I stayed at SUNRISE Crystal Bay Resort and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism. Everyone was extremely friendly and always ready to help with a smile.
One of the highlights of my stay was the amazing food. The resort has several restaurants offering a wide variety of delicious and freshly prepared dishes – there's something for every taste. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the quality and selection were consistently excellent.
The whole atmosphere of the resort is relaxing and perfect for unwinding. The beach area is lovely, the pool is great, and everything is organized with care.
✅ I highly recommend this resort for couples looking for a romantic getaway, families wanting a fun and safe vacation, and even solo travelers who just want to relax and enjoy great service. I would definitely come back again!

Fantastic hotel. absolutely everything we needed for our holiday. rooms spacious and spotless. pools have both quite areas or areas with vibrant atmosphere from the brilliant animation team.
food in all the restaurants was fresh and great tasting with top service from all the staff. special shout out to Joe and Mano on the animation team for looking after us from the day we arrived. also special thank you to Emily in administration for arranging a special day on our wedding anniversary.

As an Egyptian family who doesn’t drink alcohol, we were honestly amazed by the huge variety of non-alcoholic drinks at Crystal Bay , it made our stay feel so thoughtful and family-friendly.
Our kids were over the moon with all the fun mocktails they tried! Their favorites were Aqua Joy, Coconut Splash, Breeze of Life, Yades Iced Tea, Meraki Iced Tea, Jalapeño Magness, and the colorful Sun Ray Benefits. Each drink was refreshing, delicious, and beautifully served , they still talk about how exciting it was to try something new every day.
We parents also appreciated the great selection of iced drinks and smoothies , especially the iced tea options and the fresh milkshakes from Thea’s Coffee Shop. They were always cold, creamy, and perfectly blended.
The bar staff at every outlet were so professional and welcoming. They always had a smile and even helped recommend non-alcoholic drinks based on our mood or the weather. That kind of service really stood out.
The coffee in the morning was excellent , rich, smooth, and well prepared every time. We loved starting our day with that kind of attention to detail.
It’s not always easy to find a resort where non-drinkers and families feel just as spoiled with drink choices, but Crystal Bay really delivered. Every outlet from the pool bar to the lobby and coffee shop made us feel welcome and taken care of.
Highly recommended for any families looking for an exceptional variety of non-alcoholic drinks, friendly staff, and a place where even the youngest guests get a 5-star experience

The perfect resort complex, with all staff very friendly and helpful as possible. We as a family have been here before and have returned again! We spent most of our day at the pool and at the pool bar, the staff at the pool bar have exceptional customer service and skill in making a wide selection of cocktails and mocktails. One member of staff who went over and above to accommodate and make our experience as best as possible was Mohamed Debas

We have had a great time here at the hotel. We have spent most of our days at the Oasis Adult only section of the beach. We have been very well looked after by Samir at the beach bar. He has continually bought drinks to us throughout the day and made the most delicious mocktails each day. The area is always clean and they work very hard, they always have a smile and say hello and bye when we leave. I find them very attentive. The food here is plentiful, huge variety and good quality. Especially the soups, these are delicious and creamy. The coffee is very good as well. Our rooms are lovely and clean and the resort has a very relaxed atmosphere about it. I would highly recommend
