My sister and I booked a room here in January, and it was simply amazing. The breakfast buffet is delicious with many options, and you can taste they are local products. The service and staff have been very kind and welcoming since we came, our flight came earlier and they allowed us to check in and gave us free breakfast. The room had everything we needed, it was very clean (the lady came every day and did an amazing job) and a good size. I also liked the bed a lot, had some good nights of sleep. We enjoyed the spa every day, it's small but clean with two saunas, jacuzzi, and and indoor heated pool that's big enough for a daily swimming exercise. Also free of charge which is cool. All in all, a very nice experience! Thank you!

We stayed in rooms with a sea view, and it was amazing. Although we arrived early, we were offered breakfast without any extra charge, and they allowed us to check-in early. Staffs are really exceptional. The food was amazing, but the room could be better maintained. It's advisable to carry your own shampoo, conditioner, etc., as they provide a common wash gel for body, face, and hair, which is not really upto standard for a 4-star hotel.

Myself and my husband have just come home after five nights at this hotel. A lovely hotel with super hardworking friendly staff. In a good position on the sea front with bars and shops dotted around. Has a nice pool which we went in once and it was freezing which is what I would expect in Dec. Also has a nice indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Fantastic varied food, always hot and superbly cooked. Regular bus into Palma which took about 20 minutes for 2 euros each.
The only gripe about this trip was that as the trip was in December the resort was fairly quiet and there wasn't much to do at night. The hotel advertises entertainment but honestly the entertainment was truly truly bad, the worst I have ever seen on holiday ever. There was a young woman on one night who sang and danced and she was the best but there was just no atmosphere. Other nights they had a man on who just played cd's, a DJ type. He never said a word throughout the whole act, and there was no engagement at all with the audience, it was bizarre. Another night was a man playing an electric violin, just weird.
The main problem with the entertainment was lack of audience, each night there were only between 10-15 people so the atmosphere was nil. They needed more people in there and the hotel itself was busy. There were no other English people in the hotel when we stayed which is fine but gear your entertainment for the audience you have. I have been in many hotels in Majorca and been the only English guest and observed that other nationalitys appear to love a game of bingo pre entertainment. I think a game of bingo at the start of the night would have drawn more people in which would have meant more people there for the acts when they came on and then a better atmosphere. Also get some better acts in, honestly the ones we saw were terrible and managed to virtually clear the room before they had finished.
The other issue was there was no designated stage area for the entertainment it was just a space in the bar next to a piano.
After saying all of this I would come back to this hotel. It was a relaxing break, lovely staff and in a good position.

My wife & I recently stayed at the Grupotel Acapulco located at Playa de Palma on the island of Majorca. We would like to congratulate the General Manager & his team of conscientious workers. 10/10 👍The hotel is a reflection of very good management: spotlessly clean throughout. Excellent quality of food, with a wide & diverse variety of choice. Well done 👍 to all the management & staff. 10/10
