Stayed for a week, room looked clean at arrival but actually was very dirty. Bathroom looked poorly cleaned.
We had half board and food was not very good and poor quality, we never saw strawberries or mango, calamari tasted off.
I wouldn’t give 4 stars for this food.
The good things were the staff always smiling and willing to help. Our children enjoyed the kids club and swimming pool which was the reason we went back to the same hotel. We will give it a miss for sure next time.

I had a very enjoyable stay at INNSiDE by Meliá Mallorca. The hotel feels modern, comfortable, and well maintained, with a great location just a short walk from the beach. We stayed in Loft 601, with a balcony facing both the pool and the sea, and the room was spacious with extremely comfortable beds and linens. Breakfast was excellent, and dinner was surprisingly very good as well. The true highlight of the stay, however, was the exceptional service from Zaza at check-in, who genuinely elevated our experience with his professionalism, warmth, and thoughtful attention. Definitely a hotel I would gladly return to in Mallorca.

Before I go into details: overall, we enjoyed our stay and we would come back. However there were a few irritations during our stay which are not a standard for this category of hotels.
1. Recepetion: we had a few topics to clearify at check-in and staff was compliant but the whole process was extremely slow. Endless doublechecks on computer and backoffice and a lot of bureacracy. Worst part was when a staff member answered the phone during our procedure to talk patiently about random thimgs while two other people were sitting in the backoffice not helping out. After hanging up his call, the receptionist forgot which language we were talking to him.
2. Restaurant: while everything at the hotel looks very neat, designed and well mainatined, the buffet restaurant itself is not a pleasent place. From dying indoor plants to questionable art (somewhat disgusted faces photographies), it looked sad and careless. Same as the food which was far behind other creative buffet presentations. Very few veggie options, huge chunks of fruits and vegetables (eg tomatoes coming in quarters). Lots of repeating dinners.
My take: the outside area including the pool is beautiful and spotless, very detailled. Rooms are exactly how they need to be and cleaning staff was amazing. All of this made our stay very enjoyable and are somehow in big contrast to our hospitality and dinner experience.

Had a lovely stay here. Friendly staff. Room was clean, well equipped and definitely big enough (we had the solarium room, great views on the pool!). Nice pool area, no huge pool but definitely big enough to accommodate all the guests. Breakfast was good in quality and had a very extensive range of choices. Located in a vibrant area with lots of bars, restaurants and shops.

Beautiful hotel with great vibes, rooms modern and clean. Buffet food had a good selection but food not very warm and quality was above average. Drinks expensive at dinner and in bar and bar service was poor, not once were we approached by a member of staff to order a drink we had to flag people down.
Pool is lovely and good amount of loungers. Overall the hotel was lovely
