The hotel is very smart and trendy with a minimalist approach but sadly with that comes a slight lack of room facilities such as drawer space. There's plenty of room, they are just not provided. Great huge tv with several home (uk) channels, but again tv is fixed to the wall so access to the HDMI port is very restricted and I need daily access. Food is great and staff are excellent especially the staff at the pool bar. I would recommend this hotel.
Easy access to buses and Old Town Alcudia is gorgeous.

Personally, I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. When we first arrived, we thought it was a little bit quiet, but on the second day of the 11 nights our opinion totally changed. The hotel is in a great location, 25-minute walk from the old town, 10 minutes from a beautiful beach, and 15 minutes from the harbour. Plenty of shops, restaurants and bars on your doorstep and the bus stops are all within a 5-minute walk.
The rooms are very clean and modern; the staff are exceptional, very friendly, upbeat and helpful. The hotel is on the smaller size but you always get a sunbed. There is a smaller than average sized bar, but well stocked, with a nice seated area inside and out for evening drinks.
A few negatives, the entertainment is OK, but if you want big show stopping acts, this probably isn’t the hotel for you. The food is great quality, but not a huge amount of choice. Despite these negatives, I couldn’t give this hotel anything under 5 stars, great value for money and we’ll definitely be going back in the future.

Well... we stayed here for 1 week half board and was upgraded to all inclusive which was amazing. This review is 100% honest. The staff - all friendly and helpful and cheerful.
The hotel - Room was nice but could of done with a fresh coat of paint as there were scuff marks on the walls , a free safe depost box and a nice sized tv with mix of channels.
The room was cleaned daily and fresh linen and towel etc as needed.
The shower was amazing the most powerful shower we've ever experienced and very hot water so be warned. ( we loved it tho ) the only problem was the design of the shower tray meant the water leaked out onto the floor which we had to mop the water - no drama. Reception staff 24hrs and very helpful.
Pool area amazing and ample sunbeds to choose. Plenty to do etc basket ball , pool table. My only gripe was that the hotel was very noisy. We found the restaurant on floor 1 to be very noisy with the chairs scraping in and out on the floor. When it was full the noise was unbearable, some nights we decided to eat out as the noise level was to much.
Also the room we were in was not sound proofed as it sounded like our balcony door was left open all night. In my opinion the hotel was very nice on 1st impressions - would we return - yes but maybe bring some ear defenders.
The other issue for me was that food was warm and not hot. There was good variety most nights, some food was repetitive and very salty. The drinks were also not good the house wine was like vinegar. We tried a variety of drinks from the restaurant menu but didn't like them. There's alot on seating around reception to sit and chill. Books to read and there's also a spa which we didn't use so cant comment. 2 lifts but very small indeed , it stated that 6 person would fit but dont think thats possible as im 6ft and 17st and it filled up quickly which meant we wre like sardines in a tin.
My personal score out of 10 would be a 6.
I just think this hotel could do alot better if all the above were addressed. Ive read other reviews on here and seem to be similar.

The hotel was great, staff are friendly and rules are relaxed! We were only there for 3 days so it was great. If we were there for a week we would have liked better entertainment and more to do in the evenings and during the day.
The food was okay, there was lots of choice but nothing felt like we truly had a wholesome dinner. Many people have complained about the food after they stayed for a week and although we only stayed three days, we can completely see how after seven days this food would be hard to enjoy.
Another thing is the drinks we got all inclusive and the set cocktails. They were just juice with no real alcohol in them and the dinner wine is probably the worst we’ve tasted - we felt bad but left it on the table. If you want to get drinks at the bar, then maybe just order a spirit and mix it yourself - easily doable as many spirits are included in all inclusive.
But hotel staff are really helpful and approachable in all settings and the hotel rules are relaxed which means you can always get the service you need.
I’d recommend for short stays only.
I think it’s essential that you ask for the balcony view of the pool area and the mountains. If you get the balcony on the other side of the building, then you’ll just be looking at other buildings.
It’s good for the price!

Wonderful place, the staff were great, food was always delicious and so well presented, bar fantastic. The entertainment staff are just brilliant. The place is so clean, everywhere. They clean down the pool area twice a day, including all of the sunbeds. It was such an amazing holiday, would highly recommend and return in a heartbeat! Thank you to everyone who made the stay so special.
