Good location, just up the road from main part of Palmanova. Food was lovely and plenty of selection each day.
Snack bar was incredible and available most of the day.
Rooms nice and modern.
The entertainment was very poor, nobody trying to involve you in games etc in the day and the kids disco was on at 9pm so the kids too tired or in bed.
They only have a couple of lifts so on peak times, was very hard to get a lift, especially when we had a pram with us. Had to lift it down the stairs several times.
Restaurant staff was pleasant but the bar staff wasnt too friendly, just impression we was an inconvenience but wasnt nasty or anything.
But would recommend for the price. Nice hotel.

I had an amazing time at Globales Mimosa, but I would especially like to highlight Sofia. She is one of the most positive, warm and genuine people I have ever met during my travels. From the very first day, she created a fantastic atmosphere and made everyone feel welcome. Her energy is truly contagious - always smiling, full of enthusiasm and natural joy. Most importantly, you can feel that she does all of this sincerely, not just because it’s her job.
I can honestly say that she is the first entertainer who truly convinced me to join hotel activities… and I actually had so much fun doing it 😄 Thanks to her, this trip became much more than just a regular vacation by the pool. The conversations, activities and positive energy made this stay unforgettable for me.
Globales Mimosa is very lucky to have someone like Sofia on their team ❤️

Exceptionally clean, food excellent and plenty of choice. Drinks were proper brands, Gordons gin, Smirnoff vodka etc. Only 5 minutes walk to the beach and a couple of bars, lovely coffee bar on the beach "Diana Cafe". Bus stop 2 min walk from hotel for bus to Palma. Nobody allowed to put towels on sun beds but there is at least 400 sunbeds. Staff throughout hotel friendly and helpful. We will book to go back.

Rooms were great, especially at the price. Drink selection was pretty good. Food in the buffet was much better than the price point, really good.
Plenty of space around the pool and restaurant, but we were there in October.
Right by a supermarket and the beach. Unsure what all the other complaints are about. It’s a solid 4 star hotel with good food and a large pool. If you want all the bells and whistles, go pay for them. Would 100% come back.

We stayed at Globales Mimosa in Palmanova and overall, I’d say it’s an okay hotel with some good points but also a few frustrating drawbacks.
Food and Drinks
The food in the main restaurant was generally good, with plenty of choice and decent quality. However, the snack bar doesn’t change much, so it becomes repetitive if you’re spending a few days by the pool.
The all-inclusive drinks selection was fine, but it was disappointing that beer isn’t available during meal times in the restaurant, only self-service wine. Other Globales hotels we’ve stayed in have allowed beer, so this felt like a downgrade.
Pool and Entertainment
The pool area is nice with lots of sunbeds and not much of the usual “towel reserving” issue, which was great. The pool itself is very cold, though, so be prepared for a chilly dip.
The animation team did make an effort with activities, but it felt a bit half-hearted at times – more of a casual walk-around than full-on engagement.
Also, be careful when walking around the pool, as the tiles become extremely slippery when wet.
Rooms
Unfortunately, this is where the hotel really falls short. The rooms are small and basic, with very little storage space in the bathroom (only around the sink), so we had to keep most of our toiletries in the wardrobe.
The air conditioning works but doesn’t get particularly cool fine for mild weather but probably not strong enough in peak summer.
The biggest issue is noise. The room doors have a noticeable gap at the bottom, and you can hear absolutely everything: people walking past, going up the stairs, and the cleaning staff dragging furniture and banging around from early morning. It honestly feels like there are no walls or doors at all when it comes to soundproofing.
Other Notes
We also had to pay €15 for early check-in to access our room and the all-inclusive earlier, which felt like a bit of a money grab – especially since we left at 6am on our last day and couldn’t use any of the facilities then. It doesn’t seem fair to charge extra on arrival when you effectively lose time at the end anyway.
Overall
Globales Mimosa has potential, good food, nice pool, and friendly staff but the noise levels and room comfort really let it down. With a few improvements to soundproofing and guest policies, it could easily be a much better experience.
