A wonderful hotel in every way. Absolutely beautiful and with its own private beach. The food was excellent, plenty of choice in the buffet, but also a variety of restaurants in the hotel to choose from. We ate in the Asian and Mexican Restaurants and both were fantastic. The beach is very clean and the views from it were breath taking. Plenty of bars and restaurants around the beach area, which meant that you didn't have to go far for lunch or a drink! The staff at the hotel were amazing, very attentive, friendly, and genuinely couldn't do enough for you. They were very kind and are a real asset to the hotel. I did use the Spa and booked three massages during my stay. The therapist, Ola, was wonderful, very kind and did wonders for my tired, stressed body. I felt so much better after three sessions with her. Our housekeeper, Salah, was always very friendly and kind, and we loved seeing his towel decorations every day!
Sincere thanks to Zizo for looking after us during our stay. He was a fantastic asset to the hotel. He kept in touch with us often to make sure that we were enjoying our stay, and sorted out restaurant bookings for us and a lunchbox for our day trip to Cairo, which was really appreciated. I would describe the hotel as a paradise - it was such a relaxing place to be for a week. We cannot wait to return and next time we will be staying for longer.

This is our 6th stay at the hotel and it never disappoints! From checking in to all the staff are amazing. The animation team keep everyone entertained during the day and evening and take time for each and every person..the reception staff, guest management and room cleaning staff are always available to help accomodate. The restaurants, all restaurant staff, waiters, bar staff and pool and beach staff are excellent! We love our second home!

Everything is fantastic. Al’acart retraunts are all lovely and can’t do enough for you. We have stayed at the sunrise royal makadi 5 times prior and the standards are very similar here. We wanted to try garden beach as it has more around it. Will definitely return. We stayed in 9303 and it was always cleaned well by Mohamed and he was always very pleasant in passing. There is plenty to do we especially loved the archery with Victor. Recommend to everyone.

I recently visited Mamlouk Resort in Hurghada, and overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. The resort has a beautiful layout, with wide open spaces, a long sandy beach, and large pools that are perfect for relaxing or spending time with family. The atmosphere is lively, and there’s always something happening, whether it’s music, entertainment, or activities around the pool.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with balconies that give a great view of the pool or garden. Housekeeping did a good job keeping everything tidy throughout my stay.
The food experience was good, with several restaurants and bars to choose from. The buffet has plenty of options, although it can get a bit repetitive, but the à-la-carte restaurants help add some variety. The staff in the dining areas are friendly and work hard, especially during busy times.
One of the strongest points of the resort is the service. Most of the staff are polite, helpful, and genuinely interested in making guests feel welcomed. The animation team also adds a lot of fun to the environment with games, shows, and evening entertainment.
If there’s one thing to keep in mind, it’s that the resort can get quite crowded, especially around the pool and dining areas, so you may need to go early if you prefer quiet spaces. But that’s expected in a large, popular, all-inclusive resort.
Overall, Mamlouk Resort offers great value for the price — beautiful beach, good food, friendly staff, and a full resort experience. I would recommend it to families, couples, and anyone looking for a fun and relaxing holiday in Hurghada.

I recently stayed at this resort, and my experience was truly memorable. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff made every moment comfortable.
The food was one of the highlights of my stay. Each meal was well-prepared, fresh, and full of flavor. The buffet offered a wide variety of options, and the chefs paid attention to presentation and taste. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, there was always something delicious to enjoy.
The wine selection was impressive. They offered both local and international wines, and the bartenders were knowledgeable enough to recommend the perfect match for my meals. Cocktails were nicely mixed, refreshing, and beautifully presented.
The entertainment team was lively, friendly, and very engaging. There were fun activities during the day and exciting shows at night—music, dance, and performances that kept the atmosphere vibrant. They made sure guests of all ages were involved and entertining.The service at the hotel was excellent. Staff members were polite, attentive, and always willing to help. Rooms were cleaned regularly, check-in and check-out were smooth, and any request I had was handled quickly. Their professionalism added a lot to my overall stay.
