Great location, but disappointing service and amenities
The hotel’s location is excellent—right in the centre of Port Alcudia, just a short walk from the beach, shops, and restaurants. I was fortunate to get one of the best rooms on the top floor, which was spacious and comfortable. However, other rooms in the hotel did not seem as nice.
Service was underwhelming. It was often difficult to find staff in the restaurant when I needed help, and I had to walk around to find cutlery myself. The food was very average, and they charge extra for almost everything, including ice.
Evening entertainment was very poor, with little to do after 10pm—everyone seemed to go to sleep early, making the atmosphere quite dull for an adults-only hotel in the middle of a family resort.
The spa was also a letdown. The jacuzzi was out of order when I tried to use it, and when I asked about a massage, I was told to go elsewhere as the therapist was not available. This was very disappointing, especially since the hotel advertises spa services.
Overall, while the location is fantastic, the service and facilities did not meet expectations. I would not recommend this hotel if you’re looking for good hospitality or lively evening entertainment.

Nice place, we were welcomed with glass of orange juice. Rooms were cozy and cleaned every day. Good location. Breakfast was nice, staff was kind and helpful. Pool was a bit small but there were lots of sunbeds, which was nice. Unfortunately the smell of sewer was strong every now and then in our room, coming from the bathrooms.

Very warm welcome on arrival with complimentary drink. Rooms are clean but are a bit compact, having to " hire a kettle" well it didn't go down well. Pools are lovely as is steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. Pools are lovely and well maintained. Breakfast had a lovely choice and was tasty. Leaving before breakfast on last day we were provided with a cold breakfast which was lovely. Overall a great hotel.

This hotel is more like a 3 star than a 4 star.
The staff were not welcoming on arrival the entrance and downstairs area is nice and modern, however the actual rooms are in need of repair and maintenance.
Our air con didn't work ( room 303) the bathroom mirror still had the previous guests spit sprayed on it. The beds were hard.
They provided a hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo and towels. However there was no kettle in the room. I've never stayed in a 4 star hotel that doesn't offer some sort of kettle or coffee machine.
They have a lovely and clean sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, that opens at 12pm however they don't turn it on ready for open. Numerous times I had to go up to reception and ask for them to be turned on and then had to wait an hour for them to heat up. Surely that should be turned on at 11 ready for open at 12?
We had breakfast included which was a decent buffet breakfast. However it starts at 8 which is a little late normally they are 7.
Overall it was an okay stay but I won't be rushing back any time soon

Second time visit. Perfect location. Quiet and comfortable adult only hotel. Great pool and plenty of sunbeds to go around. No loud intrusive music so very relaxing. 15 minute walk to the beautiful old town and a short 5 minute walk to the beach that has plenty of restaurants. Food in the hotel is good and plentiful and the staff are happy and attentive.
