Just coming back from a lovely short break away. Went for 4 nights, really enjoyed it. Check in, excellent. Rooms, lovely and spacious. Staff are friendly and entertaining. Food and drink was good. Pool was lovely. Plenty of sunbeds. Hotel in good location. Beach just 7min walk. Supermarket right next to it. 20 mini walk to Magaluf. Would deffo come back. Thanks.

The room was certi, but when i checked out, i left my smokes in the room and came back to see if i could retrieve them and apparently they threw them out (liars bruv they defo smoked them) Overall, would recommend, just remember your smokes as you leave

Just returned 19-27thOct 2023 with my son, 15. We loved it, an amazing hotel, ideal location, for us, quiet and if you get right room (231) lovely see view. Staff were so welcoming, friendly and happy. Lobby area and bar is lovely, and always clean. The rooms are clean, tidy, simple, room serviced daily if you wanted. We would go back and would definitely recommend. The price we paid we were very happy.

Stayed here with my girlfriend and left today. The hotel is situated 5 minutes from the beach, restaurants and bars which are great for value. We were placed on the ninth floor of the hotel which is the top floor, this wasn’t ideal as the lifts were extremely slow and small & usually taken by people going up to floors 1-4, making it more time efficient to walk 9 flights instead of waiting for the lift. We also had an incident where the cleaners had mopped the floor outside our room but hadn’t put any wet floor signs out and I had slipped. Onto the positives! The food was great for an all inclusive, there was plenty of variety at breakfast, lunch and dinner. It’s my first all inclusive where the meat fell off the bone and hadn’t had to be chewed like rubber. The staff were professional and if you’re a gym go-er, you’ll find everything you need. It also has good air-con. The best time to go is early in the morning but during food rush hour it’s empty too. The pool area is great with some fun daytime activities for all ages, these include rifle pellet shooting, pistol pellet shooting, pool activities and volleyball etc. There’s never any fuss over sunbeds, and you’re guaranteed one even if you’re a late riser or coming back from lunch. The entertainment was either child focused or middle age adult focused, there wasn’t much for us 21 & 23, hence why we had spent more time at bars in the evening, but if you’re within those age brackets then I’m sure it would be a great night. Overall, happy with the experience and would return again if entertainment and lift issues would be amended.

The staff were lovely and the rooms were very nice and modern. The cleaning staff were amazing and the hotel was always nice and clean! The food was okay, but not many cocktails were included in all inclusive. A lot of the sunbeds and parasols were broken, so finding a spot around the pool was difficult.
