Fantastic hotel. The grounds are immaculate, perfectly manicured lawns and beautiful flowers. The rooms are spotless, very large and the beds are comfortable. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, they work very hard and always greet you with a smile. I can be fussy sometimes with food and struggle to make a meal out of what's on offer at hotels but the food was amazing and the unlimited a la carte option is a bonus ! Everything was fresh and tasty, with plenty of variety. I didn't watch the entertainment but the hotel offers a large and varied programme throughout the day and night offering a mixture of fitness and fun in the day, to singers, dancers and parties at night. I would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed here 10 days and it has been such a fantastic experience. All the staff are super friendly and so accommodating. The rooms are spacious and restocked daily. The food is fantastic, there is always a good variety of food, especially for a picky eater like myself! The location is great, you’re only a few minutes from Senzo Mall and not too far from the Marina and Baazar, each place I highly recommend to visit if you get chance to! An all round fantastic place to go on holiday!

Our stay at TUI Blue Crystal Bay in Hurghada has been nothing short of outstanding! From the moment we arrived, everything has exceeded our expectations. The hotel is spotlessly clean, with so much attention to detail in every corner. Our bedroom is incredible – spacious, beautifully designed, and filled with all the amenities a family could possibly need. It truly feels like a home away from home, but with that extra touch of luxury.
The staff here are what make the experience truly unforgettable. A special shoutout to John Boy at the pool bar – absolutely incredible! His friendliness, energy, and service make every visit a pleasure. Another huge thank you to Olivia, who welcomed us so warmly from day one. She has gone out of her way to make our holiday special and is such an asset to the team – kind, genuine, and full of positive energy.
We are already planning our return because this hotel has made such a lasting impression on us. If you’re considering a stay in Hurghada, TUI Blue Crystal Bay is the place to be – you won’t be disappointed!

The staff are so friendly; they are all amazing and professional. Special thanks to the front desk and all the guys at the restaurant.
There are so many pools, and about four à la carte restaurants that require reservations.
The food is good in the main restaurants.
The pools are good.
The beach is nice for relaxation; there are no water activities.
Room service is on another level; they are astonishing. You get your water, beer, and all the soft drinks renewed every day.
We had a great stay thanks to all the staff. It was not our first stay, and surely not the last

We had a really good stay and were at the beach every day. Very friendly personal at the Oasis Bar. We can recommend this to everyone, 10 out of 10! Every morning we started with some really good coffee. After that we had lovely cocktails. Kiss on the beach and the Cuba Libre were definiteley the favourits. The iced coffees were also very tasty. Oasis beach made our stay really delightfull.
The rooms are very clean, like everything on the resort. Everyone is very friendly and everyone is taking the time to make a friendly talk. We were really surprised that even the managers took time to walk to the beach and ask everyone is everything is alright. The food was really good.
We are definitley coming back to this hotel and would recommend it to everyone!
