I checked out early because staying any longer was simply impossible.
The room did not match the description at all:
there was no desk or chair as promised, no minibar or even a bottle of water, and the fridge was frozen and non-functional. The safe required an extra fee, which was not mentioned in the listing. The bathroom was in poor condition — visible mold, rusty fixtures, and a broken toilet flush. Only a tiny bar of soap was provided, although “free toiletries” were listed.
The hygiene was unacceptable — even at breakfast, some plates were dirty.
The worst part was the constant noise and complete lack of order:
at 11 PM, guests were playing loud music on a speaker near the entrance while hotel staff stood by and did nothing. There was shouting, banging, and someone even knocked aggressively on my door during the night. Around 5 AM, maybe cleaning staff started making noise in the hallways. It was impossible to rest or feel safe.
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

Just got back from a week's holiday at this hotel. The place is close to the beach, shops and restaurants nearby. Really good service, food good variety and fresh, staff brilliant all working hard especially in the really hot and humid weather. Yes rooms are small, but I was a single traveller so no problem for me. Only negative hence only 4 stars be warned no drinks either water or hot drinks in the rooms. My advice keep an empty bottle and fill up when the restaurant is open as no water available. There are shops outside but if arriving late there is none available unless you pay for a hot drink. Really enjoyed my week here. The other thing not a lot of entertainment on an evening.

My Husband and I Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, We were politely welcomed at the door. The room was very clean, and the view was ok. The pools were very clean and lovely lady (Lifeguard) always smiling. The food however, was fantastic plenty to choose from! staff always very friendly and polite! Brilliant location!

Honestly, this stay has been quite disappointing and feels like a real waste of money.
The reality doesn't match what was advertised at all. There's a constant issue with very loud, intoxicated people, which makes it impossible to enjoy any peace.
They claimed we were '50 meters from the beach,' but it's easily a ten-minute walk. And the 'suite' we were given was incredibly small and basic – certainly not what we expected.
Even trying to relax on the balcony is out of the question due to the noise from other guests. This place really seems geared only towards those wanting a party atmosphere, and if that's not you, steer clear.
The transfer was a complete mess, taking a full three hours with all the waiting. Definitely recommend taking a private car if you have to come here. I'm really upset that the hotel's promises turned out to be so misleading. It's been a truly disappointing experience.
It's also frustrating that you can only eat indoors, even though the outdoor seating is completely empty. And despite the stated breakfast time.
Even tho you have all inclusive, doesn't makes any difference. The coffee in the machine is for free and the quality coffee in the expensive machine, you will need to pay anyways.
The food in the hotel is just okay, nothing special at all, and the meat wasn't even properly cooked!
Overall, this place has unfortunately felt like throwing money away.

Very very nice hotel.
200m from the beach and a 5 minute walk to the next bus station to go to the airport (10min) or Palma (35min).
Rooms :
Rooms are very clean and are cleaned daily. They are spacious enough for 2 people and well insulated, although might not fit to people who would want their intimacy as the toilets are not really separated (sliding glass door). Fridge and safe inside. Balcony, with a drying rack, is appreciated in the evenings.
AC is a lifesaver.
Food :
Breakfast offers a large selection of food : from on the spot sunny-side up eggs and pancakes, to bacon, sausages, ham, beans, vegetables, pastries, yoghurt, cereals, fruits and so on… You can drink juice (orange, grapefruit and multi) and a variety of warm drinks.
Dinner offers at least 4 options (protein + side), and, something that needs to get acknowledge, nice options for vegetarians. As a vegetarian myself, I was more than happy to see that I would not starve, Spain being a meaty country.
As for the alcoholic drinks, big topic in the ratings, yes, you are only allowed 3 alcoholic drinks but it is clearly stated when making the reservation as it is part of a local law. Besides, it is nice not to have drunks yelling in the middle of the night.
Service/ Amenities/ Animations :
Staff is really nice and accommodating, but not everyone speaks English, which can make it difficult at times.
Hotel has three pools which are clean and refreshing in the summer heat. You do have to come in early to hope getting a chair.
The lower one has a pool-bar linked to it and the rooftop one, well, the rooftop bar.
Every Tuesday is an event happening (DJ, music..) on the rooftop which offers an amazing view onto the sea.
Overall, it was a very nice stay for us, and its proximity to the centre, the sea and the bus while being quiet was the best of all for the price.
