We came during the end of the summer season, so most restaurants, bars and cafes were shutting. The hotel restaurants has a range of different foods and the staff are friendly and helpful.
Halloween was amazing here. Some great decorations!!
Been a lovely relaxing holiday.

My wife and I had a seven night stay at this hotel, all inclusive, between the 18th and the 25th of February 24.
We had originally booked another Hiphotel in Cala Millor, but due to delayed renovation works were offered Cala Millor Park as an alternative.
We had a sea view suit, but were told a few days before our holidays that, due to building works in the public park area, there might be noise disruptions and were offered a different room. We decided to keep the suit since we didn't plan on sitting in the room or on the balcony all day.
Everything was impressive from the word go: The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, the food is varied and good. Unusually so, as we find, the food was also often piping hot!
The entertainment is true to the term really entreating with an amazing animation crew.
Even though it was off season the entertainment crew went out of its way to accommodate little once, and the mini disco was a real laugh, grown ups included.
A bike ride with Baby to Proto Cristo was another highlight.
Bizarrely so we did actually sit on the balcony, watching the building work in the park progress, and didn't think that noise pollution was an issue. Another Hiphotel was undergoing renovation at the sea front, and after sitting on the promenade wall for over an hour, filming the workings for our grandchildren, we thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
The nearby auditorium with its art exhibition was also worth a visit and this overall part of Cala Millor is a real gem of beauty and cleanliness.
Five stars from us for all the team, the location and our perfect holyday.
Many thanks
Jens

It’s March 2024 DO NOT STAY at this hotel. There is major road works going on directly out side the hotel that offers a sea view. So looking at progress I can only assume this will be the case for at least the next month or longer 🤬😡😤

Stayed with my missus, my 2 girls (3,5 yrs and 11mo) and my mum in a Junior Suite (family) and Std. Double (Mum). Even though not booked both sea view - difference is only that the standard double has no "living room" area with a sleep couch and TV. Anyhow, both are very spacious and are well maintained by housekeeping. So thumbs up for cleanliness and housekeeping.
You will hear some of the other entertainment shows in bars/hotels in the vicinity of the hotel until about 2230h, on weekends eventually until 2400h, but after all, it's Mallorca and it's not that loud. Our kids didn't care.
I had some concerns/bias about Mallorca, but Hipotels Cala Millor Park really was a super satisfying experience.
Booked all incl Package including Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner plus most things available from the snack/pool Bar. That was a good d decision, as if we would miss the lunch because we'd been out on a trip and missed regular lunch, we'd feed on the snack bar, which offers always some snacks varying over sandwiches, fries, burgers, fruits, sweets etc.
Animation team is highly motivated and super commited.
Our daughter was totally crazy for the kids club activities and kiddy disco which happens every night at 2030h just before the adult entertainment.
Barbie, Erica, Victoria and Baby are so sweet with the kids and have a lot of joy in entertaining them.
Activities offered/organized by the Animation team are well organized, even if the hotel's Animateurs are not joining. We've been on the boat trip and bike tour - both good value VS. experience.
Any concern was taken care of immediately or in due cause and all personnel was absolutely super friendly and helpful.
I think, overall it is really a well run hotel and good value for money and a nice location for families.
We'd love to come back and consider it highly recommendable.
Some minor things to perhaps improve:
Swap over the baked beans from whatever you are currently using to Heinz baked beans.
In a suite I would expect always at least a queen or king size bed instead of only 2 individual beds put together.
I should get the best price when booking directly in the hotel Homepage, not through an agency, which was after all offering a package incl. flight cheaper than the stay was alone if booked on the Hipotels website.

My recent four-night stay during August 2023 was marked by a mix of positive and negative experiences.
Positives:
Effortless Early Check-in: Upon our noon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to discover that our room was ready, allowing us to check-in early and begin our day, rather than waiting until the standard 2 pm check-in time.
Excellent food: The food exceeded our expectations. The extensive variety of dishes available was impressive. The French fries were consistently fresh.
Warm and Welcoming Staff: The staff at the bar, and reception were very warm, and welcoming. The staff and the bar were very fast.
Pool Area: The pool area was big and clean.
Consistently Cleaned Rooms
Negatives:
Closed Spa: One big disappointment was that the hotel's Spa was closed for the season. Even though I asked the receptionist for access and they gave us the key, we could only swim in the cold water. The warm water and jacuzzi were not turned on, which was quite disappointing.
Unpleasant smell in Restaurant Area: One noticeable drawback was the persistent unpleasant smell that we noticed in the restaurant area upon entry every time.
Shortened Dinner Operating Hours: The restaurant's dinner hours were half an hour shorter compared to other hotels I've tried in Mallorca. This resulted in rushed dining experiences, as we had to hurriedly make our way to the restaurant before closing time.
Service During Closing Hour: When dining during the restaurant's closing hour, the staff appeared more focused on preparing for the next meal rather than catering to current guests. This lack of attention to guest needs was noticeable and detracted from the dining experience.
Limitation on Cocktail Orders: An inconvenience I encountered was the inability to order cocktails or sangria in the restaurant. This restriction meant I had to visit the outside bar for these beverage choices.
Inexperienced Restaurant Staff: The most disappointing aspect of my stay was the evident lack of skill among the restaurant staff. Their service was subpar, marking a significant low point in my overall experience.
Snack Bar: The snack bar's lack of variety and poor food quality marked it as a notable negative aspect, falling short of my expectations.
Dessert Quality: The dessert offerings at the restaurant were of very poor quality. In comparison to the four hotel restaurants I've tried in Mallorca, the desserts here were notably the lowest in quality.
