We stayed at the hotel for 7 days. We have been to several hotels in Mallorca before, and fortunately, we got a room without through traffic in front of it, so it was very quiet. The view from the room was also great. On the first day, the shower head had to be replaced, which was resolved quickly. Cleaning was fine, and the staff were extremely kind. Breakfast was average – a typical island breakfast. What really bothered me was the level of sweetness of the fruit juices; they were almost undrinkable for me. Regarding dinner, the selection of hot dishes could be larger. During meals, it was extremely disturbing that the staff placed dirty plates on a cart next to the guests and often left them there. The hotel does not have its own parking; it is only possible to park in the surrounding streets.

This should really be a 3 star hotel.
Overall, it's a nice place to stay. Close to the airport, super close to the beach and restaurants.
Staff is friendly and helpful.
Food is poor quality. Good variety but the quality is below standards, especially for a 4 star. What really doesn't work is also that they make you pay for beverages separately,
Including water (and yes, even with half-board included).
There's a general feeling staff is rushing you. During meals they chase you to replace your cutlery ready for the next guest even when you're not finished. Plenty of times I've had my food removed while getting coffee.
Same feeling for room cleaning, they come at random times knocking at the door with no system in place. This removes all the comfort of a relaxing place to spend your holiday.
Only 2 slow elevators for the entire hotel are not enough. Not very accessible for those not able to take stairs.
They advertise a gym, but it's a tiny room with nothing inside. Very very poorly managed.

This is not a 4-star hotel, at most a 3-star. The location is nice, right by the port, and the staff is friendly, but the rooms are very small and not very clean (we even had the sink inside the room, which was quite strange), and the daily cleaning was not done properly, just superficially, the towels were often stained and smelled bad. The hallway was always dirty. Breakfast and dinner were varied but not tasty at all. They seemed to be made with cheap ingredients and in a hurry.
Overall, it is not terrible, but I don’t think it deserves 4 stars.

We took a gamble on this place without really knowing much about the area or island. It definitely exceeded our expectations.
The hotel lobby, common areas, and roof top pool are stunning. We stayed in a junior suite that was spacious, clean, had a great bathroom, and wonderful view of the beach.
The breakfast was above average and had a wide variety of food. We were content with it.
The reason this did get provide us a 5 star experience is their lack of amenities. We had to put a $15 deposit for a beach tow and $10 just to exchange it. That felt wrong. Additionally, shower towels (only two) could only be exchanged once a day in the morning. If you don’t leave them in the shower for house keeping, they will not be replaced. Also, do not go through the car rental agency advertised in their lobby. The car we drove made us fear for our lives.
If you can accept the lack of towels, I definitely recommend this hotel for its price point.

Lovely hotel which is located in Can Pastilla. You can easily travel to Palma, FAN shopping centre using the nearby bus stop.
Rooftop pool is great for all day sun.
Ground floor pool gets sun from around 1pm.
Breakfast buffet was lovely but seemed to be very German orientated.
The lifts are very slow however, so be prepared to wait some time to get up to your room.
