Overall, the hotel was very good and we really enjoyed our stay. Being spread out over a number of residential and leisure areas there was a choice over whether we wanted to be in a quiet pool area or busy pool with music etc.
Highlights:
-All staff; reception, catering, entertainment, bars, housekeeping and maintenance, were excellent and are to be commended for making our holiday so enjoyable. Thank you.
-The three pools and surrounding gardens were fabulous and very well maintained.
-The evening entertainment was brilliant with outside acts alternating daily with dance shows by the hotel’s very talented entertainments team.
-The restaurant food was very good, with an excellent choice of food for all tastes, which changed daily.
Improvements:
-A good choice of daily activities run by the entertainments team, although more teenager related activities would have been appreciated. Eg. Both shooting and archery activities were disappointingly age limited (this had not been the case at other hotels we have visited).
-The apartment room we stayed in was comfortable and well located by the quiet pool but the internal furnishings needed some upkeep and there was a dearth of clothes storage; only a single wardrobe with one shelf and four coat hangers is not really sufficient for a family of three!

I recently stayed at the hotel with my family for a birthday celebration and unfortunately, we left feeling a little let down and frustrated by several aspects of our stay.
To begin on a positive note, the reception staff were lovely and welcoming, and the bar service was excellent. The pool area was also a highlight for us – everyone in the family enjoyed it, though we were surprised to find that large floats weren’t allowed, which wasn’t made clear beforehand. The food was very good, and both the football and tennis courts were great additions.
However, we were very disappointed with the room. The beds were extremely low to the floor, with thin sheets, and were uncomfortable and creaky – we all left with sore backs and shoulders. The shower pressure was poor, and we were surprised to find that all the water in the hotel was salty, like seawater, which wasn’t ideal for washing or brushing teeth.
We also had a problem with ants in the room – they were crawling everywhere. On top of this, there was a strong and unpleasant smell of dirty drains lingering throughout parts of the hotel.
Another major issue for us was the volume of the music. It was blasting from morning to night, making it impossible to relax at times. While we understand that music creates atmosphere, it was overwhelmingly loud and constant.
Lastly, while we appreciated the effort with the evening entertainment, it became a bit repetitive as some nights featured the same acts or themes.
Overall, while there were definitely some positives, the negatives had a big impact on our experience. We hope this feedback is helpful for future improvements.

The hotel is very cozy, with a pleasant atmosphere. The pools are close to all the blocks. We stayed in the apartments — everything was clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The food was very tasty, with new dishes every day. We especially enjoyed the paella.
I’d like to highlight the bar in particular — despite the All-Inclusive system, the cocktails and drinks were generously made. We really appreciated the service from the bartender and waiter MARTI — he’s very friendly, kind, knows his job well, and has a personal approach to each guest. Without him, the evenings at the bar would have been boring 😎.
There are also two beaches close to the hotel.

We had a fantastic experience—perfect for families. The all-inclusive package offered a wide selection of delicious food, and the atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. The service was excellent, and the room cleaning was top-notch. The location is great, with easy access to nearby attractions. All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We would definitely come back again.
