Arrived 2nd April for a week all inclusive for my son’s first holiday abroad and we were disappointed to say the least. The food was absolutely shocking for the first 3 nights - we ended up eating out the rest of our holiday. Even my 3 year old wouldn’t eat it and he is not fussy. No kids entertainment for the first 3 days, the only thing for kids to do was play in the pool. There was a magician entertainment but he wouldn’t perform on the main stage because ‘it was too cold’. Entertainment did improve day 4 onwards. We were shocked that there was no fence on our balcony as we were ground floor, totally misleading - asked for an alternative room as was not safe for my son … STILL waiting for them to call me to change my room and I’ve been home 2 days. Our view was rocks and sharp objects. Pros - we had the loveliest cleaner (guttered I didn’t get her name) Staff were polite and friendly Probably wouldn’t return as was totally let down. This is not a 3 star hotel.

Took my 2 nephews all inclusive for a week as a treat ,and I wasn't expecting too much but it was lovely, so hot ,food was good and a wide choice (and I am so fussy ) drinks were good ,staff lovely,rooms good ,grounds lovely ,the boys said it was there best holiday ,so planning to go back

The service was very nice, the food was lovely and there was a lot to choose from.The atmosphere was nice and the rooms were cleaned everyday, the Pool was also cleaned everyday.I would recommend this to anyone who wants to spend a good holiday.

The rooms were average, the bathroom door was stuck, you had to push very hard to open it, the beds were only made of top, the beds were not made up underneath, the food was average, the water in the pool in the backyard was very cold, even in the one for small children, my daughter she only kicked herself in the swimming pool inside the hotel because it was warm there. overall, the location was good, you could get everywhere by bus, a big plus for the animators who ran great evenings for children,

Nice hotel in quiet area 👌 10 min walk from the beach, lovely pool ,and grounds splash park and football ⚽️ pitch.. out door pool bar open with a large choice of drinks both all inclusive or to but, however not once on the whole holiday did we even feel tipsy.. not the best quality 😕 Our room.was ok very dated but ok with small balcony 👌 however beds are awful! Unfortunately springs poking out everywhere in all beds so not much sleep for a week! Cleaners were in everyday and were lovely made special effort to make little boats and halloween treats for the kids! This was above and beyond and made us all smile! So thankyou The food for the first few days we couldn't fault but as the week went on it became very poor! Lots of flies on salads every day and running out of butter if you want to eat pancakes every day your good to go ! Found some of the bar staff and reception staff and bit off at times ! Maybe as they were closing down they couldn't be bothered 😕 All in all I would say this hotel was no more.than a 3 star at most! Would probably not return here again The best part of the hotel is the entertainment staff!!! They work hard everyday and every night to keep everyone upbeat! Great 👍 we'll.done lads!!! Last thing if you go here don't bother asking for a taxi we had a boat trip booked asked for a taxi and were told we don't know if it will turn up or not ... it didn't we waited an hour 😪. So made our way by ting ting train to our destination!
