Lovely staff, fantastic location. Room is small, but the shower is excellent. No kettle in the room which is disappointing as there is a lovely balcony and it would be nice to sit there with a morning or afternoon cup of coffee. Bar is very good. Breakfast is fine, but range of juices and size of cups is a bit miserable. Overall a pleasant hotel, very clean and good facilities

Lovely hotel. Lovely spa with sauna, steam room, pools to relax and an indoor swimming pool. Outside pool area nice and shielded from winds. Very clean. Food good and great selection both breakfast and dinner. But what really stands out and makes this hotel magical: the people, the staff!! Everyone smiling, so nice, so welcoming, so helpful! Highly recommend this hotel and half board well worth it. Outstanding service 🙌

We really enjoyed our stay! The spa and gym facilities were excellent, and the buffet was a highlight; different menu every day, which made each meal exciting. The room was comfortable, though we would have preferred a double bed instead of two singles, and the shower setup wasn’t ideal. Special thanks to Enrique, the waiter, super friendly, always smiling, and made us feel so welcome!

I enjoyed my stay and plan to return. I had the single room and since it’s between other single rooms, there wasn’t annoying noise but the walls seem to let sound through. The spa is lovely although I’d have liked the jacuzzis and hamman to be warmer. Breakfast was good (4/5) and I like that they don’t allow people to hog up the dinners while they’re not present (you can’t claim them and leave).

Great value for money – we would definitely stay again!
We booked the package with breakfast and dinner, and it was absolutely worth it! The location is very close to the airport, which was actually a plus for us—we like planes, so the occasional noise didn’t bother us. That said, it might be a consideration for lighter sleepers.
Highlights:
🤵🏽♂️Outstanding staff – Super friendly, hardworking, and relaxed. The waiters were quick and attentive, which made dining a pleasure.
🥞 Delicious breakfast – Plenty of options and really good quality.
🥘 Incredible dinner experience – Freshly cooked meals, tons of variety, and you can tell how much care and passion the chefs put into each dish. Chefs are present to prepare dishes on the spot, in addition to an extensive buffet. In my opinion, the food was better than what you usually get in a 4-star hotel. I was genuinely impressed!
🧖♀️Spa area – Small but cute, with 3 pools and 2 saunas.
🌤️Rooftop pool – A lovely spot to relax just a bit windy. More pools on the ground floor – Great for variety.
🌊Room with sea view – The room was a bit compact, but the large balcony made up for it.
Good to know:
🍹🙅🏼Drinks are not included in dinner and you have to pay extra, but that’s understandable—otherwise people might overdo it ;)
🔒The safe in the room comes with an extra charge, which felt unnecessary.
🫖No kettle in the room, which would have been nice for a cup of tea or coffee.
Final Suggestions for improvement:

⚙️In the spa area, one of the four bubble seats wasn’t working needs a fix as well as the shower where the water comes from the walls is not working
🌴The relaxation room only has floor cushions; perhaps consider adding a few loungers from the pool area and some plants to make it feel more inviting. I didn’t see anyone using that room during our stay.
🚽The WC in the room bathroom cramped—maybe reposition the toilet roll holder?
🚿Also, consider upgrading the shower head that’s an 8€ -10€ fix but makes a nicer shower experience ;)
Final thoughts:
We would absolutely come back—mainly for the amazing food, great facilities, proximity to the airport just before heading back home and the warm service from the staff. Thank you for a lovely stay!
