Such a pleasant stay! Visited in April so not busy yet. The resort consists of several blocks and main rece
ption building with restaurant, gym and spa. All looks clean and freshly renovated to high modern standards. Rooms are more great. Bathroom with two sink and walk in shower 👍 Comfy beds, but pillows too thick for my personal preference. Staff seems lovely but didn't engage too much. Travelled by car and there was always an empty parking space. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

Very friendly staff. Amazing food. The themed food at dinner time was a highlight for us every day. Great ambiance. Fantastic cocktails. Hotel highly recommended. A hire car is recommended to discover the close by amazing sites and beaches.

Thank you Arslan and everyone at Club del Sol for making us feel welcome and looking after us so we'll.
Victor was great at encouraging the kids to do the activities which they enjoyed.
The place is spotless clean, it is lovely and chilled and very relaxing. We enjoyed the variety and quality of the food.
Very easy to get into Pollensa and Alcudia as the hotel is just off the main road and there are regular buses. Taxis were an option too.
Staff are all very friendly and helpful.

We spent 5 days here in early April. Pollensa is a cyclist haven, with the hotel situated roughly 1.5k from the Port. The resort itself is modern, clean and deserving more than its 4 stars. Room
Our family of 4 had a junior suite with balcony, which comes with its own mini kitchen, a separate bedroom and a sofa bed. The bathroom could do with more ventilation, ours had a small corner window.
Facilities and staff
The staff are super friendly, and always helpful. The pool is chilly (it's not heated) but didn't deter people from swimming in balmy April temperatures! The main lobby, bar and restaurant has contemporary furnishings and earthy decor. Even the staff are dressed in shades of white/beige/cream huge - very White Lotus!
Special mention to the spa - it's underused but a gem - we loved visiting the sauna every day. The massages were soothing too - it's about 95 euro for 50 minutes. The bar area is huge - great for pre-dinner drinks. A lot of people gather there after dinner. From 8.30 there's children entertainment (often a mini disco). By 9, evening entertainment commences. There's also a TV area for showing sport.
Food
As vegans, we were prepared to eat the same thing every day - and even brought our own oat milk. However, we were surprised to see a large selection at meal times.
For breakfast, we had an array of cereals (seeds, nuts and dried fruit), fruit, fresh carrot juice, and cooked breakfast (rostis, avocado, beans, mushrooms, tomatoes, toast) every day.
For dinner, there's a vegetarian section with largely unprocessed dishes (paella/casserole rice, lentils/legumes/bean dishes, veggie stews/meatballs, couscous, curried dishes, pastas) as well as a huge salad bar. We would love to have had some dessert options.
For lunch, the terrace bar has a limited menu for vegans, but we had the asian poke bowl and salad options.
Entertainment
The animation team are hardworking and super friendly, working well over 12 hour days (you see them in the morning and late into the night!). The programme could be more diverse though (karaoke, bingo, a magic evening). Perhaps we were arrived too early in the season, but would love to have seen more sport activities during the day for children, maybe a football match or water polo.
Kids club
We didn't use this but it's for up to 12 years old (we felt that the programme warranted more like up to 8 perhaps?).
Sport
The hotel prides itself as being a cyclist mecca. There's a bike rental on site. We hired road bikes (for solo rides to Formentor etc) and bikes for the children (9 euros each day; 15 for regular adult bike) for rides to Alcudia and Pollensa old town.
The roads are flat and straight to Alcudia and the port, so if you want run ideas - it's roughly 5-7k run to the port and back on the main road. There's a nice 8k loop to the back of the hotel where you can run around the countryside. On other days, the more secluded nature reserve has a 1.5k loop. Locally there's also paddleboarding and kite surfing activities too.
