Clean, very well located with friendly staff, a good breakfast and a nice pool. Would have been absolutely ideal except the fact that the hotel is advertised as having AC, but they don’t let you use it (it is centrally managed and only heating is available). Even though it is off season and the weather outside isn’t too hot, the rooms were far too hot to keep the AC off. Let guests control their own AC!

Overall ok. The big disappointment was the last day when we needed to check out early and requested a takeaway breakfast. The takeaway breakfast was 90% bread and only bread... for a 4 star hotel I expected better attention at what the client needs and not provide only bread for breakfast just because the client was checking out!!! Also, as mentioned, not all staff were the same. Some were great, and others not so great!

Great hotel, spotlessly clean. Amazing pool area with the best ever sun beds.
The loo in your room isn't the most private if you like a little more privacy/soundproofing whilst going about your business, if you get my drift 😂. That's the only reason the room scored 4/5

At first we couldn't find the entrance of the hotel. We drove in circles. The hotel's name was Odd Port Portals but now it's called Leonardo Boutique hotel Mallorca. Navigate to the supermarket Nice Price (Carrer Miguel de Cervantes, 8, 07181 Portals Nous, Illes Balears, Spanje) and if you've passed the Supermarket turn right. The hotel is on your right. There's a parking lot where you can park for free! We received an free upgrade of our room. The room was clean. The towels were changed daily, but one day we received two bath mats instead of two small towels. How did that happen?😅 Also at the first day we received teabags and the days after only coffee cups. Sometimes just two, four or six cups. You'd rather be consistent... Then we couldn't sleep because of the warmth at our room. We went to the reception and explained the situation that we saw that the device is locked. The lady behind the desk told us that it is only heating at the moment😅 She didn't even try to think of a solution! So we tried to sleep with an open door. But there is so much noise outside... Last but not least our neighbours were very loud because they had people coming over. You can hear everything!!! Like people talking or moving a chair... The last thing.. Please ask the tourist tax at arrival and not when customers are leaving... It was okay, but I expected more from a 4 star hotel...

Once the bar was reopened for our golfing group things improved. Staff were kind and helpful. Rather a lot of traffic noise if windows were open.
