I would like to commend the hotel staff — they were truly friendly, polite, and always helpful. Also, the cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which we truly appreciated.
However, there are some things that need improvement. The rooms are not well soundproofed, and you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms. This is a big downside for a hotel that aims to offer privacy and comfort, especially for adults.
The beds were also a bit strange — they were unstable, moved easily, and made noise when turning. Maybe it was just our room, and we chose not to complain since we only used the room to sleep.
On the positive side, the location is excellent, close to the center and just a short walk from the beach. The food was also very good — a great variety and quality.
Overall, I give this hotel a 3 out of 5. With better room isolation and more stable beds, it would easily deserve a higher rating.

My stay at the hotel was truly lovely, largely thanks to the incredibly friendly and helpful staff who made every interaction a pleasure. Each morning started deliciously with the breakfast buffet, offering a fantastic array of choices to satisfy any craving. My room was immaculately clean, though I did find it a bit frustrating that the shower lacked cold water—a small detail, but one that's certainly missed after a hot day spent in the sun. On the brighter side, both pools were absolutely amazing, particularly the rooftop one, which boasts stunning views (just be sure to head up early to snag a spot!). The hotel's location was also a major plus, being just a short stroll from the beach and surrounded by an abundance of shops and restaurants.

The hotel has a stylish and modern interior, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The pool area is far too small for the number of guests – very few loungers and limited space. Our room and especially the bathroom were extremely cramped.
What really bothered us: We had requested a packed lunch for our departure day instead of breakfast (which was included in the rate, and normally costs €17 per person). This was confirmed in advance, but on the day of departure, no one seemed to know anything about it, and no solution was offered. Very disappointing service.

Breakfast was excellent and the rooftop pool was lovely — clean, relaxing, and a highlight of the hotel. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay was disappointing.
The room was tiny and felt claustrophobic for the price we paid. On top of that, we were charged an extra 30% simply because my partner joined me, even though we had booked a double room with a twin bed. No extra bed, towels, or services were provided beyond breakfast (which we’re fine paying for).
We travel often for my partner’s work, and bookings are usually for one person — but in cities like Venice, Las Palmas, Singapore, and Vancouver, we’ve never been charged extra for a second guest in a double room. This felt like an exploitative policy, not standard hospitality.
It’s unfortunate — with a little more fairness and transparency, this could’ve been a great stay. Instead, it left us feeling taken advantage of. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The only positive things about this hotel are the location and that the place is generally clean. That’s where it ends.
The rooms are very basic, with uncomfortable beds and a cheap shower cabin placed directly inside the bedroom – behind a glass box, which looks ridiculous and awkward. There’s no soundproofing at all, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to have 4 stars.
Every single night you get woken up multiple times by noise from other rooms, hallways, or outside. It’s impossible to get a proper night’s sleep.
Definitely not worth the price, and not even close to a real 4-star experience. Would not return.
