We had a lovely room with views across the island and a sea view to the side. Food was excellent, staff were very helpful. The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom. The shower over the bath ran off the taps and was very old and difficult to use. The location of the hotel meant you had to travel to the coast although buses were accessible from nearby.

Went last year however this year has been disappointing. When we first arrived at the room the bathroom walls were covered in different lengths of thick black hair that still wasnt removed after the cleaner had been the next day so i had to wipe off myself. Was told that we couldn't have out drinks sat at the tables near the pool even though there was no one else around? So clearly sitting is only a privilege for the all inclusive guests. Went for dinners at the restaurant plaza area down the street where spanish children were throwing wet tampons at people eating. Very unwelcoming everywhere. There was no daytime entertainment as the rep was too busy talking to the lifeguards instead of doing anything for the guests. Honestly very upset about the treatment we've received considering how much we liked it last year. Only bonus is how close to the airport u are so u can leave this hell hole quickly. Last year we thought we had found a great place for future holidays but we wont be back.

The staff here is amazing especially at night entertainment I would definitely come back! The food is amazing for everyone especially picky eaters you will find something!! I love the pool and how quite it is. Karima is also very funny and encourages you to play pool games and is so nice.

This hotel is supposed to be 4 🌟 stars. I would only give it 2 stars 🌟. We were told by Jet2 that due to it being their end of season, nothing will change until next season. We didn't use the pool facilities. The room was hardly ever cleaned. Stains on the wall 🧱. I'm not sure what some of them were. Good maintenance 👌 we had a few issues with the room, and they immediately fixed them. The hotel is geared towards French and German tourists. Especially TV channels 🙄. The 2nd lift was out of order. Had been for months. Trying to get anywhere due to disabilities was a nightmare. It could take up to 20 minutes to get to the restaurant or exit. The Male on reception was brilliant. Food in the restaurant was very hit and miss. Meat 🍖 on 2 occasions was undercooked. The heated buffet, the food was cold on most days. Made to wait to open at 7.30. Herded like sheep. Times could be earlier. You had to purchase drinks as you are not allowed to bring your own. Entertainment was rubbish. 9.30 for 45 minutes. Some of the bins have not emptied outside the restaurant by lift for several days. Early breakfast due to leaving early. No hot food. Very little food put out. The location is very quiet. No beach. 1 supermarket is not open on Friday or Sunday. Small supermarket a few minutes away and a few bars. The hotel made us feel like 2nd rate tourist, we were not all inclusive. No tea making facilities in the room. You do have a safe fridge. The air conditioner is OK.

We spent 5 nights here all inclusive and here’s my thoughts:
The hotel is in a quieter more family oriented environment with as standard excellent rooms all are doubles with balconies. There are some rooms with huge balconies over looking the outside bar area and main entertainment area which although look great as the balconies have sofas etc I’d imagine they aren’t suitable for younger ones as the noise from the nightly entertainment must be loud. Our room was properly cleaned and made up every day.
The hotel has great faculties with three pools; one a kids pool, a main
Outside adults pool and then an inside pool. There is a gym and a games room. The entertainment is great and free. The food; there is a vast amount of choice based around themed nights for dinner such as tex max, Asian, Spanish, Italian etc. the lunch does vary and breakfast is pretty much the same Every day however there is plenty to suit everyone. There is a bit of a delay at breakfast getting coffee and orange juice. Top tip the coffee by the pool is much nicer and stronger. I do think the staff need to rethink the drinks at breakfast as it does seem to take a while for glasses and cups to be replaced and machines to be filled back up. I think some of the negative reviews around food must be die hard Britain’s living off nuggets and chips. It’s a decent variety and all tasty.
There are two supermarkets one is much close and basically turn left out of the hotel and it’s up the top of the road. There is also another along with some restaurants right out of the hotel about 10 mins walk again caters for everyone!
The pool area; plenty of space and literally enough sun beds for a small army. I saw no sunbed wars at all. If I’m being super critical the music around the pool does get a bit loud and rappy depending whose phone is connected from the staff, they do need to get their music and have it as background noise rather then the main focus around the pool; if one of the so called lifeguards connects their phone all I can say is good luck your going to have terrible music best kept to east London!!! On the topic of lifeguards don’t expect them to save you, the ones I saw were quite plump and more likely to help you sink to the bottom
Of the pool but on the plus side there’s plenty of them on the look out for trouble although they spend most of their time chatting to each other and messing around. The bar staff and restaurant staff are great, hard working and super friendly. Most of the reception team are great and some real stars, some appear to be sucking on lemons most of the day as have no people skills!
We took the free bus which operates on a Wednesday into palma city. It is however a long day from 11-6pm so we opted after
A few hours to get a taxi home. That did cost £40 euros but was better than baking into the pavements. Palma is beautiful!
The hotel honestly is great and whilst I would never return to a resort I’d visited as there’s so much of the world to see I think this would be on the list to return too. Having driven through some of the More 18-30 resorts like s’arsenal as we called it I’m glad we didn’t stay there, very busy and full of tacky restaurants and bars and doesn’t give a family vibe!
Please don’t use the right hand side lift in the main reception lobby. We got stuck in it twice on our stay and no matter how much I said to the staff it was dangerous they never repaired it or took it out of service. I’ve read other reviews stating the same. We stayed on the 6th floor and it literally goes up to the 6th floor and then falls a floor and stops working it’s extremely scary and I can assure you being stuck in there for 10 minutes is not something you want to experience again.
