We have just got back from 10 nights here and we are already looking to come again. We thought the resort was brilliant for families with so much to do from the little slides to the big slides, fun fair, pools and the beach. We loved that the beach also included Sunbeds, food and drink. The hotel is so clean and the staff are friendly. There are plenty of options for food and drink and the entertainment is brilliant especially the Neverland show. My daughter loved seeing all the characters as well. We cant wait to return.

Just returned from a 2 night stay. After a truly dreadful check in experience, room wasnt ready till after 3pm and then being left towards around looking for our room with our luggage, things got better. We have stayed at Jungle over 10 times and now you have access to all 3 hotels, its a mammoth selection. Service and food was great. Entertainment of an evening in the hotel was excellent. The new Jungle reception and various restaurants look brilliant. We feel they have sacrificed many bars for the inclusion of all the impressive VR equipment, obviously aimed towards children. Overall a great 2 nights.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the hotel and couldn’t be happier with our experience. We were three adults and one child, and it truly felt like the perfect place for all of us.
What we loved the most was that there was so much to do for both adults and children that we never felt the need to leave the hotel. There were plenty of fun activities throughout the day and evening, for all ages, which made every day exciting and enjoyable.
The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service at all times. We felt very welcomed and well taken care of during our entire stay.
The cleanliness and hygiene at the hotel were outstanding. Everything was well maintained, and it really added to the comfort of our stay.
We also really appreciated the wide variety of food. There were so many options to choose from, and something for every taste, which made every meal a great experience.
Overall, everything was perfect. We loved our stay so much and would definitely love to come back again in the future!

Fantastic hotel and site for families with young children and teenagers, water parks are varied, something for all ages. Plenty of restaurants, typical buffet fare, but if good quality. BBQ stations are great fur tasty meat. Approach to serving food could take some rethinking, long queues in some restaurants. Rooms are a bit tired but spacious. Some areas of the hotel are noisy at night so be mindful of your closeness to a bar.
Day time temperatures in early March were great, drops off quickly in an evening so layers required if watching a show.
For what it cost it's overall great value.

it was really good. how to make it excellent?
- rooms are a bit too loud in the evening, especially when having kids and being around areas with music or attractions
- buffet queue can be long and it is extremely frustrating to see people taking a full plate so that others have to wait for refill and then they do not finish their plates. it makes me sad and angry at the same time. there should be a fine for this.
- wait times for ice cream were long, there should be more than 1 station or employee.
- rooms are a bit dated
- map should include more information like opening hours or slides and restaurants
- there should be information about the needed reservation for the evening events somewhere (map?)
- checkin and -out werent so smooth. lack of information. employees seemed stressed
- maybe: borrowing inflatable toys for the pools might be great
overall people were very friendly, even when busy. was a great stay! thank you!
