! Pools are always kept clean. Drinks can be hit and miss depending who makes them sometimes really good, sometimes far too strong. Food was lovely, always tasty and cooked well. Restaurant was always clean and restaurant staff friendly and welcoming.
The reason today for my 3 star review is based on changes to the animation management. We came here 5 times this year and the manager Kareem was great, during our recent stay there was a change and a new animation manager took over. Firstly his English was horrendous I could never understand what he was saying. I found him very rude around the pool always on his phone and not engaging with guests. Even when he walks by just staring at his phone doesn't even say hello. He also made lots of changes to the animation program that was a disappointment to guests. I guarantee he will run this animation team into the ground he doesnt have the correct mindset to run this successfully. He doesnt like to see the animation team having fun with guests, far too strict. A few times I walked by and witnessed him speaking to the animation team in a bad way it wasn't nice to hear. I dont understand how someone who doesnt speak good English can become animation management. I tried speaking to him and he didnt even understand English let alone speak it.
The animation team Ahmed, Dima, Olivia, Lene, Saeed, Bondok, Nina and the rest are all amazing and work very hard but you can see they are becoming demoralised by the new animation manager. This hotel is a 5 star luxury hotel and is being run all wrong by the new manager. Its very sad to see him doing this. Hes the wrong kind of manager for a high end hotel like crystal bay. He doesnt understand the guests and what they like. After being at the hotel 5 times and also understanding the way a business works this is a really bad move employing this guy as the entertainment manager. His behaviour made me feel uncomfortable and certainly did not reflect the level of hospitatility I expected from my stay at the hotel. I hope my feedback is reflected as I would like to return to the hotel.

We have had wonderful days at Sunrise crystal bay. We stayed a few days in a private villa and a few days in a swim-up suit, both within (posh club) The villa was very luxurious and intimate. While the swim-up suit was incredibly delicious with its design and location, however smaller in size and a little more sensitive from neighbors and surroundings. The location is deliciously located in a small bay where only hotel guests can be. The whole location feels exotic, delicious and peaceful. Plenty of restaurants and food to choose from, the Turkish charcoal grill Mangal was the favorite. We were very nicely received and taken care of by Mina and his colleagues in the posh club restaurant. A big thank you to Sayed, Mohammed, Shahenda and Mina who made our week great. Inshallah

We have had a wonderful stay at hotel. I have not got one bad word to say about it. We definitely want to return in the future.
The rooms were very clean and spacious. They get cleaned every day and towels changed. Shoutout to Ahmed who decorated our room for my birthday.
The food was excellent, there are 5 al a carte restaurants which you can visit as many times as you want as part of the all inclusive. This is additonal to the main buffet restaurant. Mangal grill was our favourite and they decorated the table and provided a birthday cake for my birthday free of charge. You have to book the restaurants on the tui blue app the day before.
The pools were amazing and clean. The sunbeds were comfortable and plenty available for everyone. You don’t have to get up early to get a sunbed. The bar service was excellent and there is waiter service at the sunbeds by the pools. You get a towel card per person where you get clean fresh towels each day. You can also get a red flag to put by your sunbed so you aren’t bothered by sales people.
We purchased the romeo and juliet package in the spa. This included access to sauna, steam room, jacuzzi. We also had a full body scrub and honey mask followed by a 50 minute full body massage each. This cost €200 for 2 people which was great value for money as a massage alone was €71 each.
The beach was also great. Sea was warm and very clear. Loads of sunbeds around the beach too. We hired a cabana for $60 for the day which included lunch, a fridge of soft drinks and a safe in the cabana. You also get waiter service for alcoholic drinks in the cabanas and access to the posh club.
The animation team were all lovely. Shoutout to Fola and Bondok in particular. Entertainment was great the amphitheatre and the lobby was also really good with comfortable seats and live music.
The weather was also amazing, 26-28 degrees each day even with it being November. The evenings were slightly cooler but still warm. There are also loads of shops outside the hotel and senzo mall which is a short walk away.

I had an amazing experience at TUI Blue Crystal Bay. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and attentive service. The resort is beautifully maintained, with clean, spacious rooms and thoughtfully designed common areas that create a relaxing atmosphere.
The pool and beach areas were definite highlights — plenty of sunbeds, crystal-clear water, and a peaceful environment perfect for unwinding. The food was excellent as well, offering a wide variety each day with fresh ingredients and delicious options for every taste.
What impressed me most was the overall level of care from the team. Whether it was housekeeping, restaurant staff, or front desk support, everyone went out of their way to ensure guests had a great stay
