In our last ten years of travelling for both business and vacation, this was the best hotel experience! The staff was phenomenal, beyond professional service. They accommodated a special request for birthday, topped it with their own gift of Cava bottle. Overall, the hotel was very clean, room was modern and comfortable, and very clean. They replenish a mini.bar with water, soft drinks and beer for free daily. Pull area is great and a bar staff was extremely friendly and fast despite ery hot weather and lots of guests. Breakfast selection was wide and everyone could find something. Even at 10:30am all the options were replenished.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with the restaurant experience standing out in particular. The staff were highly professional, attentive, and welcoming, making every visit enjoyable. Special thanks to the restaurant manager, Santiago, whose professionalism, leadership, and attention to detail truly made a difference. His approach ensured excellent service and a warm atmosphere. Overall, a great experience, and I would be happy to return and recommend this hotel.

My husband and I just finished our stay here and we had such a wonderful time! I am a manual wheelchair user, but declined a wheelchair accessible room as I really wanted to have a view of the port (wheelchair accessible rooms only have a pool view). However the standard room was totally fine for my needs and they even have shower chairs that can be delivered. We were traveling with our small dog and he loved the treats, dog bed and toy that were in the room upon arrival. The staff were friendly and helpful and made us feel at home.

INNSiDE treated me, my coworkers, and eventually my girlfriend with respect and grace through my near week-long stay. They accommodated my partner’s check-in mid stay and turned over our room nearly every day (and every time we indicted). Breakfast buffet was delicious every morning and they sufficiently switched up the sweet treats to keep us guessing. I highly recommend staying here!

Terrible and deeply uncomfortable experience at Innside by Meliá Mallorca. This is not a safe place to start at in Mallorca.
What should have been a relaxing stay turned into one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences I have ever had. On the night of May 09, 2026, the hotel staff and security made me feel unsafe, unwelcome and anxious.
A security guard approached us shortly before midnight about the outdoor area closing. We had no issue with the rule, but the way he spoke to us was intimidating, rude and completely unnecessary. This is a hotel, not a prison. Guests should be treated with basic respect.
The receptionist, Ani, was also extremely rude when we simply asked for a wine bottle opener. Even if the hotel could not provide one, there was no reason for the dismissive attitude, giggling and lack of professionalism.
Later, while we were quietly playing cards in the lobby, security was called again. A guard asked us to move, then insisted I show ID to access my own room while other guests were walking in without being stopped. This made me feel singled out and humiliated. He also refused to give his name and appeared to joke about the situation with the receptionist.
The entire experience felt hostile and completely below the standards expected from the Meliá brand. Hotel staff and security should make guests feel safe, not intimidated or mocked.
I have asked management to investigate and review the security cameras. Until this is addressed properly, I cannot recommend this hotel. You're not safe here. Be careful. A vacation should not end with a guest feeling anxious and unable to sleep because of the behavior of hotel staff.
