Very family friendly, they are v welcoming to children
Hotel was exceptionally clean EXCEPT pool. Half of main pool was filthy, black stuff floating around, grout black. We stayed over the other side of pool.
Cleaning staff, bar staff, kids club were superb and friendly. Big endorsement for Julia in kids club who was amazingly thoughtful, friendly, kind to all the children. She deserves a promotion. All kids raved about her.
Reception staff were a mix. Some very nice but ladies there were disinterested and rude. Dining staff were friendly overall and admirably hard working.
BUT food in all inclusive Breakfast and Dinner was shockingly poor. It was poor quality, meat like leather, poor variety, definitely kitchen/chef needs a complete overhaul and quality review.
A gripe I would have is though there was ample water, juice, tea and coffee available at breakfast as you would expect… there was non available for dinner… there was just a counter where you were expected to pay for all drinks… this is obviously a trick to make money and is not fair.
Rooms were very nice and as expected… very well maintained.
Hotels location was perfect… you couldn’t ask for better in terms of amenities.
So overall…. Nice hotel except for food and cleanliness of main pool being most in need of improvement.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is perfect — less than a five-minute walk from the beach and close to all the main attractions, yet still peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were beautifully maintained, cozy, and cleaned thoroughly every day.
The staff truly made my stay exceptional. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. A special shout-out to the security man — such a wonderful person who made me feel safe and welcome throughout my stay. His positive energy and professionalism really stood out!
Overall, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. Excellent service, a great atmosphere, and an unbeatable location. I’ll definitely be returning to this hotel!

Myself and my wife booked one Sol Sea View Room for 3 nights, from 28 September to 1 October, 2025 through Agoda.com, reference no. 1901648730. We were allotted room no. 905.
We were expecting a decent stay but sorry to say that we were really harassed on the last night of our stay in your hotel. We had our flight early next morning, i.e. 02 October and had to leave the hotel at 09:25AM. Last night, suddenly at around 00:30 (12AM), two people barged into our room without any notice or knocking on door, one security guard and another staff of the hotel. We were scared at first and then shocked to see the whole room was overflowing with water upto the ankle. All our luggages, old cloths that we brought with us, souvenirs bought from Magaluf, newly bought cloths from Zara in Palma, cloths bought from Cala D'or got totally soaked in water and damaged. Even we were not allotted any other room until 2PM. Finally, after a lot of effort and follow up in the reception, we were allotted room no 124. However, there was no one to help us out to dry our cloths and items or to carry our luggages to the newly allotted room.
We asked for the Manager of the hotel but were told that the Manager was not there and we can speak next morning. Accordingly, we asked for the Manager in the reception at 9AM but were again surprised to not find the Manager until 09:25AM. We were forced to leave without talking to the Manager as we had a flight to catch.
This was totally unprofessional and unacceptable as they ruined our vacation experience after we spent so much money to be there all the way from India. We even had to travel next morning putting wet cloths on.
We suffered the following damages and losses:
1. Damage of new Zara dresses bought from Palma worth 77 euros.
2. Damage of souvenirs bought from Magaluf worth 63 euros.
3. Damage of new cloths bought from Cala D'or worth 48 euros.
4. Spent one night in a room of lower tariff (124, with no sea view).
5. We had to carry wet cloths in the suitcases to the airport with lot of additional weights.
Till today, we have not been paid any compensation even after they promised and our repeated follow-ups. Sticking a few photographs and videos for reference.

We stayed here for six nights at the end of September, which is the end of the season. We liked the hotel, but I don't think it deserves four stars. The staff are pleasant, helpful and respond quickly to requests. The food was not bad, but for some reason it was always cold.
The rooms are nice, albeit small, and the air conditioning works perfectly!
The cleaning staff are also very responsive, but for some reason they don't wash anything, don't change the bedding, they just change the towels, wipe the table, change the ashtray and take out the rubbish.
The only thing that marred our holiday was that for three nights in a row, our neighbours on the same floor tried to break down our door, drunk, banging and shouting. We didn't call reception because we didn't see the point.
Otherwise, the hotel is not bad, but personally, I didn't like the cold food. But the price-quality ratio is just great!

The hotel itself is nice. Not dirty all good. The pool is very nice and big but freezing. Just a waste of up keeping such a large pool when it is not enjoyable. I come on holiday to swim but I didnt swim much.
The food is the biggest let down for me. Some questionable quality all meats taste strange. Everything tasted cheap and wierd. Nothing is tasty not one thing. Also that is in no way a 4star buffet. They spread it real thin and put doubles out to fill the room. We stayed in a 3 star in ibiza and the food was better.
I dont recommend getting half board its a waste of money.
