A well served hotel close to the beach, restaurants, supermarket and bus stop. Good and varied breakfast and dinner buffet. Excellent spa facilities. Gym could be a bit better equipped. Staff is nice and attentive. Room was comfortable and they all have a balcony. Bed had a pit in the middle so mattress wasn't the best. I still highly recommend this hotel!

Great hotel, lovely staff, good food and excellent bar service. Modern decor, staff work hard keeping everything clean. Indoor pool great for early season swim. Great location, close to airport and beach with easy access to Palma centre and rest of island.. Will revisit. Great for couples, all ages.

We booked this relatively last minute but it turned out really good. The location of this hotel is in the nicer area of Can Pastilla, two mins walk (at most) from the beach Cala Estancia and plenty of restaurants and bars. We requested one standard room and one accessible room due to two wheelchair users in our group and found the accessible room had everything required. The staff were lovely and very helpful, even reserving a table for us close to the buffet to help with accessibility needs. The hotel is well equipped with ramps and lifts for mobility access. The beach near by also has an accessible point with assistance. We did half board and the food was really good. In particular there were options for gluten free and allergens, although this could be better signposted if I were being super critical. For dinner there was always fresh meat and fish grilled to order, and a good variety. The hotel is only 5 minutes from the airport, and has great views of the plans taking off and landing but we didn’t find this disruptive at night at all. More of a benefit.

Really nice hotel, gym was really good for a hotel but opened too late (8am) Spa was really well fitted and the breakfast was excellent, although I would have liked it to open a touch earlier. Really close to the beach and bus stop to city center is two minutes walk away (number 35) 2 euros and you are in palma center. Rooms were comfy and our balcony had three different views of the sea. If I ever come back to mallorca would 100% stay again

Love this hotel. Great if you are on Slimming World as their buffet suits everyone. Bar is good with large measures! Nice position and near everything.
