We had a fantastic time here. We came for our 20th wedding anniversary. We were presented vouchers for a glass of champagne each on arrival 🥂. We were also able to book in for massages in the spa in advance so we were able to have a relaxing massage then day we arrived.
The pool is clean and well maintained throughout the day. They have a robot clean it most evenings also which is probably more entertaining than it should be 😂.
The pool bar is nice, it can get busy so it's usually quicker just to pop to the bar and ask for glasses to take poolside 🍹
The prices for drinks is very reasonable when you look at the bars situated around the hotel area.
We were half-board and were very surprised at the amount of variety of options available for breakfast and evening meal. We never had a bad meal.
The staff are very friendly, whether they are on reception, the bar, maids or lifeguard they all seemed happy to be there and answer any questions.
The live entertainment was good, they also show sporting events on the big screen.
The location is fantastic, the beach is. 5 minutes walk, lots of local shops, bars and restaurants if you do fancy eating/drinking away from the hotel. Local buses will get you most places and the main stop into Palma is only a 5 minute walk.
The room we had was a little small but had most things we needed. Would have been nice to have had coffee making facilities in the room (even if it had a small fee for top ups).
Hopefully we will visit again one day as we had a great time.

Had a great time ,fab location , very friendly helpful staff. The room was clean, comfortable beds and a good sized balcony to enjoy a sunset .There was a good tasty selection of food at breakfast and dinner including fresh fruits etc, again the staff there where fab.
nightly entertainment was fun and entertaining.
It's a quick walk to the beach which is lovely too, clean and clear sea, further on is a bigger beach and selection of restaurants. Would definitely go again to this hotel.

Exceptional customer service! The staff went above and beyond to make my stay fantastic, specifically the reception staff who were friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Great location, a stones throw from the harbour and easy walking distance from the beach. A wide array of facilities within the hotel including a well equipped spa, swimming pool and dining facilities. I will be visiting again and I have already recommended this hotel to friends and family. Thank you.

The staff is very helpful and courteous. However, the facilities could use some improvements, as there are nails protruding from storage areas and soap dispensers that are either broken or not properly secured, often ending up on the floor in the showers. The buffet is well presented and offers good value for money. Evening entertainment, on the other hand, tends to be inconsistent and hit or miss. A bit of "penny pinching" as they charge daily for the use of the in-room safe. A bit difficult to understand with the high theft rate of the area.

We have just got back from our fantastic stay at the JS Palma. What an absolutely fabulous place. We had the best stay here and loved it! All the team are so friendly, helpful and brilliant. We couldn't have asked for more and we will definitely be booking to come back! We really appreciated how hard the staff worked and welcoming us to make our trip flow so nicely. A real delight.
