I’ve been here for a few days now, and I’m really enjoying my stay. The staff are friendly and always smiling — especially the housekeeping team and the reception. One of the receptionists gave me a great tip, and thanks to that, I enjoyed a beautiful day at Cala Pi Beach, with crystal-clear water, friendly locals, and a laid-back atmosphere.
I had to wait about an hour to get into my room — but the woman at reception gave me such a beautiful smile that I couldn’t be annoyed for even a second. I also noticed that two staff members didn’t seem very motivated, but honestly, those are just small things I happened to notice — everything else has been great.
The hotel is clean, the food is good, and there’s really no reason not to book this place. I’m staying a few more days because I like it here so much, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. It’s a great place to enjoy your time in Mallorca.

I stayed 2 days in another hotel and 2 days here — so I really got to compare the value for money.
From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. At check-in, there were three ladies at the reception who honestly looked like they didn’t want to be there. No smile, no “hola,” nothing welcoming at all.
And then the rooftop bar… even worse. As we walked in, the staff were talking about us in Spanish — about how we looked. What they didn’t know is… I speak Spanish. Tip: if guests walk in, don’t talk about them! Super unprofessional.
We sat there for 20 minutes, and no one came to take our order. Meanwhile, staff were taking orders from other people by the pool — just completely ignoring us.
After reading more reviews, I see I’m not the only one. Apparently, they prefer serving German-speaking guests. If that’s true, that’s seriously disappointing.
I still have one night left here, but honestly — for the price they charge, I’d definitely recommend staying somewhere

The review would have been better had it not been for the terrible service at the reception. 👎 If there were an option for zero stars, it would have been given. You don't give preferential treatment to some guests and make other guests feel unwelcome. It's unprofessional, unwarranted, and quite frankly gives off a 'mean girl' attitude. I say mean girl as it seemed to only be the women who were giving bad service with a bad attitude.
Before booking the holiday I read some negative reviews and thought I would give it a chance. It could have been a one-off, or they may have rectified the issue. I was very wrong. And this bad service really made a difference to the holiday.
I like to think that I am quite a friendly and polite person who has worked in customer service, so I try to be nice to everyone.
I was taken aback when getting some really bad attitudes from the ladies at the counter. Very obviously serving others before myself and having preferential treatment for German-speaking guests on more than one occasion. Could this be a coincidence between me and another reviewer, or is it likely that, for some reason, the people who represent the hotel and are your first port of call when you need help are probably the worst in behaviour and attitude?
They make rude gestures, mutter to each other and give funny looks.
On more than one occasion I went to the reception, and each time I was ignored and others were served before me. What's even worse is that it seems like this attitude also comes from the supervisors. The lady with short hair who seemed to be directing the other staff had no issue in directing the spare staff who came out of the back office to do anything but serve me. Including serving people behind me. In what world is it okay to do that? Is that not discrimination? Was I not dressed correctly? The right sex, colour, age? Was I from the wrong country?
They make you feel invisible and unworthy. Not really something you go on holiday for.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
I wasn't going to write this review but I don't think it's fair to pay that much money to stay in a hotel and be treated badly by the women at the front desk. It doesn't hurt to be kind. And if you can't be bothered then you shouldn't work at the reception where your number one job activity is to help people and make them feel welcome. 👎
I'm sorry for whatever has been done to the ladies at the reception for them to act with such animosity towards guests. It must have been bad. But you also need to be reminded that it's not a paying stranger's fault. 👎
Honestly it was that bad I'm considering making a formal complaint. I've read some reviews and it defo doesn't seem to be an isolated event. I can't seem to get my head around why it was so bad. And I've honestly started to think it was a race issue. How disappointing.

Our experience at this hotel was highly disappointing. The room was in poor condition—a torn dress due to a broken table with sharp edges was just the start. Despite multiple attempts to address this with the reception, the staff was unhelpful, dismissive, and kept telling us to wait, wasting our time. This caused us to miss our bus, forcing us to take an expensive cab.
The room issues didn’t end there. The hanger in the closet was broken, and the bathroom flush wasn’t working. Basic amenities like bathroom slippers, toiletries, and even a pen weren’t provided, requiring us to repeatedly visit the front desk for every small need.
Additionally, the food options were limited, with barely any vegetarian choices available, making dining a challenge. Overall, the lack of maintenance, poor service, and inadequate facilities made this stay frustrating and far below expectations. Would not recommend.

Gran Fiesta Hotel Mallorca: A Highly Recommended Beachfront Gem!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Gran Fiesta Hotel in Mallorca, and I can confidently say it's a very good hotel that I would wholeheartedly recommend. My experience was overwhelmingly positive, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit.
The hotel boasts excellent facilities and a prime location right on the beautiful beach of Playa de Palma. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having direct access to the sand was an absolute dream.
The staff truly stood out for their exceptional service. Every interaction was met with politeness and a genuine willingness to help, which significantly enhanced my stay.
One of the highlights of the Gran Fiesta is the availability of both sunbeds and Bali beds. While these popular amenities can sometimes be a bit challenging to secure, their presence adds a touch of luxury and comfort to the poolside and beach areas. It's worth getting down a bit earlier to claim your spot!
Overall, the combination of a fantastic beachfront location, great facilities, and incredibly nice and helpful staff makes the Gran Fiesta Hotel an ideal choice for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Mallorca. I will definitely be returning!
