This Hotel has been a dream. The service and people here are so welcoming and there is so many different nationalities here so learning all of them was a treat.
The food was good but could be better. The buffet had so many options which i loved but also cold be improved.
Our room was more than needed! Our bed was HUGE! it was cleaned whenever we wanted.
Pool area was always cleaned and i fully recommend the all inclusive package! worth the wild!
Me personally would recommend this Adults Hotel, Nice and quiet with no kids screaming running around

The hotel was great, staff are friendly and rules are relaxed! We were only there for 3 days so it was great. If we were there for a week we would have liked better entertainment and more to do in the evenings and during the day.
The food was okay, there was lots of choice but nothing felt like we truly had a wholesome dinner. Many people have complained about the food after they stayed for a week and although we only stayed three days, we can completely see how after seven days this food would be hard to enjoy.
Another thing is the drinks we got all inclusive and the set cocktails. They were just juice with no real alcohol in them and the dinner wine is probably the worst we’ve tasted - we felt bad but left it on the table. If you want to get drinks at the bar, then maybe just order a spirit and mix it yourself - easily doable as many spirits are included in all inclusive.
But hotel staff are really helpful and approachable in all settings and the hotel rules are relaxed which means you can always get the service you need.
I’d recommend for short stays only.
I think it’s essential that you ask for the balcony view of the pool area and the mountains. If you get the balcony on the other side of the building, then you’ll just be looking at other buildings.
It’s good for the price!

Service
We were welcomed with what was called an upgrade, but the room type turned out to be exactly what we had originally booked. Except it was not a quiet room as requested, but one facing the elevators No one mentioned hotel activities or things to do nearby. Staff around the dining area were uncomfortably loud, especially at breakfast (throwing around dishes/cutlery). Amenities were barebones — besides shampoo, there were no toiletries provided, and only two tiny bottles of water were offered on the first day.
Rooms
Big and comfortable beds. However, the walls are paper-thin; you can literally feel your bed shake when someone closes a nearby door. The open closet is small, and the bathroom even smaller — barely any space to unpack your stuff. Cleaning was just average, and disappointingly, the bedsheets weren’t changed during our 5-night stay.
Food
Breakfast had a decent variety and fresh eggs on demand, but some items (like beans and mushrooms) were clearly canned. Dinner was the biggest letdown: although there was variety, the food was bland, tasteless, and relied heavily on canned or frozen ingredients. Also, clean dishes had stains on them too frequently.
Pool
The pool area is clean and well-maintained, but its location right next to a road on two sides makes relaxation depending on the traffic.
Wonderland Enrichment
We checked in at 2am and were amazed by how welcoming and helpful the staff were, even at that hour. They made the process quick and easy, which was a huge relief after a long day of travel. The food here was incredible, with fresh, flavorful dishes that stood out from anything else we had nearby. The location could not be better!
Just steps from the beach and surrounded by shops, cafes, and everything you might need. It was the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and quality.

The hotel itself is in a convenient location and immaculately clean. However, we felt it was let down in a few areas. Firstly, there is a strong smell of sewage coming from the shower drain. This was pungent and overpowering at times. We mentioned to reception who did instruct a member of housekeeping to put some sort of detergent down the drain, but it simply returned the following day. Secondly, There are not enough sun beds and the hotel does not enforce it’s policy of not reserving them - this means unless you are willing to go at 8am, you are not getting a sun-bed due to other guests putting their towels down. Thirdly, the food was average. We found it to be of low quality more Often than not and quite bland and repetitive. Lastly, we ordered a continental breakfast the night before checking out (as instructed to do so in the guest information sheet). On the morning of checkout, we went to get the breakfast we had ordered and discovered another couple had eaten it. They had simply walked down to reception in the morning without any prior booking and were directed to go to the restaurant by the member of staff who was on the desk that morning. This meant when we went in at 6am (the time we had booked), the other guests had eaten the food we had ordered. The hotel were not bothered by this and made no attempt to put out more food.
