I stayed at the Alma beach for one weeks holiday, I was disappointed that the coach does not drop off nor pick up outside the hotel.
The hotel itself it’s absolutely beautiful when walking in, the smell was amazing!
Candles or flowers I’m
Not sure ? But it was extremely noticeable .
The cleanliness is second to none.
Unfortunately I had to change room as I was literally put in a room with someone’s home overlooking my window which had to net to give me privacy. I was a sole occupant of the room. No balcony and literally enough room for a bed and nothing else . Thankfully the front desk manager changed me rooms the following day. Still no balcony but room was slightly bigger and a window so I wasn’t in darkness nor overlooked by someone’s home balcony .
The staff are absolutely amazing and helped with birthday celebrations.
The food could have been better, often food wasn’t warm and limited choice but we always found something .
Desserts were fab !
Pools are adequate, 5 min walk to the beach from the hotel . Both near by beaches are nice offering a different vibe . For me the start made this a good stay .

Great location, close bus trip to the airport. Only a short bus ride into the heart of palma. Really good choice of restaurants and cafes around. Staff are really friendly and in house dining is great. They also organised a bottle of champagne for my fiance for her birthday. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel is in a nice central location for the beach, nearby shops and either a short bus or car commute into Palma itself.
Although the main ground floor pool does not get much sun during the morning, there is the option of the rooftop pool and bar area or the alternative sun deck on level 5 which have constant sun. The roof top bar has a great selection of drinks and if food is ordered it gets delivered to your sun lounger.
The food was amazing. Clearly freshly cooked and sourced nearby and not mass produced. The chefs and waiting staff are really friendly.
The rooms are ideal for what we needed with a spacious balcony. We did have an issue with our air con but they sent an engineer round to fix the same day.
The main beach was literally a stones throw away. And there is a cycle path very near which we joined on one of the days and cycled all the way to Palma.
All in all I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay for couples and friends! The rooms are small but the balcony we had was very spacious. Rooms are exceptionally clean and the breakfast is tasty and varied. One small hitch - the WiFi is terrible unless you are on the ground floor! We were only staying on the 2nd and it wouldn’t work.
Good quiet location away from the main strip and no noisy bars in the area 👍🏻

Hi folks ,
Don’t be fooled by the flashy pics . 1. This hotel is not on the beach and won’t get a sea view unless you’re quick enough to get one of only 6 sunbeds on the roof terrace . 2. Hospitality doesn’t exist here from problem solving to empathy … you get what your given and put up with it . 3 … you can’t polish something that well …. Don’t be fooled by the half attempt at an Alex Polizzi make over … poor poor poor . 4 and if you arrive late in the evening be prepared for the room attached (103) . Travel lodge standards are equal to this …. Only difference is a roof top that overlooks the bay and the surrounding area …. Try somewhere else !!! I promise you won’t regret it
