Tasty and varied food, good location, polite and helpful staff, very small rooms. The rating would be maximum, i.e. 10, if it weren't for the last breakfast. We ordered it for 7am due to an early departure. At this breakfast we received one single piece of toast, 2 slices of cheese and coffee - after very hearty and tasty meals for 6 days, we expected the same to say goodbye. The hotel manager should carefully analyze whether it is worth ignoring such guests at the very end of the holiday. Because of this, there remains great dissatisfaction.

My husband and I loved this hotel. We stayed here at the tail end of the tourist season, so it wasn't too crowded or busy. Our room's balcony overlooked the hotel's pool and the beach, which was a block and a half away. Sitting out on the balcony in the morning and evening was such a lovely experience. The hotel staff was very helpful, personable, and professional. The rooms and hotel were very clean and always smelled fresh. We absolutely loved our stay here. Thank you for a wonderful time.

The best was the restaurant, the lots of food quality was surprisingly good, and the friendliness of the stuff.
The worst was that we’ve bought the triple room and the third bed was an extra bed instead, it was horrible and unstable, nobody could sleep in it :// in general the rooms are quite outdated. the second unpleasant was the internal pool where the water was cold and this terrible jacuzzi effect so strong and non-stop, my daughter got scare and couldn’t get in :/

We are appalled by the service of the hotel, we left our iPhone fast charging charger in the room when we checked out, we called the hotel on the same day, we described the charger and emphasised that it was the newest fast charging version, they said they found it, when my friend went pick up the charger , they gave her a fake Chinese charger. Not only that, when we called again to escalate this issue they said they will come back to us with a solution, after 2 days of not hearing anything back from them, I decided to call again only to be told that there’s no solution and that my friend took a charger! I truly dislike when hotels and employees take advantage of tourists and people who doesn’t speak the language, I would not recommend staying here and if you do be aware of your belongings! What a horrible experience that leaves you with a very bad taste of the stay!

Reception desk was friendly and helpful (but looked stressed)
Convenient arrangement where you are given a key to the luggage room.
Annoying that they wouldn't fill our water bottle due to hygiene reasons. We have never had that experience before
