Stayed for 7 nights at this hotel. It’s a 4 star hotel and I believe deserves 4 stars; for what it is, it’s pretty decent.
All staff were fantastic, very professional and kind, always greeted with a smile at the reception desk, very pleasant atmosphere.
Apartment was as described; actual apartment was better than expected with a decent view, working air conditioning and facilities such as fridge and a hob; given 3/5 stars as the bed was extremely uncomfortable, they had stuck 2 single beds on wheels together to create a double bed. Almost every night would fall between the gap in middle as the beds separated, very uncomfortable to sleep at night for 2 people. Another reason why would give 3/5 were the ants! Ants would appear everywhere in the kitchen area minutes after bringing out any food, so be careful to not leave any food about. They have a water saving policy so not all towels are changed, i.e. if they are hung up or if you burrow one, once every 2 days so be careful to keep ur towels clean as you can. The pool was great, especially the indoor heated pool facilities which included gym, steam room and sauna, a bit of a shame it closed at 18:00 but otherwise great. A safe is provided in the room but will cost €3 a day if you want too use, we decided it wasn’t needed as the hotel seemed very safe.
They had entertainment every night at 9:30 which we thought was a lovely touch bringing all guests together to have a lovely time, such as live music, bingo, etc.
The location was perfect but I’d reckon you’d be better off hiring a car to get the most out of it, otherwise would be a long walk to where majority of shops and restaurants are. The closest beach tends to have lots of rocky areas, so again, probably better off hiring a car to get most out of lovely places nearby. Parking can be a bit of a pain in the neck at times, 9/10 times you’d be able to find somewhere to park nearby on the street but there’s no dedicated space
Overall would definitely recommend and would stay here again! If you decide to stay here you will enjoy your stay.

This was once a beautiful hotel, but it’s rooms are fired and need to be refurbished, there was no entertainment throughout the day apart from a loud speaker plying drum and base,but also a speaker laying softer pool music AT THE SAME TIME most annoying! The pool are is lovely but could have done with a really good clean to rid of the dirt around the sun beds, the sun loungers were comfy and the pool itself was excellent but not heated. There was an indoor pool,a sauna and steam room to use for FREE!! This was excellent! Showers and changing rooms down there also!! We loved this amenity!! The rooms-The hairdryer was held on the wall by one screw and would come out every time you used it( this did get fixed on our sixth day though), the shower screen leaked onto the bathroom floor,that then went under the door into the hall on ceramic tiles!, we didn’t have a kettle but was informed that you could ask at reception and they would loan out to you,we asked every day and none available but on day 3 we were offered a pan!! Back to 1975!! The rooms were attended every day and beds remade and swept, they came early so be aware!! Lots of choice on breakfast! Fantastic deletion for all tastes!! The evening meal wasn’t as good a selection,we paid €26 euro each and we got a buffet and a glass of water each!! So maybe hit town for better value for money and variety, Hardly any entertainment at night,but we were there in early September so maybe coming into low season! Was a walk to cala millor and a longer walk into sa coma, so mobility and able to get about easily is a must .

This is our 2nd time at this hotel. Nice, clean rooms. Towels changed everyday. Receptionists are friendly and helpful. Entertainment is good and plenty to do for kids too! Good, quiet location. Higher recommend.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and had a great time with my partner. We really enjoyed staying here! The location is within walking distance from the beach, shops and restaurants. There was plenty of on street parking so we had no issue with our car. The pool was nice and clean and not too busy, entertainment was good and so was the drinks. We purchased the all- inclusive for one of our days and definitely enjoyed it. We felt a bit disappointed when it came to the dinner buffet, not the most fresh/flavourful. However, We did love the breakfast! I would definitely stay at this hotel again (: x

Cozy hotel, clean and green area. Rest comfortably with a child, everything is nearby and the child is easy to find. There is a children's pool, animation. Very friendly staff. Energetic animators, my child spent a lot of time with them. The room was cleaned every day. Food is good, vegetables, fruits, meat, fish and a good choice of cheeses were available every day. 7 minutes to the sea, 15 minutes to a beautiful sandy beach. It was a good experience, I would love to return to this hotel.
