Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The pool area was great during the day and enjoyed sitting inside with the entertainment throughout the night.
The food could be a bit repetitive and sometimes was cold but with it being an all inclusive you get what you paid for. There was pizza one night which was delicious. If you do get bored this hotel is in an excellent location with lots of places to eat nearby.
Bar was splendid, very friendly staff.

Just spent 7 nights here. Let's start with the positives, the communal areas were lovely, well appointed and spotlessly clean. The food, although the choice was limited, was nicely cooked well presented and plentiful. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Now the not so positives, the pool area was not as pictured on the Internet. The sunbeds were tightly packed in, yes, that meant there were plenty for everyone but for me being, in such close proximity to others was not pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable but were very tired and the kitchenette (with empty cupboards) was rather strange. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay.

Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Food is very basic and repative. Pool area is small but clean and close to the bar. Location is fantastic! Right on the door step of Palmanova and about 15 to 20 mins walk to Magaluf.
The hotel is not worthy of 4 stars, I have stayed in other Globales hotels with 4 stars which have been better than the Panama.
Special mention to Bruno in the food hall, a very helpful and polite young man, think the other more experienced staff could learn a thing or two from him.

I’m sorry but this is a long way from being a 4 star hotel!
We were a party of 6 and every one of us were in agreement on how bad the food was.
Hot food was served cold most of the time.
Breakfast was the best they served.
Lunch was cold and little choice
Tea was shocking! More or less cold meats and fish which should be pipping hot,lacking any sort of decent flavour.
Maybe due to being the end of the session and can’t really be arsed!?
Decent location.
Rooms are ok.
Cleaners make a good job everyday.
