At first glance, the resort is absolutely beautiful the kind of place that catches your eye instantly. The beach was great, activities were well-organized, and the entertainment team (including kids’ activities) did a wonderful job. The staff were kind and helpful, truly some of the best parts of the hotel.
However, once you look a bit closer, there are some areas that need improvement. The rooms were not as impressive as the overall appearance of the resort. The main restaurant offered a lot of variety, but the quality was inconsistent. Fish dishes were good, salads were fresh, and desserts were decent, but the chicken was unpleasant (strange bits in almost every bite), and the meat lacked flavor.
Hygiene could also be better. While sanitizers were placed everywhere — even on tables — the actual cleaning didn’t seem thorough, so surfaces were sometimes still dirty.
Overall, everything looked perfect at first, but when paying attention to the details, there were noticeable shortcomings. Still, with its beautiful setting, friendly staff, and fun activities, the resort has strong potential if it improves room quality, food consistency, and cleanliness.

The hotel was fantastic – delicious food and great drinks. Every evening there was an amazing show, and my favorite was the Arena Party. The animators were incredible, always bringing energy and fun. I especially enjoyed the archery activity, which was a unique experience. Honestly, it was such a fun and memorable stay!

We stayed as a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids, 11 and 14) and had a fantastic time. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The omelet station lady was our favourite—she always greeted us with a big smile and made breakfast extra special. The food was delicious with a wide variety, the cakes were divine, and the slide park was such fun for the kids. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable—we’ll definitely be back!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel in Egypt. All the staff members were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety at every meal. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed. The sea is stunning – crystal clear and perfect for swimming or just enjoying the view.
A special mention goes to the animation team – they were super fun, energetic, and made every day more enjoyable with their activities and good vibes. I would definitely come back again!

It was a truly wonderful stay, and we enjoyed every moment and detail of it. The place felt special, and the atmosphere was amazing — thanks in large part to the animation team, who were incredibly friendly and energetic, especially Luca, Boda, and Victor. They really went out of their way to keep everyone entertained.
The restaurant was also impressive, with a great variety of delicious, high-quality food every day.
I’d also like to mention Ali from the housekeeping team — he was very professional, polite, and did an excellent job keeping everything clean and tidy.
I’m definitely planning to come back here again soon and will gladly recommend it to friends and family.
