One of the best hotels that I stayed and I have stayed in many. Provides high quality in everything like smooth towels, very clean room and amazing body care products. Room service was cleaning every day. We had only breakfast included and that was also tasty with big variety. Last the location is amazing. Very close to the beach. Sure would like to come again.

We Spend 12 days in the hotel it was amazing service, great atmosphere clean rooms, nice food and special request and thankful And kindness of STANI He’s the only one with a smiling and welcoming in hotel. The rest of the stuff Working really hard, but so unhappy . Accidentally when they arrive the workers under reception, they was very rude and they never give us complete information about the hotel .The only problem is when we arrive he was waiting for hours to get the room but still we can recommend the hotel because it’s on the quiet area . Be careful at this hotel! if you check in at 16:00 and arrive like us at 7AM, you will only use the luggage room and the toilet. the same with check-out, today we have a transfer at 8PM and we do not have the possibility to pay to use at least 1 room. kind staff and strictly involved in what they have to do but this is a problem for us having 2 children.

I was quite disappointed with my experience at BG Hotel Java. I booked my stay through Luxair Tours and arrived at the hotel at 9:30 PM, only to find that the room had clearly not been prepared for a new guest. The bed linen was unchanged and full of hair from previous occupants, the bathroom was not cleaned, and the toilet was dirty. This was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable. As it was already late in the evening, there was no staff available to provide clean bed sheets. The reception staff were kind and gave me some duvets to place underneath, but I still had to sleep without proper covers and ended up feeling cold during the night. Additionally, during dinner, I noticed that when the buffet was nearly finished, some staff members were handling the leftover food with their bare hands while clearing it away. They were literally picking up food with their hands, which raised serious hygiene concerns. Overall, this stay did not meet my expectations, especially considering the standards I was led to expect through Luxair Tours.

Overall the hotel was amazing, the food was interesting and tasty, different themes every day. Room is comfy and great view, pool area nice and relaxing. Not much storage space in rooms like drawers..
