⭐️⭐️⭐(3/5)
We stayed at Be Live Adults Only Marivent and overall had a good experience, especially considering the price we paid.
Room & Upgrade:
When we arrived, we learned that the standard room we booked was facing the wall of the neighboring building. This was disappointing because the photos shown during booking gave us the impression that the room would have a nicer view, possibly towards the beach. Luckily, the receptionist was very kind and gave us a room upgrade, which we really appreciated. However, I think the hotel should be more transparent and not show pictures that don’t match what guests actually get, as this can lead to false expectations.
Location:
The location is excellent. The hotel has direct access to the beach, is very close to a bus stop, and there are small supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It’s very convenient for getting around and enjoying the area.
Room Comfort & Maintenance:
The bed was comfortable, which helped us sleep well. However, there were some maintenance issues: the glass door to the terrace was broken, there was no door to the bathroom, and the toilet was leaking, which caused constant noise throughout the stay. These things should definitely be fixed to improve guest comfort.
Staff:
The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, which made a positive difference during our stay.
Breakfast:
We booked the stay with breakfast included. The breakfast was okay—not exceptional, but decent and acceptable.
Facilities:
The hotel has a swimming pool, but since it was winter, we couldn’t use it. There is also a gym, which is great. They have a sauna as well, but it costs extra: €10 per hour to use the sauna and €5 to rent towels. This is something guests should be aware of in advance.
Value for Money:
Overall, I would say we got a good deal. We paid €80 per night, which is reasonable for the location, adults-only concept, and amenities.
Final Thoughts:
Despite some room issues, the great location, friendly staff, and fair price made our stay enjoyable. With better maintenance and more accurate room photos, this hotel could offer an even better experience.

In my opinion and experience this hotel is very overpriced and out of date for what you pay. It’s more like a UK 3 star hotel at best.
The staff are hard work and not very willing to help, everything is a chore.
The rooms have “AC” which is about as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike. Beds are uncomfortable. One positive is if you have a sea view room, the view it is beautiful.
The breakfast is a waste of money. We paid for B&B. We only had it once in the hotel due to the poor quality of food and drink. We did find many nice places to go for breakfast and amazing coffee in a lovely coffee shop a short walk away.(Mistral Coffee)
The gym in the hotel is so good if you are into weight lifting, which I am. Very good premium equipment.
I would definitely book with caution and look at the reviews for this hotel. I’m very lucky and stay in hotels all around the world every month with my work. So I feel my review is very fair.

I absolutely do NOT recommend this hotel.
They have serious parking issues ,for a hotel with more than 80 rooms, they only offer five parking spots. The parking area is open and they charge €20 per night, which is unreasonable.
The room quality is disappointing. The rooms are not as new, or well-maintained as shown in the photos.
Also, the hallways are old, dark, and have no decoration, which makes the whole place feel outdated.
Another problem is finding the hotel. On Google Maps it’s difficult to locate because there is no clear or visible sign with the hotel name from the main street.
For the price of €100 per night for a room without any view, you can definitely find much better and higher-quality options

We stayed at this resort for 3 nights as part of our relaxing city break post a tedious and nerve wracking house move (property sale + purchase).
So we wanted a relaxing break.
We were pleasantly surprised with this be-live hotel. We have stayed a few of them in the past and had good experience.
This resort is more compact and has less amenities than the others we stayed, but it's neat and clean and staff are friendly, helpful.
Positives:
It's tidy, pleasant. There are couple of bars and a buffet restaurant inside. The lounge is spacious. The location is good as there are multiple eateries, shopping, message Parlours and grocery shops nearby. The beach is sandy and right opposite. There are good secluded outside seating areas on the beach where your can relax with a drink, or read books etc. there's an outside small swimming pool, but it was closed during our visit in Dec.
The buffet breakfast was really good. They had many options and hot food (freshly made omelettes, pancakes etc). Also you get sea views from the restaurant!
Negatives:
Parking is scarce and they charge Euro 20/day. But I was able to park free in white bays nearby probably as it was off season.
We ordered a double bed but we got a twin bed room, so not good!
Other than that, many things in the room didn't work: safe and TV remote.
The TV isn't smart, so you can watch only mostly Spanish channels (I could find only 3 English channels).
Also many things in the room were broken / loose: safe, door handles etc, so needs repair

The hotel requires major renovation.
NO VALUE FOR MONEY!
The rooms are of extremely poor quality, badly worn out by time. The layout is terrible — the fact that the bathroom is not separated from the main room is not “style,” as the hotel claims, but a clear flaw. It’s very inconvenient and unpleasant to use.
The biggest downside is the lack of air — there is no ventilation system at all. No proper air conditioning either! Only an old built-in ceiling system that barely cools the room, which is completely insufficient.
The humidity level is extremely high, making clothes damp and creating an overall unpleasant smell.
The rooms are small and uncomfortable.
Breakfast is very basic, with nothing interesting and very limited choice. The coffee machine produces black water instead of coffee — a complete disaster.
The location is not what I’d call particularly good — it’s really a matter of personal taste.
Two positive aspects of the hotel: the staff are kind and helpful, and surprisingly, the gym is very good.
I strongly do not recommend this place. For this kind of money, people deserve much more. The fair value of such rooms is €50 at most.
