The rooms are of extremely poor quality, badly worn out by time. The layout is terrible — the fact that the bathroom is not separated from the main room is not “style,” as the hotel claims, but a clear flaw. It’s very inconvenient and unpleasant to use.
The biggest downside is the lack of air — there is no ventilation system at all. No proper air conditioning either! Only an old built-in ceiling system that barely cools the room, which is completely insufficient.
The humidity level is extremely high, making clothes damp and creating an overall unpleasant smell.
The rooms are small and uncomfortable.
Breakfast is very basic, with nothing interesting and very limited choice. The coffee machine produces black water instead of coffee — a complete disaster.
The location is not what I’d call particularly good — it’s really a matter of personal taste.
Two positive aspects of the hotel: the staff are kind and helpful, and surprisingly, the gym is very good.
I strongly do not recommend this place. For this kind of money, people deserve much more. The fair value of such rooms is €50 at most.

We arrived late at night and were warmly welcomed by the very kind receptionist, Angel, who helped us with everything we needed. Our first room had a damaged door, so we were given a room upgrade, which was a wonderful surprise after arriving tired at nearly 1 a.m. Throughout our stay, everyone was very friendly. Another night receptionist, Bobby, kindly arranged an extra late check-out for us, so we could keep our room until 9 p.m. for €70. Overall, we had a great experience. The breakfast was just right for us, with options that suited our taste every morning.

This was affordable on booking.com, the rooms are a bit outdated but still clean with daily room service.
Location is great, key bus stops nearby and Cala Major on your doorstep. The pool was good and clean, there was a private access door to the beach too I think but I didn’t use. Loads of spots to eat from too!
I had the breakfast buffet which was more sweet options (and no baked beans), it’s not amazing but it was fine. You can eat outside too and look at the waves.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were outstanding — always polite, friendly, and ready to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was a highlight every morning, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The location couldn’t be better: there’s direct access to the beach from the hotel, and plenty of restaurants and cafés just a short walk away. The swimming pool, while not huge, was clean and perfect for a relaxing dip. A bus stop nearby made it easy to reach the city center in no time. Overall, this is a fantastic choice for a couple’s getaway or a fun holiday with friends — I highly recommend it!

The hotel is in a fantastic location right on Cala Major beach, and the reception staff are excellent — very professional, kind, and welcoming.
However, during breakfast one morning my wife and I had a very unpleasant experience. After finishing most of our meal, we took a plate with a few pastries and made an egg sandwich to continue eating immediately outside near the entrance, facing the beach. A buffet staff member (possibly the manager) came directly to us in front of everyone. The way she addressed us made us feel singled out, embarrassed, and humiliated.
What felt unfair is that I noticed other guests doing the same thing without any problem, yet we were the only ones approached. I had even seen two waitresses talking and looking at us beforehand, which made the situation feel even more uncomfortable.
Overall, the hotel itself is good, and the reception team really stands out with their kindness. But the attitude of the breakfast staff should be improved, because this incident left us with a negative impression during what should have been a relaxing stay.
