Hotel Review – 6-Night Stay
We spent 6 nights at the hotel and overall had a pleasant experience, although there are a few areas that could definitely be improved.
Food:
The food was decent, though not exceptional. While the hotel tried to offer themed evenings (Italian, Mexican, etc.), in reality most dishes stayed the same every night, with only 2–3 new items added. These few special dishes would often create long queues, and portions were tiny so everyone could get a taste.
Desserts were particularly disappointing – they all tasted almost identical, just overly sweet with no distinct flavors.
Cleanliness & Staff:
The hotel was very clean, and this is definitely a big plus. Room cleaning was done daily, with towels changed as needed – much appreciated. The staff were always smiling, friendly, and willing to help – a big thumbs up for that.
Ironing Issue:
A major inconvenience was ironing. The hotel only had 3 irons available for all guests, and when I asked at the reception, all were already loaned out. There was no dedicated ironing room either, which made it impossible to iron my clothes during the stay. Definitely something the hotel should consider improving.
Drinks & Bar:
The drinks were very good, and I have to give special credit to the bartenders – they worked incredibly hard. Constantly serving guests without a break, dressed in long trousers and clearly under pressure, yet still professional and efficient. I don’t know what their pay is, but they absolutely deserve a raise.
Entertainment:
Evening entertainment was mainly focused on children. There were kids’ shows every evening outside, but once those ended, there was nothing planned for adults. It would be great if the hotel could also offer evening activities or shows for grown-ups to balance the experience.
Pool & Sunbeds:
The pool next to the hotel with the beach bar was a highlight. Plenty of sunbeds available at any time of day – no towel wars or people reserving spots early in the morning, which was refreshing to see.
Final Thoughts:
Overall, it was a positive experience. We enjoyed our stay, but with a few thoughtful improvements – especially in food variety, ironing availability, and adult entertainment – it could be even better for future guests.

Really enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were spacious, the bathroom was in great shape, and the A/C worked perfectly. We booked half board, and both breakfast and dinner had plenty of variety every day—no complaints there. Just keep in mind drinks aren’t included (except water), but prices were very reasonable (a glass of wine was €2.5).
The only small issue was that if you showed up right when breakfast or dinner started, some stations (like the grill) weren’t fully up and running yet. Not a big deal unless you’re in a rush.
We had a rental car, so I can’t really comment on the location or beach access, but overall the hotel was great value for money. Would definitely stay again!

Important for families with autistic children – proceed with caution
I have an autistic child, and for three nights it was impossible for him to sleep properly due to excessive noise. The hotel has very poor sound insulation — we could clearly hear guests from adjacent rooms and those above us.
Overall Review:
Cons:
The Mini Club never followed the posted schedule or activities. We always had to wait for someone to arrive, and they often ended the session earlier than stated.
Food: Breakfast was decent, but lunch and dinner were disappointing — food was often cold or undercooked, repetitive, and lacked flavor.
The air conditioning failed several times during our stay.
Smoking: Despite advertising as a smoke-free hotel, people were constantly smoking in prohibited areas — even right in front of "no smoking" signs, without any enforcement by staff.
Noise levels: The walls are paper-thin. We could hear conversations from neighboring rooms and footsteps from the floor above. It made for three very difficult nights.
Pros:
Polite and friendly staff.
Rooms were very clean and well maintained.
Water slides very nice.

This stay has been nice. The hotel is pretty well located even if it takes a little while to go to Palma and other locations. But luckily the bus stop is close by! The staff members are very nice and professionals and I’d like to give a special thanks to Paola from the reception and the chefs! I also want to congratulate one of them (I forgot his name I’m very sorry) who could speak French English Spanish etc and always had a big smile on his face, and has been welcoming every guests with passion and kindness! You deserve the best !
The hotel itself is pretty basic, the rooms and balconies are all the same so if you’re looking for a very unique and charming room where no one can see you sunbathe it might not be the best option but it’s ok overall!
The buffet has some options but some choices are missing like fruits, drinks for breakfast or veggies!
Overall our stay has been pretty good!

My 3rd visit here, same time each year. Efficient checking process, with bag drop and access to restaurant & all inclusive benefits even if the room is not ready. Rooms are clean, functional & well maintained, not much time spent in them. Plenty of options at each mealtime, very impressive stir fry guy, waiting staff attentive, friendly & remember faces. Animation team put in an incredible effort every day, kudos to Camile in particular for dragging me out my comfort zone at activity times. Bar staff are always friendly, helpful & also remember orders, great service when it's particularly busy. So many multilingual employees doing good jobs, they appear to take hospitality as a vocational rather than a job. Some minor sign of aging in the building, but they are fixing/maintaining each year, visible changes and maintenance personnel onsite with minimal disruption or fuss.
