Good breakfast selection although the restaurant quickly fills up so get there early to secure a table.
Spa is a welcome addition for some relaxation before or after a day exploring the area.
Rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious.
Highly recommend this hotel and we’ll definitely book here again on our next visit to Palma.

recently stayed at HM Jaime III in December and, while there was an initial issue with my booking, what truly stood out was how exceptionally well it was handled by the management team.
Upon arriving for my original stay, I rebooked two additional nights for December 30th and 31st, fully aware it would be an extremely busy time of year. Before checking out, I called to confirm that everything was secure and was surprised to learn that my reservation was not showing and the hotel was fully booked.
Management immediately stepped in, personally followed up, and assured me that everything would be taken care of.
When I returned, I was absolutely delighted. I had been given a stunning room overlooking the street, with beautiful views and an abundance of space. The room featured a generous and comfortable sitting area, and the modern, spacious bathroom — complete with a plush terry robe - felt wonderfully indulgent. It was a thoughtful and elegant gesture that truly elevated my stay.

Every corner of the property is immaculate, the atmosphere is refined yet welcoming, and the staff are genuinely warm, professional, and attentive. The breakfast buffet deserves special mention - quite simply the best I have ever experienced, with an exceptional and seemingly endless selection. I also enjoyed other meals at the hotel, all of which were excellent. A complimentary glass of cava was offered as a final touch, making me feel thoroughly valued as a guest.
Thanks to the outstanding service and care shown by the team, what could have been a disappointing situation turned into a truly memorable and positive experience. I would not hesitate to stay here again. The location is superb, with easy walking access to all of Palma's highlights, and the level of service reflects a hotel that genuinely cares about its guests.

About 22 of us stayed at HM Jaime iii and it was amazing!! Everyone found their rooms very clean, spacious and staff were very accommodating. The breakfast was great also. Marian the house manager was fantastic. She helped me book the rooms and meeting rooms and was so welcoming and there to greet us! She was always asking if everything was ok and if there was anything we needed! Her warmth and hospitality was 10/10. She is doing a fantastic job running Jaime iii! I Will be staying here for any future trips to Palma. Also great location and right at the A1 bus stop for the airport! Thanks to all the staff :)

The hotel is clean and fresh and looks recently refurbished
Staff are nice and friendly
The parking is in HM Blanc around 10 mins away. We have an ID Buzz and it only just fits in. It would have been nice to have a valet service just to reduce the stress levels
We will be using the spa later but it looks nice
Ac works well max lowest temp 19c
Bed is comfy and you have spare pillows
Capsule coffee maker and kettle are in the room
Obviously there is road noise as you are in the city centre but closed my the balcony doors blocks almost all of it out
Balcony light turns off on it’s own
My only minor criticism would be not enough lighting. The bathroom could do with more ceiling lighting and the stairs are black with no real lighting
The wellness centre is a small Jacussi, Suaña, steam room 2 x showers and 3 tiled loungers. The gym equipment is in the same are so it’s not very practical. The gym equipment is a bike, rowing machine and some dumbbells. I would say it’s better than nothing but don’t let the spa be the reason you book, otherwise you may be disappointed

We stayed for just one night and honestly wish we hadn’t. The only positive was the location: very close to the town center, which made getting around easy.
Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was far from pleasant. I had reached out both by email and phone prior to our arrival to ask about parking, but never received a response. When we arrived, we were told there was public parking available for €15 at another hotel about five minutes away. In reality, it took closer to 8–10 minutes due to the confusing streets and access.
The biggest issue, however, was the reception staff: incredibly rude, unfriendly, and completely unhelpful. Not once did we get a smile or feel welcome.
The room itself was clean and newly renovated, but completely lacked character — it felt sterile and cold. To make things worse, it was located right next to the staff cleaning area, and we were woken up early in the morning by the sound of doors being slammed repeatedly.
Overall, this was an experience to forget. We would not stay here again or recommend it to others.
