The hotel exceeded all of our expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The location was perfect, with stunning views and easy access to all of the city's top attractions. We especially loved the delicious breakfast and luxurious amenities. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic and comfortable stay.

Amazing hotel, can't recommend it enough, delicious food & drinks, adult-friendly, amazing staff (shout out to "Disco Time" Kareem and room guy from 25303).
We were a group of 20 people and booked 10 rooms at this hotel for 7 nights, between 20 & 27 September 2025. We did it based on the good reviews, and I can say they were well deserved. Except for one couple, who got their room at the neighbour hotel (Sunrise Garden) and were a little bit upset about it, none of us had any complaint whatsoever for our entire stay. I want to start with the staff, in case the review is too long and you don't reach the end. The entire staff, from the reception to waiters, from the room boys to the cleaning personal, were EXCEPTIONAL. They were very kind and considerate, they were sociable and friendly without being harassing, they were funny, always smiled, always treated guests like it was their home. Big shout-out to our room guy (I forgot his name, but we were in room 25303, so if the management sees this, please take him in consideration) and to Kareem from animation (the guy who always yelled "DISCO TIME). They raised our spirits everyday and made us feel like home in that beautiful place. The food from the main buffet and the other restaurants that you have to book (we only been to mexican, spanish & asian) was delicious and very pleasantly presented, really restaurant-quality. What we did not like about the buffet was that at breakfast, in Romania at least, we are used to good meat cold cuts, like bacon, ham, sausages and others alike, which in my opinion they did not have (we personally did not like any of it, maybe it's specific to Egypt and just did not sit well with us), but anyway, it compensated with a lot of diverse dishes, for all tastes (the fresh omelette that the kind lady made in front of us warmed my heart each day). The drinks were delicious as well, cocktails had alcohol and tasted like real cocktails. We are heavy beer drinkers, and I can say the beer was ice cold (at some bars) and had a good taste, but you don't get the buzz from it, it' really light. The entire vibe of the hotel was amazing, the fact that they had the pool split into to sections (one silent, no music, only chilling) and the other more animated (with music, animation, water polo, volley) was an exceptional idea. One thing we feared of was the kid animation program, but unexpectedly, it was well done, at the neighbour hotel where the aquapark is mostly, and at evening at the main stage, but the music was not loud.

We've just returned from a wonderful week at Sunrise Mamlouk Palace Hotel and couldn't be happier with our stay. The food was excellent every day, always a wide variety of dishes to choose from, and all-day refreshments were readily available.
Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and cleaned thoroughly every day. The entire hotel was spotless and well maintained, the staff were consistently kind, friendly, and eager to help, they really made us feel welcome.
One highlight worth mentioning is the hotel gym. We've stayed at many resorts before, but this is by far the best hotel gym we've experienced. Well equipped, modern, and clean.
Overall, Sunrise Mamlouk Palace Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hurghada.

This was my second visit to this hotel as it’s one of my favorite places, and overall my family and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff are mostly excellent, friendly, and the animation team did a great job (special thanks to Mido). Food is usually very good, and snacks are great.
However, I noticed some details that gave me the impression of slight neglect compared to my first visit. My booking request for a king-size bed was changed to two singles pushed together. On the first night, the main restaurant had an unpleasant smell and some dishes were not clean, and one staff member reacted with annoyance when we raised this politely. In the Asian restaurant, the glasses were not clean either. Restaurant reservations were very difficult, always full, and I only got help after asking reception. Room service could also improve: shower gel was not replaced, glasses not changed, and unfortunately, on the last day, I found a cockroach in the bathroom. Also, the bathroom door once got stuck while I was inside; the team responded quickly to open it, but it was never repaired until we left.
Despite these issues, I still love this hotel, and I hope management takes these comments seriously to maintain the high standard that makes me want to come back. I will definitely return again.
