If you want to book only one night, think twice! 0 starts if possible! So we booked the hotel for one night due to its proximity to the airport. We were given a room near the reception - 010. Our mistake was to go straight to the beach and not check it.
The room had no balcony (just a window facing a wall) although we booked a room with a balcony. We went to the reception to ask for another room or a compensation, the receptionist told us to come back in the morning (it was after 23:00)and discuss with his colleague as this was not under his remit.
That was ok with us, but then… we discovered the bathroom - it was not clean - nails on the floor, beard trimming hair on the sink and.. toilet not cleaned!!! At a 4* hotel!
At 7am I was at the reception desk complaining about this - fortunately the shifts had changed and his colleague was already there - but surprise - her reply « I am sorry, there is nothing we can do now, why didn’t you come in the evening? » ?!?!? Of course, they offered their free breakfast trick for which we didn’t fall to..
I was trying to explain that we were given a DIRTY room (without balcony although we paid extra for it) - their reply « I am sorry.. nothing we can do now»
I am filling a complaint with the Spanish Consumer Administration just now and reviewing the hotel on all my social media channels. It’s just not possible to take people for fools the way they did
Edit after hotel reply to my review:
I am sure you will - but what about my experience and the money I paid for those services??
And btw, my name is Claudia, not Lura

180 euros/night for a very small room (maybe 10 square meters with no space for suitcases), on the ground floor (no privacy facing the pool), with internet that didn't work and an empty minibar (not even a bottle of water! ). With the same price in Palmanova I had a double size room, sea view and all the services. It's a joke, it's not a 4 star. . Only the staff was nice and kind.

Price wise for us it was fine and cause it was last minute booking cause we wanted to extend our holiday for 3 more days, plus the hotel is only adults which was nice. Otherwise the hotels its self, hmm, it's a bit cold, i.e. the entré and the furniture). There is no charme compared to most of the boutique hotels i have been to, so 3 stars from me. The rooms are clean though, small. Big plus, though the air condition is perfect, especially during this hot season 👏😉. The service is good, and the receptionist/ stuff is professional and helpful😊. The location is good. That is to say, it's not far from the restaurants, beach, shops and the airport. If you want a last resort/ minute place, this hotel is your place, so I do recommend it.

The hotel is really nice. It is well situated only two streets away from the beach. Ya here are several bars and restaurants around so you don't need to go to Palma every single day.
The airport is really close but you can't hear the airplanes at all.
The room itself is quite small which means that there is not a lot of space for luggages and stuff. But it has a balcony which is cool to sit outside. It also has a pool with sun beds for a lazy day.
Breakfast was amazing. A huge array of choices with a chef making fresh pancakes or omelettes.
Staff was really friendly in all outlets of the hotel which is a huge plus.
