A big thank you to everyone at this lovely hotel for making our holiday memorable. All the staff are so friendly and couldn't have been more helpful.
My husband and I travelled with our son and seven year old Grandson a couple of weeks ago and have already booked again!
The food was plentiful, we enjoyed every meal seated outside.
The large pool had plenty of sunbeds and it was a blessing that some can be located in the shade!
The beach and local shops are just a five minute walk away with plenty of bars for snacks.

I was here in July 2025. This hotel is at the back of the Ca’n Picafort resort. Nice and quiet, clean and tidy. Lovely food.
The staff members were friendly and helpful.
The rooms are comfortable and have good air conditioning, but only have one plug socket available so you need an extension socket with an adaptor.
There is a pool bar outside, open all day next to the large swimming pool. Lots of sun-beds available and you get free towels.
Free drinks all day with the all inclusive, as well as breakfast, lunch and evening meals. A big variety of food every day.
Good entertainment every night, with a children’s disco to start with.
Finally, you can play tennis, hire bikes and use a gym every day and there are staff who encourage you to do aqua aerobics and yoga in the day.

We loved our stay at Exagon Park. From the moment we arrived (which was in the morning around 8:00, after a night flight) we were invited to serve breakfast (although check-in was after 14) and offered a room immediately after that, which was around 10:00. Great service, great staff. Clean rooms, clean everything. AC was perfect in spite of the very high temperatures outside. We loved the pool and it's garden with trees and having lots of shade. Also we greatly appreciated the fact that, after check-out, while our transfer was scheduled late in the evening, we enjoyed a full day at the pool and got offered a room to change in our travel clothes when we needed it. Fantastic! Wonderful hotel, great location. All staff are very kind and helpful, rooms are spotlessly clean! Great fresh food selection daily, plenty of seats in the dining room. Large pool surrounded by lush grounds, never an issue to get a sun lounger whatever the time of day. Highly recommend for friends, families and couples.

Just got home to Wales from spending 1week here.
Great selection of drinks on the A/I (even cider) and food was fab....very typical of 4star hotel food. Snacks selection was fine for what we needed (nothing extravagant but toasties if kids missed breakfast, cornetto/magnum and think there was cake/biscuits?)
Rooms basic but unless you plan on living in the room for hols, fine for what you need and clean (though bathroom bin doesnt get emptied... sorry!)
Maintenance sorted promptly (we got locked in bathroom with dodgy door handle :) )
The air-conditioning didnt freeze your nose at all! But made rooms a comfortable temperature I'd say.
Evening entertainment varied from duo, acrobats, tribute acts, Spanish guitarist. So pretty pleasant for families.
Daytime entertainment was ***great fun*** and met some really lovely people. We joined in the water polo, water volleyball, water aerobics, also the pilates+yoga up on grass (my glutes are still aching today, a day later, we were worked hard lol ... thanks Chris! Really appreciate you 💪😆).
Chris was a brilliant asset to the daytime animation/ entertainments team and got as many people involved as were willing to participate and walked round chatting to people in the day and evening... Youre an absolute star...dankashen? 🙌
The indoor pool had a self-use hydraulic lift which was perfect for my father to get in and out pool. Only got busy when we had torrential rain 1 afternoon.
Reception staff were efficient, professional and friendly.
Outside towels get changed every 3days, room towels daily if you put them in bath.
Dining room staff were so helpful and friendly and accommodated our group of 7... plus electric mobility scooter 3 times a day 🙉... gracias 🙏
The bar staff were all great. Love that all the cocktails were pre programmed into machine, so had a great cocktail everytime (than mostly juice) The water by pool bar was room temp, but if got from machine by pool table off reception, was always ice cold to fill bottles.
