We stayed here from 3rd - 16th September. We really loved this hotel, the staff were lovely and so friendly, particularly in the pool bar. Rooms were cleaned everyday and the food was great. My boyfriend loved the breakfasts. We went as a couple, but if you are a couple, or family with kids then the pool and activities are brilliant. Loved it and will come back. Also there was a really nice chilled vibe.......didn't want to go home. But will definitely recommend.

We stayed here for six nights at the end of September, which is the end of the season. We liked the hotel, but I don't think it deserves four stars. The staff are pleasant, helpful and respond quickly to requests. The food was not bad, but for some reason it was always cold.
The rooms are nice, albeit small, and the air conditioning works perfectly!
The cleaning staff are also very responsive, but for some reason they don't wash anything, don't change the bedding, they just change the towels, wipe the table, change the ashtray and take out the rubbish.
The only thing that marred our holiday was that for three nights in a row, our neighbours on the same floor tried to break down our door, drunk, banging and shouting. We didn't call reception because we didn't see the point.
Otherwise, the hotel is not bad, but personally, I didn't like the cold food. But the price-quality ratio is just great!

Stayed here for 5 nights from 28th September - 3rd October as a family with a 1 year old baby and absolutely loved the hotel! Rooms were cleaned daily which was lovely to come back to, walkable distance to beaches and plenty of bars/restaurants too. The pool was beautiful and very clean although quite cold! The beer in the bar was abit rubbish and flat, cocktails were nice and food in the snack bar and breakfast was lovely and lots of variety. My only negative was the entertainment. We got given an incorrect schedule for the kids stuff in the day and the staff couldn’t tell us when things were on or when it finished (actually finished at 4pm and the schedule said 7pm). The mini disco was from 9pm which was too late for my little girl, would have been nice to have something earlier for the little ones as there were lots there. Overall, a lovely hotel and would return.

We are just finished our stay at this lovely hotel. The staff are so friendly. The rooms are clean. Each day we did not want a room clean so I asked the cleaner on level 7 for fresh towels she was always so nice and smiling I do not know her name but she is a credit to the hotel.
The room was modern, only issue was the water from the shower coming out on to the floor but I find this with many hotels it is starting to make the door at the bottom rust away.
Overall I would definitely visit again I can’t complain about one thing. Thank you for a great stay.

Rooms are clean and modern, beds are firm, rooms are small but capable. Any more than a few days and would be frustrating and uncomfortable
service at the bar and restaurant is abrupt where it feels like your being inconvenient, no price lists (all qr code) which is inconvenient when stood at the bar. Drinks quality was poor, especially the sangria Vs the prices
Breakfast was nice, good choices and lots of food coming out. As I'd expect, so all good
Location is really good to beaches and bars
Car park is expensive at £12 per day for guests which is excessive
