We've just arrived home from our second visit to TUI blue crystal bay.
The resort is absolutely beautiful with it's own private beach and manicured gardens.
Thank you to everyone that helped make sure we had a fantastic time.
El Chef Hamada and his amazing team who prepared an array of gorgeous hot and cold dishes in the main buffet recipe and the rest of the Al a carte restaurants too.
They'res something for everyone during the day Boules, table tennis, volleyball and all kinds of aerobic type of activities.
It's a little noisy at times but it doesn't go on for long.
I believe they are starting refurbishment as we saw a bit going on, it needs it hence my 4* for the room. It was kept clean by housekeeping about the bed linen changed regularly.

This is my second stay at Sunrise property, and it is always exceeds my expectations! Room is very spacious, clean, has all the amenities. Cleaning stuff is always on top of their game, making sure our stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Food and drinks aspect is amazing as well, with great variety of food options (buffet or any other specialty restaurants) with quick service and a smile. I've used spa facilities this time (hammam scrub and massages) which were on par with high end places. All in all, great resort if you want to unwind and enjoy your vacation.

We’re having a very good relaxing stay at Crystal Bay Resort. We love it in the adult only beach area as it’s nice and peaceful and can see lots of fish in the water below. We are also experiencing excellent service from Samir in the oasis beach bar! He always makes sure we have a drink and we have many lovely chats with him. Best beach bar ever! The food is great, our favourite restaurants are the Turkish BBQ and the Indian. So good! The rooms are large and spacious with a nice balcony overlooking the gardens so a great view! All the staff are very friendly and welcoming and the gardeners work so hard to make the gardens look amazing 🤩

We have just returned from a one-week stay at TUI Blue Crystal Bay as a family with two adults, two children (ages 3–8) and a baby, and it was without a doubt the best hotel we have ever stayed at in Egypt. We have visited Egypt around 10 times before and stayed at many different hotels, but from now on we won’t choose anything else.
The food was absolutely amazing, and we genuinely looked forward to every single meal. The staff were highly professional, friendly, and extremely service-minded, without ever asking for or hinting at tips. The drinks were top quality and served in proper glassware – not plastic cups, which is often the case with all-inclusive resorts.
All pools were fully heated during the winter season and kept very clean. The beach is located in a sheltered lagoon, so you can relax comfortably out of the wind. This is not a very child-focused hotel, but they do make an effort to provide activities for children. A huge bonus is the free access to the sister hotel’s large water park, which is also fully heated and of excellent quality.
Overall, this was the best trip we have ever had to Egypt.
The only small downside was that despite requesting a ground-floor room, we were given a room on the first floor without an elevator, meaning we had to carry a stroller up and down the stairs several times a day.

Here now with my husband for our 51st wedding anniversary. First time in Egypt. Hotel decorated our room on the day and decorated our breakfast table with flower petals then again in the Indian restaurant with hearts and a cake and a song.
Loving our time here. The hotel is just beautiful, the grounds are amazing. Fantastic amount of places to eat. 5 Al A Carte that are free and another fish restaurant that you pay extra for. Staff are all welcoming and happy.
Only downside is the beds are really too firm and we wake up with aching legs and backs and so are the pillows. The entertainment is quite poor in the patio area , we haven’t managed to catch a show in the theatre yet because of dinner reservations. Nothing going on after 11 pm, a bit early for us on holiday.
Shout out for Mizio( entertainment) very friendly and our wonderful waiter by the pool Ahmed Mohamed .
We will definitely come back here , hopefully with the rest of our family. We usually go to the Canaries several times a year but think we will be switching to Egypt for the fantastic weather and hospitality.
