I had a truly amazing stay at Mamlouk Sunrise Hotel!
From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism.
The rooms were spacious and clean, the facilities were excellent – especially the pool and the beach.
The food was delicious with a wide variety to choose from.
My daughter had a wonderful time as well, enjoying the activities and the overall atmosphere, which made the trip even more enjoyable for us as a family.
I sincerely thank the hotel management and the entire staff for making our stay so comfortable and fun.
I’ll definitely be coming back again, and highly recommend this hotel to anyone – especially families with kids – looking for a relaxing and high-quality experience.

It was an amazing vacation to remember for years. We wanted to forget about our boring, stressful routine and the resort exeded our expectations. Everything was amazing , especially the staff , they surprised us with a special romantic dinner the first day of our arrival without a request from us. Therefore, we would like to give our warmest thanks to Mr. Alaa, the hotel GM, Mr Hamada, restaurant manager, and chef Reda for their amazing hospitality. Also all workers there were very nice and helpful. Not to mention the miserising architecture. It was just beautiful. The room was so comfortable, atmospheric, and clean. I would definitely come again and recommend it to all my friends.

Arrived with my wife at 12am and was given a room with 4 single beds in. So straight back to reception to be moved to a room right behind the animation stage which was very noisy. They did give me the option to move again the next day to a quieter room, which we did, only to be woken up by the sound of dripping from the AC through the ceiling on to the floor. Called reception and no response for half an hour so had to call again. Finally somebody arrived and after another hour it was finally fixed.
We also had issues with our key card with our new room, which resulted in us being locked out at times and had to call reception for them to then come change the batteries in the card reader inside the door.
We were compensated with free late check out which we thought was fair.
Other than these issues the food was outstanding and so were the drinks. The private beach is lovely and the sea was beautiful and filled with life.
The hotel is very clean and the staff are super friendly. I would 100% return. It’s a real shame about the room as I really did enjoy the rest of my time here. Thank you

Wonderful welcome upon arrival and looked after by Management and Great entertainment team. Fantastic food in the 5 international restaurants as well as the buffet. Snacks and drinks available throughout the day. Although they serve "local drinks" the beer and wines were superb. Restaurants and staff professional and very friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel.
