My stay at the Melia Clavia beach was delightful, thanks to the exceptional service and amenities.
The staff, especially Titania at the front desk, was incredibly helpful and courteous. Additionally, the club activities for children, overseen by Rumi and the attentive staff, were a highlight for my child. Their dedication and enthusiasm made each day fun and memorable. Moreover, our sea-facing room provided breathtaking views, adding to the overall experience.
The facilities at the level lounge were amazing. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service, the engaging activities, and the luxurious accommodations.
We can't wait to return for another wonderful experience!

Absolutely disappointed with my experience at Melia Calvia Beach hotel in Mallorca.
The incompetence of the reception staff led to an hour-long wait just to get my room key.
When I finally reached my room, the nightmare continued. Despite multiple attempts to contact the guest contact center, it took six tries before anyone bothered to answer.
And the room service? I ordered a hamburger only to receive something that resembled a culinary collapse scene. Would you feed this to your child?
To top it off, the room was filthy, with stains so pervasive that even my socks were unusable.
Forget about slippers, it's not provided in room.
My stay was not just disappointing; it was unacceptable.

Great Hotel. Location is perfect, close but not too close to the nightlife. We had a great room, fantastic view and spotless. We upgraded to the “Level” which was really worth doing, lots of nice extras that make the whole experience just that bit more special. Breakfast is amazing, although available in the level we had breakfast each day in the main restaurant. All the staff we dealt with were very nice and couldn’t do enough for us. Great stay.

Her dedication and commitment to guest satisfaction were evident when I encountered an issue with my shower room. Without hesitation, she graciously upgraded my room at no additional cost, making our experience even more memorable. Absolutely loved this hotel, I stayed during the end of August for four nights at the Level.
The room was perfect with a beautiful view of the sea, and the beach.
The food was delicious, with a variety to choose from whether it was breakfast, lunch or dinner.
When not at the beach, the indoor and outdoor pool areas were perfect to relax at with food and drink at your fingertips.
If you want to eat out, the boardwalk has a bunch of restaurants with a wide range of food, I recommend Oceans Beach Restaurant.
Although there was a slight issue with the room they assigned me (my room had a view of a painted roof and not a sea view as was requested), it was quickly resolved.
My overall experience at the Hotel was made all the more enjoyable due to the Guest Experience Team, specifically Christo (pronounced Hristo) Tatiana and Berta.
They were the nicest, kindest and most helpful staff members I've met in any hotel - stopping to chat whenever you walk by and
any issues or questions you had, they will genuinely endeavour to help.
For me the staff make the hotel, and will be one of the main reasons I will come back next year - take care of these 3 and give them a raise!
