This is one of the worst hotels iv ever stayed at. I understand people want to go out and have a good time like ourselves but it’s full of 18 year olds screaming all night of the hours! Banging on the doors making so much noise. It got that bad two women came out going mad as the security guard didn’t even speak English and was shouting at her pushing her back into her room not to mention it’s her birthday. Woman mopping with no wet signs up what caused my friend to slip and really hurt herself. Been taking food from breakfast up to our rooms with no problem and the last day he stops us and says no food allowed in the rooms. He was quite rude about it too. Magaluf itself is just a money making rubbish place. €18 for a salad! I wouldn’t book this hotel because you will be disappointed. I feel like I need another holiday after experiencing this one. Paid a lot of money to be leaving so unhappy. If I could give it zero stars I would. Even the Dj was crap it’s not a 4 star anyway! Its put me off ever coming back to magaluf.

The hotel is decent enough but the rooms show signs of obvious wear and tear. Cleanliness is good but we had to specifically ask in reception for them to vaccum the floor which is a little silly since it is a hotel situated almost on the beach. By day four, the floor was quite sandy.
Fridge and AC in the room are a big plus.
We were upgraded to a seaside room with a small balcony for 30 euros for the duration of our stay as we arrived just outside of the main season. It has a decent view of the beach and the sea.
Staff are nice and friendly. They have beach towels free of charge in reception.
The biggest drawback of this hotel are the clientele. They are mostly British people aged 18-25 who are very loud. Combine this with the thin walls and doors of the hotel and you can hear everything from their obnoxious drunken screaming to their slamming of doors and running down the hallway. Earplugs are a must if you're a light sleeper. They're really only active between 1600-0400, lounging by the pool during the daylight hours. You'll see some of them at breakfast but the hotel is mostly quiet between 0800-1500.

Room/facilities are fine, location great, however there is a serious lack of hotel security, every morning from 3am - 7.30am the hotel is like a zoo, filled with barbaric animals who have been brought up with 0 respect or consideration for other people. There is a severe lack of willingness from staff to deal with this issue, people who are not guests lingering in corridors having parties and using megaphones. Reception tell you to phone down if you have any issues, only for them to not answer your call or put you straight on hold if and when they do answer, essentially ignoring you until you have to physically go down and see them and even at that point the matter doesn’t get resolved. Had to deal with these children ourselves on multiple occasions. You can barely call this a hotel, you may as well put a mattress on the strip and stay there for a week. Will never be staying here again as this was such a terrible experience. If you want to get 2 hours sleep a night at best then this is the hotel for you, otherwise I would seriously consider your options. As for what you can do to improve this situation it’s quite simple, go and warn this minority that if it continues the will be evicted from the hotel, at the very least you can make sure that it is only the guests that are in the hotel not random people who only want to disturb your paying guests. Very very poor.

Lovely hotel, lovely size rooms, cocktails are amazing, nice vibe around the pool with music playing, the Irish rep Dale was lovely and sorted us out with any events, tickets and recommended nice restaurants and places to go. He made our holiday! Thank you :) location is perfect! Will defernetly come back xx

We stayed at this hotel for half a day only, waiting for our flight at night with hopes to get some sleep before the departure. But we couldn't get any sleep because the area was super noisy, drunk people are screaming, music was too loud, doors slamming, people running through the hallways all night, literally zero relaxation or rest.
The room itself was very outdated, with furniture having cracks and missing pieces here and there. The walls had stains, the towels had yellow and dark stains. I was disgusted even to take a shower, everything was super old and gross. The cleaning lady just left the towels for us on the shower floor!! Very welcoming. I felt like I was staying at the cheap side road motel. This is not a 4-star hotel for sure. The beds were small and not very comfortable, but I'm glad at least they were clean with no bed bugs. The toilet was not attached to the floor, it was wobbling every time you sit on it.
We didn't feel safe in the area, the caffes, beach, streets, food places arond were nasty and wilthy. Drunk teenagers and drug-addicts just walking around, while the police officers were watching them. We didn't feel safe at all and counted hours to leave Magaluf asap. Stay away from that area if you are alooking for calm, peaceful and recharging stay - this is not the one. It seems the sole purpose of this place is to find a partner for the night - super gross.
No parking is provided by the hotel, we parked our car on the street.
I'm super happy we didn't stay in this hotel or Magaluf area for more than half a day but unfortunately, our great impression of Mallorca (so far) was quite spoiled by this stay.
