We booked this via on the beach and it had 4 pictures of another hotel, this was very disappointing. It is in a very loud location if you want an easy quite night to choose one away from the centre. Room it self needed work doing repair and repainting a few bits and bobs. Overall it was good and great food, food was amazing! Also staff were very helpful! I would suggest they replace doors on the balcony more sound proof and do a bit of redecorating and there would be nothing to complain about!

The hotel provided an exceptional experience.
Its location is advantageous, being in close proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shopping establishments. The staff demonstrated remarkable friendliness and professionalism.
The breakfast and dinner were amazing! They had a huge selection of food.
The swimming pools were well-maintained, and the sunbeds were comfortable. The bar offered reasonably priced beverages, and the pool area was enlivened by pleasant music throughout the day. I am particularly grateful for the complimentary gesture from the hotel in acknowledging my birthday, which added a thoughtful touch to my stay.❤️ Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Sol House The Studio and intend to return next year.🙏😊

I have never written a bad review like this. But please, be warned:
- The Hotel is a party hotel. They say "adults only", but with only 18-yo drunk people jumping in the pool and extreme loud music in the whole area, it is worse noise, than if they had kids everywhere.
- During the nite, the party people throw doors, scream, knock, go crazy.
- During breakfast, you see them in their piyama not even wearing shoes, at the table. The coffee machines were in partial broken when I was there, so would wait in line for coffee forever.
- The elevators are extremely slow, and it is nerve-wracking to go up and down stairs, also one elevator was broken and then you wait even longer, they are tiny and people would squeeze in.
- Sitting at the buffet for dinner you have to run after the staff to order drinks (without exception).
- Every single morning and evening I had to beg and discuss to turn the music a bit down, because the loud bashing house music was so loud, you can´t talk to other people at the table. It was not possible to relax for one minute, it was like this from 9:45 am to 22:00.
- They charged my dog 35 EUR a day, even though it was not written on the description on the booking.
- No matter what you need from the staff, EVERYTHING is a problem. You will always be forwarded. No Help, No cooperation. I always felt like I am annoying.
- House cleaning: Nothing cleaned, even though I paid so much for the dog extra. I had to ask for them to change the sheets and every day we had to ask for toilet paper. On Top: They knock at 9 am in the morning, which is extremely disturbing!
- Not even a Taxi could be reserved by the reception for the next morning - I don´t understand why. I have never been more happy to leave a place.
I traveled to 44 countries and have seen much.

It was a bit of a bad experience.
You can't sleep comfortably, screaming everywhere and no one cares about them
The elevator was out of order for two days and you had to wait in line to get up and we were forced to use the stairs.
There is no closet with doors in the room.
The bed is not comfortable at all, it makes noise and the mattress is hard.
The air conditioning blades cannot be controlled. You have to climb to change their path.

The cocktail master class was amazing. Felipe was the best.
The beach club is very chilled vibes and Great value for money. I only wish we came across this place at the beginning of our holiday.
Carlos served the best daiquiris.
Overall great location, welcoming staff and beautiful venue.
