Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Nothing extraordinary or offering the extras you might expect from a 4-star hotel, but the food was good, the room was comfortable, and the staff (especially the female team members) were friendly and helpful. The location is also wonderful (despite the plane noise mentioned in many other reviews). Bikes can be rented directly at the hotel, and cycling towards Palma is amazing.
However, what overshadowed our stay and was completely beyond our understanding was the communication before our arrival. The room was initially booked for one person, and we later asked if it could be modified to accommodate two guests. We were told that adding a second person directly at the hotel would cost €50 per night. This seemed completely unreasonable, as the normal difference between one and two guests on Booking.com and on the hotel’s website is €10 per night.
We asked if the modification could be done via Booking.com and were assured it could. Yet, for days, we were completely ignored by the hotel staff, who only responded after several follow-ups and did not accept the modification request from Booking.com. My husband even called reception directly, and after being rudely told that we could proceed with the change at the hotel for €50, the staff member abruptly ended the call, which was both unexpected and completely unprofessional. Eventually, the issue was clarified with another staff member, and the reservation was modified.
Despite the positive aspects of our stay, this experience left a lasting negative impression. We do not plan to return to this hotel, as there are many other accommodations in Palma where guests are treated as welcomed visitors rather than a nuisance.

AluaSoul Palma is located by the sea, only 10 minutes from the airport, PMI and a 15-minute drive from Palma town. There are shops and restaurants within a reasonable walking distance, or a few minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel is adults only and offers rates throughout the range to all-inclusive at competitive prices. There is a nice pool area facing the sea and for premium guests there is also a rooftop pool with amazing view. On the lobby level is the bar and restaurant as well as the executive lounge, and on the first floor is a small gym. As it is an all-inclusive hotel, there is a range of activities in an around the hotel to take part in at your leisure. The rooms are nice and big with plenty of space and good size bathrooms. The suites are amazing with a nice balcony and plenty of space for both work and leisure. Excellent location for a stopover as well as exploring the whole island.

Visited October 25. Hotel was spotless and staff were friendly, despite being end of season. Restaurant dealt with a gluten intolerance amazingly with daily info and help. Rooms were comfortable and really clean. Gym was adequate and sauna was pleasantly relaxing. Hotel is positioned just round the corner from main town keeping it close but making it quieter and still offering lovely walks along the sea front. Stayed in several Can Pastille hotels in the past
and this is the best so far. Definitely will return. Would highly rate for Adults to relax.

Stayed one week at this hotel in my first ever trip to Mallorca in the beginning of November.
The location was nice. Quieter than in Palma but still enough restaurants and other attractions nearby.
It was also very easy to take a bus to the city center.
My special thanks goes to receptionist Maite who patiently explained me everything in Spanish as I wanted to use my poor skills in practice.

We have had a wonderful stay at your hotel, couldn't fault anything. The hotel is so clean with the cleaners doing such an outstanding job. All the staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The restaurant and meals were excellent and in a fabulous location. The only one problem I have is that being a diabetic there wasn't a fat free or sugar free option for dessert or yoghurt. We have enjoyed our stay so much that when we get home we will be looking to book again for next year The prices in the bar were very reasonable too,which is a pleasant surprise.
