Our stay at the Steigenberger Aldau Beach Hotel in Hurghada has truly been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality, and that high level of service continued throughout our entire visit. The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful surroundings and immaculate facilities. The food has been consistently wonderful—varied, fresh, and delicious at every meal, catering to a range of tastes and preferences with care and creativity. What truly made this experience stand out, however, was the outstanding service provided by the staff. Our room was impeccably maintained thanks to Khalid, whose attention to detail and dedication on our floor made us feel completely at home. At the Aqua Park, Mohamed Ahmed went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well cared for—his attentiveness and friendly demeanor left a lasting impression on us. Equally deserving of praise is Omar, the lifeguard, who was not only professional and vigilant but also incredibly helpful and approachable. Their kindness, commitment, and personal touch elevated our stay to an entirely different level. Without these individuals, our vacation simply wouldn’t have been the same. They are a credit to the resort and to the Steigenberger brand. We leave with full hearts and lasting memories, and we will absolutely be returning. Thank you for a truly remarkable experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful resort. From the delicious food to the refreshing drinks, everything exceeded our expectations. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the staff—warm, professional, and always going the extra mile. Their hospitality is truly five-star and deserves all the praise! The hotel absolutely earns its 5-star rating, but there is one small detail that I hope management will reconsider: the two-in-one shampoo and conditioner provided in the rooms. For a resort of this standard, guests—especially women—really appreciate having separate, high-quality hair products. It might seem like a minor thing, but it genuinely makes a difference in the overall experience. Whoever made that call may not realize how much women notice (and grumble about) this kind of thing! Other than that, everything was perfect. We can’t wait to return!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Steigenberger Aldau Beach Hotel. My wife, our 3-year-old daughter, and I enjoyed every moment of our time there. The hotel offers an incredible experience for both adults and children. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, exceeding our expectations. The hotel staff was exceptional—always friendly, attentive, and professional. Our daughter especially loved the kids’ club and the pools, and we were able to spend quality time together as a family throughout the day. The variety and quality of the food were fantastic, with something to suit every taste. All of these experiences made our vacation unforgettable. It’s definitely a place we’d love to return to, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

If you enjoy peaceful and quiet vacation then this place is ideal for you. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Room service is good. One thing to note - toilet door (in room) is made of class and there is not much privacy. Breakfast was super. Note: all- inclusive does not give you access to whole list of bevarages. Some drinks are for extra cost (import alcohol). There is no animation team and as far as we know then there is no evening entertainment. You have to go to another hotel for evening shows and all drinks are for extra cost.
