Stayed recently for a short break. Location is great, short bus ride from the airport with bus stop directly behind the hotel. Bus rides straight into Palma town too which was perfect.
Hotel has 2 outdoor pools, 1 overlooking the beach which was beautiful. Staff and service were great, we had cocktails overlooking the beach on 3 days which were tasty and very reasonably priced.
Room was great, lots of storage space, balcony overlooked the beach which again was lovely. Amenities can be asked downstairs at reception, shower was great with no issues at all.
Walls are slightly thin so you can hear your neighbouring rooms but it wasn’t too much of an issue.

I had a wonderful solo stay here, in Palma to visit friends.
📍Excellent beachfront location in Can Pastilla, near the bus stop for the Airport bus A2. Lovely views and surroundings, many restaurants and shops.
🤩 Really friendly and professional staff. Special mention for Branco at restaurant and the whole breakfast team.
🏨 The hotel itself is massive and spacious with many excellent facilities including two outdoor pools, the one facing the beach is lovely. Also tennis courts, ping pong table, spa and sauna...
🎒 There is a locked storage room by reception to leave luggage, with a ticketing system, well controlled.
I really liked my room, it was pretty spacious for an individual. Super modern and clean. Comfy bed, big TV, desk, fridge, nice big balcony, side sea view. The bathroom is super modern with a rainshower and huge sink.
Noise-wise, could sometimes hear drains but otherwise no issue.
🍳 The hotel buffet breakfast was excellent, though very busy! Hard to get a table with pool view but no biggie. I loved the tortilla / pancake cooking station, Felix was really friendly. Big variety of breads, cured meats, cheeses, coca, fruit, cereal, yoghurt and lots of toppings like seeds or dried fruits. Note that there is a separate bar just for hot drinks, very efficient. Big tea selection!
🍹The hotel offers a complementary cocktail in the bar downstairs, with live music too.
First time staying but won't be the last! Lovely holidays! 🌊☀️✌🏻

Excellent location, the sea is just few steps away. We stayed 4 nights in a sea-view double bed room. Room and bathroom very clean and orderly. The balcony from the room has a table and 2 chairs to enjoy the view and have a drink. Breakfast and dinner is buffet style, there is a large variety of delicious food. Nice bar for evening chat. Indoor pool and gym are little, but nice. Good tennis court and bycicle rental option. We enjoyed our stay, highly recommend.

The hotel is clean, has a friendly staff and the beach is only a few meters away.
There was a good variety of dishes, both for breakfast and for dinner. Beides meat, chicken, fish, pasta and pizza there are also various cakes and other sweet desserts. The only thing missing was ice cream, which I used to get at other hotels I booked. Some of the meat and fish is barbecued by cooks directly in front of you. On one of the days they also has kebab.
Unfortunately the rooms have very thin walls. You can hear the neighbors speaking or the neighbors television. I think this might also be a reason why the hotel is adults only - with kids there would just be too much noise. Plane noise, however, was not an issue.

Beautiful hotel with great views and marvelously comfy beds! The buffet is huge and offers so much and even has e vegan section! The best part of staying here though, was the amazing staff! They were all so kind and welcoming. I was sad to have to say goodbye. 10/10 would recommend and will gladly be back any time! Thank you for this lovely relaxing stay ❤️
