I want to say how happy we were with our stay at the Hotel Daina In Pollença.
What an amazing location. What a great hotel with a really bright boutique feel. Our room was sea facing and very bright with fresh clean white bed linnen and a lovely bathroom with a huge powerful walk in shower. No complaints at all and the view was worth paying extra for.
The pool area is AMAZING. I am sure anyone else staying nearby must have walked by and been so jealous of our pool. Even better, the pool becoming a late night bar for everyone with cocktails and live music was brilliant. The buffet breakfast was fantastic with a great range of food and a chef on hand to cook you omelettes or hot breakfast food.
The holiday starts with Marta and Valentina at reception who greet you with a smile and are forever happy and helpful.
I have to say all the staff make the difference at this hotel from the omelette chef to the team at the pool bar. I always felt they were very happy and wanted to help.
Love this place and coming back I hope soon.

The worst hotel service I’ve ever experienced and hotel not ready to host guests- work in progress, broken terrace door, constant drilling and noisy works.
The second name of the hotel should be ‘PROBLEM’ from the day 1 till the end.
Day 1- the room we booked for 1 week stay was not the one we booked. The reception tried to convince us that it was and only after showing the booking and pictures in our mobile phone stopped the discussion and they confirmed that it’s not the room we booked, but they can not change it, because the room we booked is already occupied… another days were even worse, because the room was from the street side we couldn’t sleep at night due to terrible noises due to broken terrace door. We requested to form it, but it was not possible for one week ! And Cristina from the reception told us that we booked the hotel in the city centre so it is absolutely normal that we hear noises… Unbelievable!
Broken locker, stuck shower, broken bathroom door… the list is longer but I’m getting angry again when writing this 🤦🏼♀️
Final conclusion: if the hotel is not ready you shouldn’t sell it.

We have just had a truly amazing stay at the Daina Apartments. Upon arrival we were upgraded to the Superior Apartment which was perfect for us so my daughters had their own room. The apartment had a lovely terrace and it was an impeccably clean apartment fully equipped. The pillows were fabulous and we all slept very well. The breakfasts were excellent and the pool in the day was especially pleasurable in such heat. (32) by night it turns into the Lemon Bar. We frequented most evenings for a late night drink and the staff were wonderful . The hotel staff were all extremely helpful and the Daina is truly a top notch professional hotel who ensures their guests have a great stay..
Location is the best you could hope for and as a family we had a truly wonderful time. I have no complaints at all and we shall be booking to return next year.
Well done to all the staff

Stopped by to have drinks outside one evening. There were plenty of tables available, but quite a wait for service, both to order and to pay. The staff were very nice though. Cocktails a little pricy but a lovely location to sit and watch the world go by.

A wonderful place to stay. An ideal location next to the seafront and very near to the tourist information office and the bus stop. We booked half-board and the food was excellent, with the majority of it made the same day. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and there are nearly always cleaners working hard to ensure that the hotel stays spotless, which it does. The pool is also marvellous, being rather large and also being over 2 metres deep at one end.
My only criticism is that the bathroom door does not have a lock and it can get fairly noisy overnight as the bins are emptied at about 5:00, which woke me up every day during the trip.
Apart from that, it was great.
