We had a wonderful time at Hotel JS Palma Stay!😊 The breakfast and dinner were very delicious with a lot of variety. We especially loved the dinners' daily changing country/culture-oriented food specials. We also valued the Spa, a save garage for our bikes and playing at the hotels' ping pong table. The service was friendly throughout our stay and we enjoyed some of the relaxed shows after dinner. The room had all we needed and we were not disturbed by any planes with closed windows:). Only point to bring up is that the water pressure in the shower was weak sometimes. The location was great to reachall you need.

lovely hotel, good food and excellent service throughout. The rooms are a bit dated and the beds a bit squeaky and old but fine for a few nights. The location is excellent, spa is excellent, pool bar is great and drink prices very reasonable. Our second visit and probably not our last. Sunbeds to get taken but we did see the lifeguard removing towels from reserved beds that were not being occupied.

Our stay at JS Palma Stay was absolutely wonderful, and my husband and I still look back on it with a smile!
From the very first moment, we felt truly welcomed and well taken care of. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the food – both breakfast and dinner were outstanding. The selection was diverse every day, everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. It was a real pleasure to start and end each day like this.
We also fell in love with the spa and the pool area. The atmosphere was calm, clean, and perfect for relaxation. After a day of exploring, there was nothing better than unwinding in the wellness facilities.
A big thank you goes to the entire hotel staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to fulfill any of our wishes with a smile. They truly made our stay even more special.

If you go to Malloca, we would give the strongest recommendations for this hotel; JS Palma Stay. The location, 10 minutes from the airport and 4 minutes from the sea is perfect.
One of the familj members became sick and Dennis helped out immediately at 01.00 in the morning. Gema in the reception was purely amazing. Listened, informed us step by step what to do. Arrangemanget for a doctor directly when needed and followed up on daily basis on our progress.
The food was honestly the best we've had at all charter hotels we have been too! Always 2-3 chefs making food infront of you. They also had a free Spa area which was also very appreciated and likewise, the 3x2 meter big screen tv! The beds were also so good! Summery, it felt like a smaller family hotel with a great concept.
However, most importantly, you never know how good a hotel is until you end up in a crisis situation and the JS Palma Stay handled it with such a professionalism that went above all of our expectations.

We have had an absolutely amazing stay! The staff in the reception, at the bar and restaurant are so friendly, helpful and always smiling. Our cleaner Claudia, so sweet. Beautiful, clean hotel, very well kept. The gym is fantastic, great variation of food. Only have great things to say. Sad to go home today haha
