My wife and my stepdaughter stay at the Hotel THB El Cid – Palma in April 2023 and they thoroughly enjoyed their time at this lovely hotel. They both said that the staff were all very nice and helpful, the hotel was excellent with very clean rooms and great meals. Even though I did not stay at this hotel, am writing this review because I arranged for flowers and a bottle of champagne to be delivered to my wife’s room, as it was her birthday. I got through to Beatriz on reception, and she was very helpful in organising this for me and I cannot thank Beatrix enough for her help and support, excellent customer service, sorry for the late review... 😊

Hotel is somehow ok. Front desk is helpful but booking activities is a mess. They told us the sauna is free but forgot to mention we have to book. Booking for massage is terrible. Customer shouldn’t know/ be impacted by a 3rd party company. We book through the hotel for a reason. The hotel desk tried its best to provide alternatives and solution but it’s a lot of issues. Rooms are nice, with a nice view. Breakfast is ok. Juices are terrible but the omelette makes up for it. Bar is terrible. We tried a sangria, didn’t finish it. Only juice and sugar, and sugar. Restaurant is ok. They messed up our order, we had to wait 35min. Again they made up for it, but another mistake.

If you want a hotel close to airport and beach, I doubt you can find anything better for the price. Rooms are great, hotel is clean and pools are great. Food is ok. Standard buffet which can be like warm depending on when you get there but the desserts were great.

This is a fantastic hotel in a perfect location right on the beach. The staff are absolutely wonderful, nothing is too much trouble, they are incredibly friendly, professional, helpful and kind. I booked half board and the dinner options were fantastic with plenty of choice from a buffet that changed daily so always something new to look forward to. The location is perfect right on the beach with car park facility too which is an added bonus. The pool and fitness areas are fantastic. The rooms are really good, very clean, tidy, well equipped and very quiet inside. Air conditioning works very well, bathrooms well equipped with very good shower and also lovely views from the balconies right over the sea. I highly recommend this hotel and will be back again. A wonderful stay throughout!

We chose this hotel because it's ten minutes from the Airport,yards from the beach and has great views over the Bay.Our room was side on with views over the front of the Hotel,the town,the beach and amazing sunsets.All areas downstairs including the Dining room, reception,lounge and the pool were really immaculately clean.The Pool which you overlook from the Dining room and patio areas look beautiful and has it's own lifeguard . There's also a small indoor pool and spa which were open plus an outdoor bar and extra pools which were closed because it was February.The lounge is spacious with great waiter service and a good choice of drinks and there was excellent live music on the Tuesday night.I imagine that during the summer months this Hotel will be very busy and a whole new experience.The Hotel is in a great position with great views over the Bay,close to the restaurants and bars,great cycling lanes and lovely walks around the coast.There are bicycles to rent here which is very popular indeed.The Aquarium is walkable and a must see.All in All an excellent hotel .One thing nobody mentioned at all was that there was very few English here at the Hotel.I wouldn't hesitate to return.
