Hotel is nice! service is really good! Rooms are also very nice with an amazing view but we had very noisy neighbors on the next floor with really loud steps and sometimes we heard the bed scrunching up and down (if you know you know) 😂. Swimming pool is okay prepare for a sunbed war!! Pool is filled with towels between 7 and 8 a.m. so get up early for good place. Some guests are 2 hours on leave what sometimes can be frustrating because the best places are all taken. The sunbed rule here is if you are not 30 min seen at your bed your place wil be taken by someone else which actually is a good rule, so all the guests can provide from a sunbed. But some guests can act childish because of that rule. The beach is also below that has plenty of space. but either way some fun acts with a dj at the pool and at the night some tribute acts can be seen.
Overall a great hotel, great service and childish guests

When we arrived, we found period blood and strange stains on the bed sheets. Even worse, after sleeping in the bed, both of us woke up with facial rashes at the same time. We believe it was caused by the sheets, especially since neither of us has sensitive skin.
After the cleaners had been in our room, we also noticed that some of our belongings had gone missing. We reported the issues and had to request new sheets, towels, soap, and other essentials ourselves. There was no real service offered.
The Wi-Fi did not work in our room either.
What’s even more bizarre is that after we complained, a cleaner came the next day and replaced the sheets—only for us to find even worse stains on the new ones. It felt like a joke.
This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The hotel tried to offer massages or drinks as compensation, which felt completely inappropriate and insufficient given the situation.
We do not recommend this hotel. This is solely based on our personal experience—maybe other rooms are better—but we had a terrible stay.
One small positive was the location. However, even at the beach, we were unable to get sun loungers, and you have to pay extra for towels at both the beach and the pool. Ridiculous.

This is not a 4-star hotel as others have said - the rooms need a refresh along with interior common areas. DO NOT recommend the half-board dining options for the price - save your money & visit local restaurants. There are only 4 restaurants to eat at for half-board and only Masai is above average. The problem is you must eat at each restaurant once before you can revisit the same place and the other 3 dining options suck. The Pelicano by the beach should be avoided at all costs. Rude staff who try to cheat you by not allowing 2 people to have 2 entrees then trying to charge you for the meal even though they know you're on half-board. Very dodgy and not welcoming to tourists even when just ordering drinks. The 1 strong highlight is the views - wonderful. But for the price I would have rather stayed elsewhere & would not revisit this hotel. My gf and I stayed 3 nights and due to poor A/C we were ready to leave. Front staff were friendly & helpful but this hotel is definitely not 4-star worthy.

Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s extremely close to multiple beaches and bars/food plus central Palma. Taxis ranged from €12-€35 into the centre depending on the time of the day. Taxis definitely cheaper than uber. The 24 hour check in desk is a bonus that can assist with this.
Breakfast on a morning was satisfactory. The condition of the rooms was also satisfactory, they were clean with fresh towels and clean bathrooms each day but very basic. Plaster was coming away from the walls and the communal blankets had stains on. Floors weren’t wiped and surfaces. The hotel feels more 3 star due to the tiredness of the rooms.
One complaint is the noise pollution from other balconies, once someone is sat on the balcony next door with the door shut noise can still be heard through the glass… I appreciate this isn’t the hotels fault but we experienced a very loud couple of girls in the room next door which kept us awake for hours which hindered the enjoyment.
Other noise pollution included noisy staff shouting at 6am in the morning outside our door.
The price we paid was however worth the stay. My genius points on booking.com allowed for a holiday worth the value! Our experience staying at this hotel was definitely worth the while due to our stunning sea view room and overall location. We only stayed for 4 nights and I’m afraid that’s the most I would.

Disappointing experience here. We have not had AC (June currently) for over 24 hours. You cannot order a cup of coffee without paying for the brunch buffet, the floors in the rooms are dirty, and they only have one ironing board for guests to share. Other guests in our group have checked out for other hotels. The front desk is nice at least….
