We spent a wonderful week at this hotel. Our seaside room offered an absolutely stunning view. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, especially a lovely lady (Beatriz) at the reception who made us feel at home. Our room was perfectly cleaned every day.
We enjoyed the freshly grilled fishes and the different themed dinners.
The hotel offers excellent value for money. We were pleasantly surprised to find that even the cocktails were more reasonably priced than in most of the bars along the seaside promenade.
The pool area was cleaned every day.
We truly hope to return again in the future.

Good hotel with good standard rooms located closely at the beach. The rooms were generally nice and very quiet, also the bed was really comfortable. The only negative point was the Air conditioning in the room. It was a bit noisy and very weak considering the outside temperatures in August.
The personnel checking us in was really friendly, however this morning the person checking us out was not the friendliest.
All in all a solid hotel at a nice location, comfortable rooms with a slightly weak air conditioning.

This is a gem of a place. It has everything without being too much. While the location, mere minutes away from the airport may discourage you staying here, you would be making a mistake. It is spotlessly clean, friendly and welcoming, with an air of class. This is less or a holiday resort, rather a place where new friends are welcomed to stay.
Outside there is a lovely beach where families, couples and solos mix and mingle in a relaxed atmosphere.
The last words I said on leaving where… See you again, soon!

A four star hotel this IS NOT.
The good:
-ten mins (if that) from the airport. (You do have planes flying over every ten/twenty mins but I don’t mind that)
-the pools themselves are fine.
-stones throw from the beach.
-shops/restaurants etc on your doorstep.
-room was well cleaned every day
-staff at the pool at the back were nice.
The bad:
- the two staff members I interacted with were quite abrupt when I asked about food (will explain further).
-the rooms are ok but very basic. Think travelodge with a facelift and a balcony. The air con is quite weak and old.
-the decor is in desperate need of rejuvenating. The whole place looks like it hasn’t had an update in about twenty years and it feels it.
The UGLY:
-THE FOOD
- there are no snacks available whatsoever which is so strange for a resort of this kind (especially a four star)
-the pool bar had a large poster of a variety of ice creams but in the three days I stayed, they never had any. When I asked why they have a big sign advertising ice creams I was ushered away (not now thank you pasty Brit) 😂
-I went to the other bar at the front for some lunch. There were menus on the bar advertising all the foods you’d expect in a hotel bar - burgers/pizzas/tapas stuff. When I went to order at 1.10pm I was told bluntly, “no food.” I think this is a language thing so the bluntness I don’t take badly. I asked when they have food and they just repeated no food.
-there are many decent enough looking places to eat along the strip but I was hungry and tired so went to KFC (Brit abroad 🤦🏻)
-THE BREAKFAST AND DINNER BUFFET 🤮
- the lack of choice, the cold sauce less pasta, the salads that looked more tanned than me (not difficult), the desserts that were wheeled out night after night that looked like they had been on display for about four months… it was pitiful.
- the meat station was where I was hoping I would find salvation. If you like dead baby cow meat, over cooked fatty pork or raw chicken breast - then this is for you!
-breakfast was better but still poor. Fruit that was hanging on to life by a thread, cold, watery eggs, stale bread and juice that tasted like squash.
-when I asked for water at dinner I was met with a gaze as if I’d asked her to give me a detailed breakdown of the da Vinci code.
-the coffee machine (when it worked) spat out the most revolting coffee I’ve ever tasted. Like dishwasher water with a hint of liquorice.
- for the price I was paying for half board, to say I was disappointed would be a massive understatement.
-I ended up eating out most days/nights.
GYM
-appreciate not everyone uses a gym on holiday but it was a factor in me booking the hotel and unsurprisingly, it was not good. Like training in a closet. Barely any equipment crammed into a small space with little air (no air con or decent ventilation) equipment was filthy too.
The worst thing about the hotel is how cheap everything feels and how it feels like they are treading water to stay in business. Any corner that can be cut, any expense saved is done and it makes the product and experience feel empty and, like the food, leaves a sour taste.
This is NOT a four star hotel. If you plan to visit this hotel bear that in mind. I wouldn’t recommend it at all but if you do stay here don’t book half or full board and go out to eat.
I needed a chilled relaxing holiday before a busy few months ahead and to be honest, So disappointed is the feeling I leave with and I won’t be returning to Mallorca for a long time because of it. :/

Lovely location right by the beach and plenty of bars / restaurants within walking distance. It’s not too loud nearby which is nice. Very accessible to the airport. The rooms are quite spacious, many with balconies, comfy beds as well! Service was friendly.
