Wonderful hotel, impeccable service,spotlessly clean and food amazing. Location great for walking to the beach and shops but unfortunately near a couple of bars that play loud music until 3am. The air con and the fact that you don't open the patio doors at night help to mute it a bit and it isn't the hotels fault at all. I would still compromise with that for all the fantastic things about this hotel and would go again but maybe take ear plugs!

In general the hotel is great. Everything beautiful and clean. Staff is nice and helpful, very kind to children. Location of the hotel is great, the beautiful long beach is 3 minutes away. There is long street with shops, bars and fun park with attractions for kids right behind the hotel. Bus stop right in front of the hotel.
The pool area is beautiful, very clean with small pool for kids and one big pool. If you want to find free sunbed, it is better to go after breakfast, because it is hard to find any free sunbeds in the afternoon, especially if you are in larger group.
Food was mostly delicious, I would welcome more vegetarian choices and after a week I started to get a little bit bored because meals were repetitive. Restaurant staff was very friendly, especially Mari, Amalia, Fatima, Marina, Amara, Antonio and Pedro, I am sorry, that I can't remember all names.
The biggest minus was noisy room. There is night club next to the hotel so if you have problem with sleep you will need earplugs. I knew about this problem from reviews, so I took that into account and packed one. Beds are very comfortable. We had a room with pool and sea view, it was quite small but clean. Chambermaids were very kind, always smiling and they always left room perfectly tidy.
Minidisco for kids almost every day and lots of different activities for kids and adults during the day.
We enjoyed our stay at hotel Said and we would like to come back one day.

Absolutely brilliant hotel!! Everything was great. Spotlessly clean, and every single staff member was friendly, polite, and professional. The bar staff in particular, Airiana, Ruben, Rafa, Francisco, Alexandro, just to name a few, were awesome. They are a credit to the hotel, and we hope management realise how hard they work and how much they improve the guest's experience. This goes for every staff member! The pool area is very well maintained, with plenty of sunbeds to choose from. The food was excellent, with everything from soups, to salads, to fish, to chicken.....you will not go hungry, that's for sure! The bed was very comfortable, but it is a little loud at night due to the location. Our time here was so enjoyable, we were very sad to leave. Muchos gracias!!!

The hotel was amazing . Clean fresh all the rooms are large no problem space wise. The staff can't do enough for you and so friendly. You go to the restaurant and as you put the knife and fork on the plate it's gone.

Our family and especially our 10- years old son liked this hotel very much: all dishes were tasty, personal very competent and friendly, both on the reception and at the restaurant. The whole territory is clean and green. Animation for kids and evening program was also nice. The only proposal from our side would be to use normal duvet covers, not like blankets, cause it was a bit inconvenient to sleep at night. We wish you success and thank you for a great vacation.👍💐☀️
