The hotel was absolutely amazing.
I had booked The Level Junior Suite, and upon our arrival, there was a special check-in area exclusively for The Level guests. There was also a private lounge offering snacks and soft drinks throughout the entire day, along with a private pool that had a stunning view of the sea.
Additionally, from 5 PM to 6 PM, the lounge served a small buffet with delicious snacks, salads, and desserts.
The day we arrived was our wedding anniversary, and the hotel kindly upgraded us to a Family Junior Suite.
My daughter is one year old, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive to her. There is also a Kids Club for children starting from 8 months old, operating at three different times during the day: 10:30–12:00, 15:00–16:00, and 20:00–21:30.
The only downside was the dinner buffet. Some of the dishes were undercooked, especially the sushi — the rice was stale and not fresh. Additionally, some of the seafood had an unpleasant smell.
Overall, it was an unforgettable experience.

This is not a hotel I would return to.
First of all, I will say that the staff was very kind, and the food and kitchen staff were helpful and friendly.
But the room quality? Awful. Just awful.
The noise:
I slept terribly due to noise from other rooms. The sound insulation is poor. A chair moving upstairs in the middle of the night could wake me. But much, much worse: the terrace door was impossible to close (see photo). With the noise from surrounding parties, including the hotel's own events, it was a disaster. Even on the 7th floor, it was a literal nightmare. Luckily, I found a way to wedge the door shut with a little spoon, which closed the gap slightly. But with that solution, I wasn’t able to use the terrace at all.
The lights:
Room was impossible to darken. From the windows came always big light underneath and from the main door too, which even had a huge fire map in fluorescent lightning.
The pillows:
We booked a room for three people, the third being our 2-year-old son. The size of the pillows was gigantic. Our boy got a sore neck. I asked for smaller pillows, but they had none — not a single normal-sized pillow in the whole hotel. I had to wrap the pillowcase around some towels to create a makeshift small pillow. Awful. Just awful.
The parking:
The hotel couldn’t guarantee a parking space before arrival, which made it risky to show up with a rental car. We were lucky to be offered a spot in their small parking lot. We paid 30 euros per day — a total of 150 euros — just to park our car. I’ve never felt more taken advantage of.
And that was for an outdoor spot under trees that dropped lots of leaves and debris onto the car.
Other details:
The toilet paper was thinner than some of the materials used by NASA. Wifi didn't work in hotel lounge/bar area.
Because the room quality was so poor — and a good night’s sleep is essential to any hotel experience — I can only give the lowest score, despite the very good breakfast and helpful staff.
UPDATE:
Their answer here is full of lies. Very dissapointing to read, though a little funny too. Desperate.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. Our room was perfect — spacious, with a beautiful sea view and a large, comfortable bed.
The hotel has a great location, with easy access to the beach and plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
Despite all this, there were a few things that really disappointed us.
First, the dirty dishes in the dining room. You can find other reviews mentioning this issue as well, but unfortunately, the situation has not improved.
Second, drinks are not included with dinner — even water comes at an extra cost.
Lastly, the food was not very tasty. I understand that this is subjective, but for me, it was quite a disappointment.
Overall, I can recommend this hotel, but I would advise not to include dinners in your stay.

We stayed in a sea view room, which we were initially excited about, but unfortunately we couldn’t really enjoy it due to the constant loud noise coming from the outside air conditioning unit. It really took away from what should have been a relaxing experience.
Additionally, the beach bar looked promising, but it was quite understaffed—with just one bartender handling everything, the queue during the day got pretty long. A bit more attention to guest comfort and service would really go a long way in improving the overall experience.
