Very nice hotel close to the beach. We were able to relax and enjoy our beautiful stay. The food is very good and at dinner they have a wide variety of great food. The room was really clean and we had a balcony facing the sunset which was great to see. Recommend this place is you want to stay in a quiet zone.

We stayed at Hotel Marfil Playa for 4 nights during our time in Mallorca and we had an amazing experience! The location is perfect, just a 5min walk from the beautiful Sa Coma beach, the facilities are really good and they also provide a private parking spot if you have a rental car which is great. Even when the park was full we always found a free parking spot on the roads around the hotel. Love the fact that they had live music or animation every single night by the pool. In general we had a great stay and we will definitely return one day! Thank you so much for everything 🙏🏼 Margarida & Daniel

We went on family vacation for 10 nights, 2 adults and 1 todler at the time of the vacation the age of the todler was of 3 years and 9 months. I would say for the adults it's a good place but as a family if you have a todler/children I would not recommend the hotel and i would give example. Activities for children under 4 years old are none. This is the first hotel that didn't have any activities for children under 4 and we are going in holiday overseas 3 times a year all the rest of hotel the had activities for todlers 2 and up. And it's the first hotel to not have kids disco, they only had face paint on night time, not even children music when they did the face painting. Activities for adults they weren't many but the had a program around 21.30 that was good. The food was good and had good variety, even our little one she did enjoyed and she is very selective with her food. The personal from reception was very helpful. The room was cleaned every day. People working at the bar where ok stars and I would explain why on the night when the show starts they woul come at the table to the the order sonone night We were waiting for someone to take the order for 20 minutes and in the time our little one wanted some water I didn't see anyone coming to take the water so I went inside to the bar to ask for a glass of water but I was brushed of and told to go to the table and someone will come to take the order after that I went into the room and take the water from the room. After another 20 minutes still nobody come to thake the order so i went again to see what's happening so the same treatment again and I did asked to see how much you need to wait for you order to be served. And because of this and one more incident i would say ok not everyone working at the bar were the same. The hotel has 3 pools the one for todlers it's the smallest ever if they are 4 todlers inside it feels full. 1 adult poll outside has a nice size and one inside, the one from inside if they are 4 adults inside it feels full as well. The hotel has a playground for kids on the smaller side. One billiard table outside.

The hotel is nicely located close to the beach with good access to a variety of amenities. Sa Coma beach is nice and water is shallow. Hotel pool is nice and plenty of sunbeds available even at full capacity. Animation team is doing a great job and each evening we had an interesting entertainment proposition (flamenco night was by far our favourite). Now, there were also some things that need improvement. The most concerning were the ants. Everywhere in our room, from day one. Although we have requested 3 times to sort out the problem nothing has really hapened. We were told it was probably because we had some food in the room. But is there anyone not having any crisps, sweets or anything edible in theit baggage (especially people with kids)?! We realised then it was a general problem of the hotel after we spoke with other guests having the same issue. Later we found ants even at the bar while serving a cocktail. Literally, 2-3 hours after check-in they were everywhere in the room. They couldn’t have reached the 4th floor that quickly unless they were already there. The room could have been better for a 4* hotel (smallest hotel fridge ever seen, poor room refurbishment and loose items in the bathroom). Finally, the food was okay to find something for every taste but a bit repetitive and definitely less varied than a 3.5* hotel we booked last year in Mallorca as well. Overall I would rate it rather as a 3* hotel which let us down a little bit, especially after reading so many positive reviews here.

Beautiful hotel. Balcony over looking the pool and beach. Communal areas kept clean especially pool area. Food was excellent so much choice and a different menu everyday. Staff were very attentive.3 minute walk to the beach. Highly recommend. Only negative is the beds weren't to comfortable and thin walls. Would stay here again 100%
