Fantastic 5 night break. Room was great, small fridge (al aye useful) free safe in the room and lovely balcony. Had good breakfast choices, the pool area was great and the service from the staff was brilliant.
Close to amenities, plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance.

Cons: A bit slow in the bar at night, could have been doing with more staff. Beds really uncomfortable 😒

Sorry but there is no way this is a 4 star hotel maybe 2.
Tiny room with no full length hanging space, requested the iron which was broken at the top so the water poured out allnober the place.
Bedding wasn't changed all week, towels were threadbare, balcony chairs were absolutely filthy, almost forgot the remote control for the TV was disgusting, I cleaned it before I used it.
I reported some sort of insect at the top of our bed where the strip lights are, photo was provided for the receptionist who said she would have someone look, still there when we left, if you're in Room 102 have a look and I'll bet the body of dead insect is still there.
Hotel could do with some fresh paintwork, looking very tired.
Breakfast was good as was the lady who cleared all the tables, really friendly and efficient.
Young barman in the evening was brilliant, friendly and informative about the area.
Good position for the beach and public transport.
Not somewhere we would choose to stay again.

We were able to spend only one night in this hotel due to the inefficient air conditioning. Our room was on the 3rd (top) floor, in one of the corners. The room temperature was around 29C during daylight with minimum temperature/maximum fan setting and upon complaining about it we learned that "this is the maximum it can do". The room was hot and humid during the night too, we were not able to sleep properly which is extremely inconvenient on a holiday. The lowest temperature was around 25C during dawn for a couple of hours and then is started to increase again in the morning. The staff claimed that all rooms are the same and that we would have the same issue in another room too.
Unfortunately, this was a deal breaker for us and we decided to switch to another hotel. The staff was very understanding and we paid only for one night at the end after a quick call with management.
We understand that there is a law in place to regulate air conditioner usage in Spain (came out last Summer in 2022 as we learned) and because of that hotels are prohibited to cool communal areas to lower than 27C but that doesn't apply to guest rooms. It was hot and humid everywhere in this hotel, at the reception, in the elevator, on the hallways, everywhere. However, this wasn’t the sole root cause of the issue, the hotel's air conditioning system seems to be very inefficient and/or outdated. We are also staying in another hotel not far from this now and the air conditioner is working fine.
Further cons:
- The room was tiny and thus uncomfortable and it was quite untidy
- The pool area was very noisy, we could hear everything on the 3rd floor
- The breakfast was OK at best
- Loud young people marching on the hallways in the middle of the night

- Polite, helpful staff
- Close to the beach

In no way is this a 4* hotel. It’s a 3* at a push.
1: children in the hotel so you’re paying for an all adult only but not getting it.
2: Not allowed water out of the water machine at dinner was told by the waiter that we can only use it at breakfast.
3: Cold food at dinner, they wanted to reheat chicken for the second time after it had been cooked. So we stopped eating in the restaurant apart from breakfast. Breakfast is ok, fair selection.
4: Dirty fridge in room. Which is advertised as a mini bar.
5: Ash tray on balcony full on arrival.
6: No pool service, as advertised.
7: Never got the 10% discount at the bar for guests of the hotel, as advertised.
8: Wedges of wood holding wardrobe up straight.
9: Sheets not changed all week.
10: Sun beds held together with big rusty bolts.
11: Netting on the sun beds was painted so when you lay on it it all comes off and sticks to you/clothes/towels revealing the stains underneath.
12: Big rusty bolts sticking out the ground next to the pool.
13: Tables around the pool were filthy.
14: no courtesy room only a baggage room.
90% of the staff are very nice and friendly the other 10% are not.
