We stayed here last week and had a wonderful experience! Honestly, I don't understand the negative reviews, this hotel truly doesn't deserve them. The staff were incredibly kind and empathetic. Anytime we had a question or request, they were happy to help.
Everyone we encountered, from the reception team to the lovely housekeeping ladies, was warm and welcoming. We've stayed in other hotels before, but here we enjoyed the best and most varied food we've ever had. Even when we arrived late, they made sure there was food waiting for us.
The beach is right in front of the hotel, just across a small road, and it's absolutely beautiful, with soft sand and clear water. We felt completely at home during our stay and will definitely be coming back!

We had a wonderful stay, and I have to say the food was absolutely sensational! Compliments to the chef — every meal was a delight. I especially loved the Italian night with pasta cooked in the Parmesan wheel, the seafood night with incredibly fresh and sweet shrimp, and the Mexican night where the burritos were simply delicious. The variety of food throughout our stay was impressive, and the salads were always fresh and tasty. A truly great culinary experience!

A lovely hotel clean and friendly. Food was good with excellent choice except for some reason they stopped putting butter out at breakfast only margarine (yuk)
Waiters were great particular mention to John and Adrian who were efficient and friendly. All were good though.
Room was spotless and cleaned everyday. Well done to the ladies who do this job.
However not the best of views unfortunately. Overlooking car park. They did offer to change but it would have been two days later at extra cost so we didn't bother. Overall a wonderful holiday. Would recommend.

We stayed at this hotel in July 2025. The air conditioning in our room was not working, even though the heat was unbearable. With 10 month old baby suffering from the high temperature, the situation quickly became unbearable. It was a real nightmare. What was even more shocking is that no one informed us about this issue earlier during the day.
We were then offered a lower category room, facing the parking lot, next to the reception, with a bad smell and insects. When we asked for compensation for the difference between the room we had originally booked (with a sea view) and the one we were given clearly of much lower quality, we were simply offered a drink worth €7, which was truly shameful. The manager was extremely rude and dismissive.
I sent a detailed complaint to the hotel right after we left, but to this day, I have received no response, despite the seriousness of the inconvenience we experienced.Customer service is non-existent when there is a problem, and there is a clear lack of respect and concern for guests’ well-being. Very disappointed. I do not recommend this hotel.

Overall a nice hotel. Clean and the staff are helpful. Two streets away from the beach and bus right outside door. No coffee/tea set up in room. If you want to sleep before 12 at night, please note there is entertainment that will keep you awake. Curtains dont black out light. A special mention about Francesca, was so helpful & patient, thank you so much for your directions & advice on how to get around!
I have certain foods I cant eat, I emailed to confirm this twice before coming. The food looked amazing but sadly I couldn't eat 98% of it, very disappointing. Especially as everyone else is enjoying a variety and I was unable to enjoy & I had paid for breakfast and supper. Had i known this, I would've eaten elsewhere. Manager took me around to show me what I could eat but there really wasnt much at all and special arrangements weren't made despite me asking when I got there. So that was a big let down considering I've come from the other side of the world. Highlight was Francesca, she's an honour to your hotel. Also being able to wash & dry my clothes was very helpful.
