Had a great time here! The staff is really nice and the food is great, the location perfect with the beach directly in front of the Hotel and a Bus stop going to Palma and Arenal directly behind.
The rooftop bar and Pool and lobby was really nice and clean, the rooms however were less clean. Modern and aesthetically pleasing to look at, yeah, but some details were off. Little black spots of possibly mold in the shower, very thin bedsheets, and it was loud. If you’re a light sleeper, you will definitely need earplugs. Even with I never really slept well. Also to mention- I had to change rooms because I kept waking up with bites all over my body that were definitely not Mosquito bites. They only came over night and drove me crazy, and I was sure it was bedbugs. When I mentioned it at reception the lady did let me switch rooms as I asked for it, but never apologized or showed any concern, seemed more annoyed by my request. As soon as I changed rooms, the bites were gone- so, it definitely was bed bugs.
Besides that, I had a very pleasant stay. I’d definitely come again!

placed my suitcase on the old IKEA center table in my room, even though it weighed 15 kg. At night, it hit the floor with a loud noise from its feet. I reported the situation to the room cleaning staff and the receptionist. They said will sent a technician to do the repair. but not.After I left the hotel, they charge me 250 euros with my credit card, without my approval, for this old center table, which had apparently been repaired before me. I would have left with this coffee table standing using simple screw same as previous customer but this is not my style. ı strongly advise you that When you enter room at first time check the all old furniture in your room; probably some part of it is worn and they will pay you for it.
Hotel charge me 259 euro which is IKEA original price.not repair cost new furniture price

I’ve been here for a few days now, and I’m really enjoying my stay. The staff are friendly and always smiling — especially the housekeeping team and the reception. One of the receptionists gave me a great tip, and thanks to that, I enjoyed a beautiful day at Cala Pi Beach, with crystal-clear water, friendly locals, and a laid-back atmosphere.
I had to wait about an hour to get into my room — but the woman at reception gave me such a beautiful smile that I couldn’t be annoyed for even a second. I also noticed that two staff members didn’t seem very motivated, but honestly, those are just small things I happened to notice — everything else has been great.
The hotel is clean, the food is good, and there’s really no reason not to book this place. I’m staying a few more days because I like it here so much, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. It’s a great place to enjoy your time in Mallorca.

I stayed 2 days in another hotel and 2 days here — so I really got to compare the value for money.
From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. At check-in, there were three ladies at the reception who honestly looked like they didn’t want to be there. No smile, no “hola,” nothing welcoming at all.
And then the rooftop bar… even worse. As we walked in, the staff were talking about us in Spanish — about how we looked. What they didn’t know is… I speak Spanish. Tip: if guests walk in, don’t talk about them! Super unprofessional.
We sat there for 20 minutes, and no one came to take our order. Meanwhile, staff were taking orders from other people by the pool — just completely ignoring us.
After reading more reviews, I see I’m not the only one. Apparently, they prefer serving German-speaking guests. If that’s true, that’s seriously disappointing.
I still have one night left here, but honestly — for the price they charge, I’d definitely recommend staying somewhere

Don't be fooled by other reviews. The rooms are very small, and the wardrobe is non-existent, so there is very limited hanging space and no chance of hanging dresses. We have stayed at the sister hotel and would prefer. Cheap and chearfull nothings else.
