A full 5 stars from me from a family of 4 holiday for 10 days. The location is wonderful, great views, lovely friendly town with a good choice of shops and restaurants. A great beach within a short walk. Lots of snorkelling bays. The hotel itself is very welcoming and the staff are all great, helpful and friendly. It's super clean, very modern, and easy to spend time here. The food is very good for the price we paid. All in all a great time had with no bad points at all.

We went as a family of 4 (2 teens). We booked a one bedroom with sea view and we were given the first floor. The view was breathtaking. I'm glad we splurged. I had my coffee by the balcony every morning watching the sunrise. There's an easy way to go through the pool to the path towards the cliff to watch the sunrise. I highly recommend.
The food was typical buffet like a resort. It's not the best I've had compared to the Carribean but the coffee is great. Made fresh by the barista. You can order cappuccino or cortado etc. Freshly made omelette etc. Standard stuff. Nice to have breakfast accessible when you have kids.
Reception has been very kind and polite to help us. Pool not heated but we used it only once. Most of the time is at the cala Anguilla which is one of the best beaches having been to cala gat, lots of the different platja beaches.
All in all, can't ask for a better location. Highly recommend seaview!

One of the best places I have ever been to. ROOMS are exactly as they are in photos or even better. Very clean, neat and comfortable. The STAFF is very friendly and ready to help you with everything you need. If you have any issues, just inform the reception and they will solve them immediately.
FOOD is various and delicious, everything is fresh and of the best quality. Cocktails at the bar are not expensive but very tasty.
There are a lot PLACES TO VISIT on the island. Caves, safari mountains, markets, nice architecture, etc.
It is 15 mins walk from the sandy beach but it is very pleasant to swim from the rocks near the hotel, so did we.

Exceptionally well maintained and very clean. Room is comfortable as is the bed. Very friendly front desk and staff across the hotel. Nice pool area with helpful pool attendant. Just enough beds in early July. Maybe not so good in high season if lots of families at the pool? Can't fault anything, it's been a fabulous experience. Great coffee by the pool too!

This hotel hugely exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic and we loved the views from the room over the sea. Although the rooms are a little stark, they are smart and spotlessly clean, and the daily housekeeping kept them immaculate. The living room / bedroom/ balcony setup is also perfect for families with younger children. The kitchenette is useful for storing food etc but it wouldn’t be realistic to cook big meals in it - it’s really for simple food preparation only. Breakfast was incredibly generous - one of the best we’ve ever had in a hotel - and we were so impressed by how friendly and welcoming the staff were at all times. We also ended up using the three pools every day because they were in such a lovely spot overlooking the sea, plus there was the hotel bar next to them to provide drinks and plentiful sun loungers for all the guests.
When it came to checking out on our final day, the hotel immediately offered for us to leave our bags in storage but for us to use the pools until it was time to leave and provided us with towels. We hadn’t expected this at all and it was another example of the excellent service we experienced the whole time during our stay. Overall, it was a great hotel experience and we will definitely be back!
