My husband and I just came back from 2 weeks in the Aladdin Beach Resort and it was an amazing hotel. When we arrived we got a free upgrade to a deluxe room which was amazing. From the moment we arrived until we left the staff couldn't do enough the food was great only thing was the entertainment was a bit repetitive would be great to have karaoke. There was everything you need in this holiday beach was amazing, pools we great plenty of places to eat the Japanese restaurant was an amazing experience. We are now looking to go back next year this place is great for families etc. Thank you to the staff of the Aladdin for giving us an amazing holiday

Very nice Hotel for families. Rooms, Service and food ist quite good.
We spent 2023 and 2025 our vacation at Aladdin Beach resort and it was amazing.
We recognized a lot of renovated areas and little things.
Our Kids of course loved the possibility of the water Park with all Kind of water slides.

I stayed at Aladdin Beach Resort with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.
During our stay, an extremely unpleasant incident occurred on the playground. Another guest physically hit my child in the face without any reason. Despite reporting this serious situation to the hotel management immediately, no adequate action was taken. To this day, the hotel has not contacted us with any official statement or sent us the incident report by email, as promised. This complete lack of responsibility and respect for guests’ safety is simply unacceptable.
Regarding the facilities, the rooms are in urgent need of renovation. The bathroom was in terrible condition – the sink was loose and unstable, the water tap in the shower was falling off, and the overhead rain shower did not work at all.
The food was generally not tasty, with very limited variety and low quality. Additionally, near the playground there is an unsecured construction area for a terrace, which is a serious safety hazard, especially for children.
The hotel grounds themselves are quite nice and well-maintained, but the evening entertainment was extremely boring. The animation team spent more time encouraging guests to write positive reviews online than actually engaging the audience.
Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. The lack of proper response to a violent incident involving a child, combined with poor room conditions, unappetizing food, and safety issues on the premises, made our stay very unpleasant.

Our recent holiday was one of the most disappointing and frustrating experiences we have ever had. While we tried to find the positives, the sheer number of problems with basic service, hygiene, and facilities made our stay incredibly stressful.
Here is a breakdown of our experience:
Cons (The Overwhelming Majority)
• Shocking Service & Communication: The staff’s lack of training was evident everywhere. Waiters did not understand basic English words like “salad” or “the time.” Ordering was a lottery; there was a more than 50% chance the waiter would bring back whatever they remembered, not what you actually ordered. I asked for chicken and got fish. Another time, I asked for a beer and watched them give it to another man, presumably for a better tip. The attitude was often rude, with one staff member responding to a question with a blunt, “Yes, yes what?”
• Terrible Food & Drink Quality: The quality was appalling. I was served a RAW omelet on three separate occasions. When I asked for an espresso, I was given an instant coffee with more dry instant coffee sprinkled on top. The beer was flat and tasted like piss. The breakfast selection was extremely limited, and the a la carte sushi restaurant was so bad we had to go to the main buffet afterwards to get a proper meal.
• Hygiene & Cleanliness Issues: This was a major concern. It appeared someone was literally living in the lobby toilets. This meant they were constantly being closed for cleaning, but were still unusable and smelled like piss everywhere. The Kids’ Club toilet was also absolutely disgusting, with filth everywhere. Housekeeping was unreliable; they would frequently forget to leave towels in the room after cleaning. On one occasion, I had to call reception twice and wait two hours just to get a towel.
• Poor Facilities & Bizarre Rules: There was no cold water in our room; the tap water was always hot. The hairdryer would only work for 20 seconds at a time before overheating. The water park, a key attraction, inexplicably closes midday, kicking everybody out for lunch. Furthermore, they don’t serve beer there—only soft drinks and coffee.
• Unprofessionalism and Disregard for Guests: The issues started before we even arrived, with the airport transfer charging us £100 instead of the agreed-upon $100. Other guests were rude, leaning over your plate at the buffet or simply taking your sunbed the moment you walked away. We requested a late check-out and were told it wasn’t possible, yet no one checked into our room after we left.
Pros (The Very Few)
• Responsive Management: To their credit, whenever we raised a serious issue with the managers, they dealt with it straight away.
• Evening Buffet: The food in the main restaurant during the evening service was quite good.
• Kids’ Club Activities: The club itself was excellent for children’s activities. However, this comes with a severe warning: DO NOT let your child use the toilets there. They are horrifically unsanitary.
Conclusion: Do Not Go Here
Despite the managers’ efforts to fix individual problems, a holiday shouldn’t be a constant battle. The failures in basic service, hygiene, and quality were relentless. This was not a relaxing experience; it was a stressful and unpleasant one.
We will never return, and we strongly advise anyone reading this to save their money and book elsewhere. Avoid the disappointment.

Staff are extremely friendly and work hard to keep guests happy. Our room was decent, felt a bit tired and balcony doors wouldn't lock. Also had a random window between bathroom and living space. Lots of accessible facilities, shops with sensible prices and a waterpark very good for families. Small beaches with good sunbeds and large shading umbrellas.
As a small piece of advice, be mindful when you book day trips or excursions from the agents in the lobby that you won't be able to review them online. This means that you only rely on what they tell you which most of the times is not accurate. So try to book as much as you can online where people share their experience. Also online prices are hotel agnostic. Booking through agents mean that you pay a different price depending on the hotel you stay at. The cheaper the hotel the cheaper the trip price but always more expensive than online.
