Very nice staff. Good location not far from downtown Palma and very convenient to the airport, but no issues with plane noise. The live entertainment was actually quite good - they had a lovely opera-like singer one night. Nothing otherwise fancy or 4-star-worthy to note, but a good, clean hotel for a short stay outside Palma.
A few words of caution:
- The My Favorite Club is not worth it — just little finger snacks and sodas in the club, and the rooftop space is tiny with just a small plunge pool.
- Breakfast is not the best for a 4-star hotel.
-In the rooms, they put two twin beds together to make a full bed; it's not very comfortable.
- The toilet and shower are “in” the room with two 3/4 doors, i.e., not in a separate enclosed space -- kind of odd.

Stayed June 2025 for a week away from the families! We have stayed many times before, but most recently in 2019, so were curious to see how the refurbishment had worked out.
We were blown away by the changes. The restaurant, lobby, rooms, pool and pool bar have had more than a face lift. The use of space and a modern feel is so much better than before.
My favourite new thing was ordering beers on the app from the sunbed!!
It was so great to see so many staff from 2019 still working at the hotel. The team are so friendly and really want you to have a good stay.
I would recommend the massage with Luk, book in early or before you arrive if you can! We didn't use the gym (!) but that has been totally transformed as well.
The variety of the food in the buffet and for breakfast was great. We found something to eat with no issues and sometimes just had the salads as they were so well done.
It could be difficult to get a sunbed if you're not at the pool by 8:30/9am. Some people were leaving towels on the beds and not returning until the afternoon. It is difficult for the hotel to police this poor behaviour by a minority I think.
Not sure what the rule is for changing your pool towel, but that felt like it wasn't as good as before when you paid a deposit. But it didn't ruin our holiday of course!
We booked one of the Balinese beds as a special treat towards the end of the holiday which is a nice extra.
We had such a great time and met some lovely fellow travellers who were enjoying the hotel and its relaxing vibe. Before we left, we booked our return holiday for 7 days in June 2026 !
Thanks to everyone who helped make our stay so fabulous. See you next year for our annual rest and relaxation!

We stayed there for 3 nights. It's very nice, warm, lovely hotel. Food was good. Only problem - 2 coffee machines very slow - U had to queue - wait to get coffee far too long. All staff is very helpful and very nice. Close to the airport. Around the hotel U have a wonderful walko along the sea - it's breathtaking.

The view from our room was absolutely stunning, and the location couldn’t be better. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was pleasant and well-designed. Honestly, if the hotel didn’t present itself as a 4-star property and if we hadn’t been welcomed with a “Welcome to Hyatt,” I probably wouldn’t even be writing this review and would’ve just left a high rating. Unfortunately, I can’t give more than 3 stars considering everything else.
The room was quite noisy - during the night the wind was strong, and we could constantly hear the flagpoles squeaking. It was loud enough to disturb our sleep, and even the windows were shaking. I couldn’t help but think that since the hotel wasn’t full and we’d bought an upgrade, we might have been given a quieter room, but fine - we decided to just go with it. Still, it would’ve been an easy fix for a hotel at this level.
Breakfast was… strange. We waited several minutes at the entrance for someone to seat us, and when no one came, we walked in ourselves to find a table. Instead of helping us, one of the staff just told us that we couldn’t sit in certain areas because they were “for special guests.” That felt quite uncomfortable - like you’re a second-class guest. The food itself was mediocre: the made-to-order omelet was nice, but most other items were low quality. The water tasted a bit like tap water (hopefully it was filtered). On the bright side, the variety was decent.
The room didn’t have bathrobes or slippers, though slippers were brought upon request - no issue there, but again, this is supposed to be a 4-star Hyatt, or?
The worst part came before checkout. The day before departure, our room wasn’t cleaned and no fresh towels were provided. At first, I thought maybe someone had accidentally hung the “Do Not Disturb” sign on our door as ours was inside, but later I started to suspect the maid simply skipped the room. On the day of checkout, we were woken up before 9 a.m. by maid knocking - even though checkout is at 12. Then around 10:30 the maid knocked again, insisting that checkout was at 11, which turned out to be completely false (confirmed later at the reception). It just felt like she wanted to finish early.
Overall, the staff’s attitude was odd, and the experience didn’t match what you would expect from a Hyatt-branded 4-star hotel. Nothing was terrible, but the hotel’s claim to be a high-end property just doesn’t hold up.

Excellent hotel with exceptional staff with only a few minor glitches. Aircon in the room would not go
Lower than 18 and on warm days was not much use. We were on floor 4 with a wonderful sea view and never noticed the plane noise but a local house has quite a few dogs that barked loudly. The evening buffet at €25 per person was not really for us and found better value meals in local restaurants
