We stayed here for Christmas and overall the stay was nice. The rooms were just like the photos and clean. Unfortunately the hallways were a little dirty and the cleaners were very noisy in a morning which woke us up early. The view of the beach is lovely from the hotel. Buffet meals were lovely, lots of choice for all and they even had a grill where they cooked fresh meals on request. Drinks weren't included. We struggled to get service drinks and when we were it was expensive, 4.20 euros for half a pint. Location is great and perfect for public transport into Palma. Lovely local area.
We stayed in the off season and the hotel pool and pool bar are closed. There is an extra charge for the hotel spa which we didn't know before. The sports bar as advertised no longer exists too - this was one of my main reasons for booking this hotel too which disappointed me.
Overall, nice hotel but the facilities aren't as advertised.

We stayed at Be Live Adults Only Marivent and overall had a good experience, especially considering the price we paid.
Room & Upgrade:
When we arrived, we learned that the standard room we booked was facing the wall of the neighboring building. This was disappointing because the photos shown during booking gave us the impression that the room would have a nicer view, possibly towards the beach. Luckily, the receptionist was very kind and gave us a room upgrade, which we really appreciated. However, I think the hotel should be more transparent and not show pictures that don’t match what guests actually get, as this can lead to false expectations.
Location:
The location is excellent. The hotel has direct access to the beach, is very close to a bus stop, and there are small supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It’s very convenient for getting around and enjoying the area.
Room Comfort & Maintenance:
The bed was comfortable, which helped us sleep well. However, there were some maintenance issues: the glass door to the terrace was broken, there was no door to the bathroom, and the toilet was leaking, which caused constant noise throughout the stay. These things should definitely be fixed to improve guest comfort.
Staff:
The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, which made a positive difference during our stay.
Breakfast:
We booked the stay with breakfast included. The breakfast was okay—not exceptional, but decent and acceptable.
Facilities:
The hotel has a swimming pool, but since it was winter, we couldn’t use it. There is also a gym, which is great. They have a sauna as well, but it costs extra: €10 per hour to use the sauna and €5 to rent towels. This is something guests should be aware of in advance.
Value for Money:
Overall, I would say we got a good deal. We paid €80 per night, which is reasonable for the location, adults-only concept, and amenities.
Final Thoughts:
Despite some room issues, the great location, friendly staff, and fair price made our stay enjoyable. With better maintenance and more accurate room photos, this hotel could offer an even better experience.

Great hotel in a perfect location. On the beach, close to the city, good bus routes.
Some parts of the hotel are looking a bit tired
Rooms are great
Breakfast buffet looked good but once try it you can see where the budget cuts were made. Terrible coffee, vending orange juice, mostly tasteless fayre.
With a little more tlc on the maintenance and buffet the hotel could be perfect
I will be back soome

The hotel staff were generally unfriendly — only one out of the five employees we interacted with was actually pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was overpriced, felt unhygienic, and the dining area itself was dark and depressing.
The entire hotel had a gloomy atmosphere. The lobby felt unwelcoming, and the hallways were dirty, stained, and poorly maintained. In our room, the shower was practically coming loose from the wall, the air conditioning sounded like a jet engine, and the curtains were falling off the curtain rod.
When we brought these issues up at the reception and simply asked whether the hotel next door was part of the same chain because we were considering changing hotels, the receptionist immediately responded by saying that we were absolutely not allowed to use their pool or eat their breakfast — before we had even asked about it.
A technician was sent to our room, but the only thing he did was turn the AC off completely instead of fixing the problem.
Plastic sun loungers, unattractive interior design, and an overall depressing atmosphere made this one of the least enjoyable hotel experiences we’ve had.
The only positive aspects of the hotel were the location and the balcony view — if you book a room that has one.

I absolutely do NOT recommend this hotel.
They have serious parking issues ,for a hotel with more than 80 rooms, they only offer five parking spots. The parking area is open and they charge €20 per night, which is unreasonable.
The room quality is disappointing. The rooms are not as new, or well-maintained as shown in the photos.
Also, the hallways are old, dark, and have no decoration, which makes the whole place feel outdated.
Another problem is finding the hotel. On Google Maps it’s difficult to locate because there is no clear or visible sign with the hotel name from the main street.
For the price of €100 per night for a room without any view, you can definitely find much better and higher-quality options
