The hotel foyer and pool area are absolutely gorgeous however, there are several areas that this hotel must improve:
1. Pool waterfalls and hot tub switched off/not working.
2. You may only exchange your pool towels on certain days. We had bird muck on ours and were told we couldn’t exchange the towels.
3. The double room is a twin room with the beds pushed together. One of us fell between the beds every night.
4. The cooked breakfast wasn’t the best. There’s a large selection but the cooked food was low quality.
5. Each bed only has one flat pillow and a square cushion. Additional pillows are charged at €2 per person per night.
The pool area is beautiful but overall, we expected better.

Management will lie to cover themselves!
On the first day a member of our party had a accident in spa, resulting in a number of stitches and severe bruising, understand accidents can happen that wasn’t the issue, what was the issue was when we requested to see the accident report, the hotel refused and said we must leave the hotel or they will call the police.
We left the hotel, upon returning we persuaded this with the head office as the manager at the hotel was really really aggressive ( we have full recordings of this) upon our return to the UK we got a report from the head office saying the member of party fell over in the spa INTOXICATED, well slight issue with that is… he doesn’t drink alcohol… this is obviously a cover up my the hotel management around the safety concerns.
Luckily we have photos, videos and evidence to take this further and will be visiting the hotel in a few weeks during our next visit.

Beautiful location with relaxed atmosphere. This is a hotel for a classic and stylish taste. Staff is very helpful and speaks good English and food was great. Something for everyone. Would recommend. I have visited here two times.

My recent vacation on Mallorca exceeded all expectations thanks to this amazing hotel, located right on the coast. The first thing that impressed me was the incredible view of the sea from the windows and the terrace. Every day began with admiring the scenery, which gave a sense of complete tranquility and harmony with nature.
The service at the hotel is top-notch: the staff is always attentive, friendly, and ready to help in any situation. All issues were resolved quickly and with a smile, making the stay even more comfortable.
A special thanks goes to the kitchen — the food here is simply amazing! Every dish is a small culinary masterpiece, from fresh seafood to desserts. Breakfasts and dinners were true gastronomic journeys that I would love to repeat again and again. Every Friday, they set up a large seafood buffet, offering a variety of fresh catches that are a real treat for seafood lovers.
Overall, this amazing hotel is the perfect place for anyone seeking quality relaxation, stunning views, and high-level service. I highly recommend it and hope to return here again!

We just recently got back from Santa Ponsa. So far it was the best holiday we had. Location is amazing close to the beach shops and restaurants. Rooms are super clean with daily cleaning service. Staff in the hotel couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. Reception ladies always smiling and ready to help. Waiters in the bar were absolutely amazing always chatty smiley and friendly they made our holiday so special. Food in the restaurant and the bar was delicious the whole atmosphere around is so nice. Of course can’t miss our favourite Christian. Daily entertainments with him were so much fun !
Overall it was the best hotel we’ve been and we are already planning next year holiday in there again. Loved every minute.
