This is rated as a 4 star but I would give it a 3. The staff are slow and not very helpful. You are missing a lot of basics that you expect of a 4 star. Everything needs renewing. The doors are creaky and rusted, the pillows are old and uncomfortable, the beds roll around the room, AC did not work it just blew out warm air what ever setting you put, the sun loungers are all broken and ripped. I would not recommend this place unless it is very cheap and you just need somewhere to sleep.

I think this must be one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to , the cleanliness of this hotel is top tire , as soon as you step into the hotel the perfume that welcomes you in already sets the expectation high the rooms are perfect and shower pressure in the bathroom amazing, the hotel offers 3 pools an infinity one , indoor and outdoor pool. The hotel is literally a 3 minute walk from the beach and there are a lot of restaurants around. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay

We booked this hotel for a family holiday in the low-season. Unfortunately 1 week before our arrival they booked us into another HM hotel, which was far away from the original place, not directly at the beach and the worse thing: very very family-unfriendly. Talking to other guest showed us that we were not the only ones who were rebooked and who had to suffer because of that. The hotel itself was nice, but that didn't change the general impression.

I do not understand why this hotel is not higher rated. I had a very nice room on the fifth floor with sea view. The staff at the reception and at dinner were very friendly and helpful. Both the location and the food were excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed myself, and will be back next time I am in the Palma area.

After staying in a not so nice HM hotel I was very apprehensive staying here. Luckily I was pleasantly suprised. The hotel decor is lovely, it's clean and spacious. The room we had was a nice size. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooftop views are amazing, but understandably was hard to get a sunbed. There's seating areas/drinks ready for a beautiful sunset up top. The hotel had plenty of places to sit and its not deathly quiet by playing nice music. Breakfast was nice and varied. The surrounding evening area isn't to our taste but the bus is 2euro into Palma. It's a German holiday town, but never the less much nicer than the party town next door, which is far enough away from this hotel. I wouldn't come to this area for a main holiday but for a short break/access to Palma its recommended. I would visit this hotel again.
