I simply cannot regard this hotel high enough. I have had the pleasure of staying here over the past week and it has been an incredible experience.
The staff cannot do enough for you, they are always smiling and welcoming and always say hello. Alejandro on the bar always greets you with a smile and Erwin in entertainment remembers you every time. The food is out of this world, freshly cooked right in front of you it caters to everyone and is always fresh and healthy.
Definitely recommend paying a little extra for the My Favourite Club rooms and the facilities that come with it. The views are breathtaking of the bay and out to Cala Ratjada. If you fancy a trip there, the road train or bus is frequent and cheap - the timetables are right outside the hotel.
The evening entertainment is always a hit, with a variety of different impressive acts followed by a quiz.
Please, put this hotel on your bucket list! I can't wait to come back next year, I'll be booking as soon as I get home!!

From the moment we stepped foot into the lobby we were made to feel welcome. Ana on reception was really outstanding and also gave us an upgraded room.
The food was absolutely fantastic with plenty of choice. Edwin who runs the entertainment was second to none and always made us feel at ease. The room was cleaned extremely well every day.
I would certainly return to this hotel it’s the best I have ever stayed at.

Had a wonderful time. It was nice to be able to reserve sunbeds with the hotel meaning no early rush to the pool. The food and drinks were of a very good standard and plentiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were well cleaned everyday although the room could have been a little larger. Beautiful views across the bay from the room. Would definitely return.

We were on holiday to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary and had a fabulous time.
Be aware the journey from the airport is long however we felt it was worth it.
Check in was easy, the staff were absolutely lovely, put us at ease and were very welcoming, our room was on the 5th floor there are a couple of elevators which are very efficient and access all floors, We had read the rooms were small but we found our room to be perfectly adequate, there was a super kingsize bed, bedside tables and a chair and decent clothes storage, a good size bathroom with a large walk-in shower,
On the balcony there were two chairs and a table, the view onto beach and out sea is beautiful, our room was spotlessly clean. We found the restaurant to be excellent, the food was prepared to a very high standard and there was such a variety that would suit 'most' people, we were impressed at the food operation with the Chefs and waiting staff being absolutely first class.
The pool area has plenty of beds and parasols, the hotel supplies towels to use for a fully refundable deposit, there is a bar at the pool for drinks and food all day, again we found this to be a high standard and the staff were absolutely excellent.
There are a few steps down to the Beach from the pool and there is a lifeguard station, we swam in the sea most days apart from one where the Lifeguard had said there were Jellyfish!
Aluasoul Carolina is a quiet Hotel, there was entertainment on each night and it was mostly of a very high standard, there is a nightclub and rooftop bar we did not use any these.
The only noise we ever heard were the refuse collectors who worked during the night.
We loved our holiday at AluaSoul Carolina and look forward to going back again in the near future.

Beautifully clean hotel with stunning sea views. Very modern and up to date .
Staff very friendly specifically jesus and mary the bar staff.

This hotel is a place for relaxing either by the pool or the beach .
The hotel was very clean so a massive congratulations to the cleaning staff that work so hard .
Rooms on the smaller side but very comfortable beds and the views make it.
Entertainment we where surpised how good it was .we went to every show .
We would definitely revisit this hotel
A few little things that could be improved tho
Unfortunately the pool is freezing cold and not used by many people. If it had been a bit warmer I would have been in it all the time .
Food was repetitive and seemed to be alot of flys about ,think they need to see about getting fly traps or something to reduce this as put me off eating .
They turned the aircon of on the 30th os September so unfortunately for 4 nights we didn't sleep great as room was to hot .
