A Home Away From Home - Thank You for an Unforgettable Stay
From the moment we arrived, we felt more like family than guests. The dining experience was far beyond what we expected- not just because of the excellent food, but because of the incredible people behind it.
Don Carlos, Margarita, and Maribel- Thank you for making every meal feel like a warm, personal celebration. Your kindness, attention and genuine care created moments we’ll always treasure. You didn’t just serve meals- you created memories.
We are looking forward to coming back… and yes, we are going to miss you all.
The hotel excellent and you the heart of the experience.

This hotel pretends to be a 4 stars hotel.... But Apart of the location, modern and pretty reception and lovely rooftop view and terrasse as long you are not travelling with children, there is nothing good with this hotel.
We booked a 3 bedrooms room, we did end up in a disabled room with a lovely view on a car park above the bins and with a big generator which made permanent noise (night and day) and an adapted bathroom meaning mini sink and shower next to toilet (feeling sorry for disabled people).
I have immediately asked to change room and I have been told that all 3 beds bedrooms were same and there was no option to change. I offered to pay more, answer was same, I have asked for a 2 bedrooms beds (we were with my 10 years old daughter), answer was still same : there was no option to change.... I even considered changing hotel and asked to cancel, they said it was not refundable.
Day after, the manager finally accepted to change our room and funny enough, there were lots of other bedrooms with 3 beds ...
That was the only good news of the week, as all bedrooms were same : no water option, empty fridge, no kettle, no iron, towels never changed, I had to asked several times for the bedroom to be cleaned, majority of receptionists were rude or just dismissive, you have to give caution for swimming towels....
I could add lot of comments, but would just suggest to avoid this hotel especially if you are travelling with kids.

We had a wonderful stay in H10 Casa del Mar in Santa Ponça. Food and location are excellent, couldn’t be any better. Great spot for our Tennis training with the team 😉

Lovely room and really good evening meals with the half board offer. Only complaint was they made us pay for water with the evening meal. We're perfectly happy with the tap water which was served at breakfast. Why not serve this in the evening?

Absolutely not a 4 Star hotel.
This property is a 3 star at best. Where to start:
The rooms: These are incredibly dated and run down, mould in the shower, parts of the bathroom flooring falling off and no in room amenities apart from a hair dryer. Lost a night in a double bed as it was setup as two singles and it had nobody could do anything until the next day apparently. It was only 7pm when we checked in. We had a corner room which is the second best in the hotel but so small and all you really pay for is a bigger balcony and a second window. Don’t waste your money on this. Also these are not sound proof at all. You can hear everything outside on the road and outside your room in the corridor.
Breakfast: Very average, pastries are dry and not fresh. Hot food fine.
Staff: on the whole the staff have been great. This is a positive of the hotel.
Pool area: This is nice and the roof terrace is great. The only downside is it says no reserving beds yet this is not enforced and people leave their stuff on the beds all day which is incredibly annoying. Also, I’ve never stayed at a 4 star hotel where you have to pay for your fresh pool towels and these are kept under lock and key by the life guard, very strange!
Lastly, we had two rings go missing from one of our bags during the day while it was in our room. This is still being looked into and I’m hoping this will be resolved before we leave Mallorca.
