The best hotel i visited!!! Amazing place, delicious food and fantastic people. Breathtaking shows on the arena, i never saw such a performance. Hotel really pays attention to details, everything was prepared perfectly and it was very fun. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and really pretty. Big choice in foods, everyone will find something for themselves. A lot of activites to do, so you won't get bored easily. I will definetly come back next year!

We have been staying at Sunrise Mamlouk Palace Resort for one day so far with our two children, aged two and four. Overall, the resort has many positive aspects. The hotel grounds are very spacious, beautifully maintained, and clean. The buildings have a charming local style, and it is also a big advantage that guests can use many facilities of the neighbouring Garden Resort, which we actually find even a bit nicer in some areas. Another very positive aspect is the wide choice of restaurants, which gives guests many different options during their stay. We also appreciate that there is a dedicated kids’ buffet area, which is a nice feature for families with young children.
Our family suite is very large, which is great when travelling with small children. However, the room is quite basic, unfortunately very noisy, and the terrace door is difficult to lock properly. The single beds are also extremely hard, which makes sleeping rather uncomfortable.
The main reason we chose this hotel was the aquapark. Unfortunately, this has been the biggest disappointment for us so far. Our children are not allowed to use the larger slides, which is understandable from a safety perspective. However, parents are also not allowed to go down the slides with small children on their lap. For families with toddlers, this makes it very difficult to enjoy the aquapark together. In other family hotels we have visited, this was possible on suitable slides, so we were quite surprised and disappointed by this rule.
The medium slides would technically be allowed for our children, but unfortunately they get stuck on them. In the toddler area, a lot of water comes down from above, so the small slides are hardly used by our children or by many other families.
The resort itself is generous, attractive, clean, and has a lot of potential, especially for families. However, based on our experience after the first day, the aquapark experience and the room comfort have not fully met our expectations.

They really made our stay unforgettable. Every day they were energetic, friendly, and enthusiastic. The activities were fun and varied for all ages, and the evening shows were professional and very entertaining. You can clearly see they do their job with passion and always bring a smile.
Overall, an amazing hotel with a wonderful atmosphere. We had a great time and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mamlouk Palace. The location is beautiful, and the entire atmosphere of the resort is just perfect for a relaxing holiday.
What truly stood out to us was the staff — incredibly friendly, kind, and always willing to help. They made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. Traveling with children can sometimes be challenging, especially since our kids don’t always feel comfortable quickly, but here they felt at ease almost immediately. That really meant a lot to us.
The service throughout the hotel was excellent. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, the swimming pools were clean and well-maintained, and we especially enjoyed the amazing cocktails by the pool — a perfect way to unwind.
We also booked several excursions through the hotel, and they were fantastic experiences. Do keep in mind that excursions booked at the hotel are about twice as expensive compared to booking them elsewhere, but they were well organized and convenient.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay — the hotel, the people, and the surroundings all exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend Mamlouk Palace for a relaxing and family-friendly vacation.

Our stay at Mamlouk Palace – Sunrise Hurghada was more than wonderful and truly unforgettable, especially as we were celebrating our second wedding anniversary.
The atmosphere was amazing, full of positive energy and kindness. The room decoration was beautifully done and very special. A huge thank you to Karim for his exceptional care and attention — from before our arrival until the moment we left. His dedication to our comfort made our stay a truly memorable experience.
Special thanks to Mr. Ali at the Mexican restaurant for his wonderful spirit, great energy, and excellent service. Also, thank you so much for the anniversary cake at the Italian restaurant, which was a lovely surprise.
The hotel itself is outstanding. The heated swimming pools were absolutely fantastic. Many thanks to the team at Shahrazad Restaurant, especially Mr. Mohamed, for preparing a special pineapple dish just for us, and for the Roquefort cheese that was thoughtfully sent to our table by Mr. Salah.
A special thank you as well for the excellent French coffee at the main bar — it was truly exceptional.
Overall, it was a perfect and memorable stay. Thank you to everyone for making our anniversary so special. We will definitely come back!
