Get the breakfast buffet, it was extensive with pastries, an omelet bar, mimosas, espresso, fruits, cereal, etc. the mattress was comfortable and the balcony large enough to really enjoy the outdoors with a side view of the sea from room 226. Check out the sauna (reservations required and it closes by 7pm) and indoor pool, use the blue towels supplied in the room. The little touches of complimentary toiletries and bathrobe make the stay feel high end. I recommend it highly. I just wish the room was equipped with a fan for white noise and air circulation independent of the aircon/heating system. Close to the airport (take the A2 to stop 476) and steps to the beach, you can’t beat the location.

I had an amazing experience at THB El Cid. The location is unbeatable — right on the beach with beautiful sea views and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The rooms are modern, spotless, and very comfortable, with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of fresh options every morning. The pool area is beautiful and perfect for unwinding after a beach walk. I also loved how clean and well-maintained everything felt throughout the hotel. Overall, THB El Cid offers the perfect balance between relaxation and convenience. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mallorca!

Dining with a view of the sea was a daily treat. 📍 The location is unbeatable—right on the beachfront, with easy access to Palma and the airport. Perfect for morning walks, sunset views, and exploring the island. 🛏️ One area for improvement: all rooms seem to come with twin beds, which may not suit couples or solo travelers who prefer a queen or king-sized option. It would be great if the hotel offered larger bed configurations for added comfort and flexibility. Overall, THB El Cid delivers a wonderful blend of hospitality, cuisine, and coastal charm. With a small tweak to the room setup, it could be near-perfect.

Excellent. Everything matches the standard of the hotel. The room is spacious and bright. Cleaning and towel changes are daily, keeping everything spotless. The staff is polite, responsive, and helpful. It's located right next to the beach.

Great place to start and end your trip. We left to explore the island for several days and came back to end our trip. 1. CLEAN 2. Great Sauna 3. Pool overlooking ocean and people Path - great for people watching 4. Buffets - lots of choices, clean, super service 5. Location - beachfront, supermarket next door, cheap bike and water rentals.
