I’m currently staying at Iberostar Waves Cristina and just wanted to share how wonderful our week here has been! First of all, a huge thank you to the assistant manager Laura Frau. We had a little issue during our stay and she handled it with such professionalism, care, and kindness. She really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the outcome she provided for us. Thank you so much, Laura—you truly made a difference to our holiday! Also, a massive shout-out to Omar—his energy and sense of fun kept us laughing and entertained throughout the week. From bingo to Kahoots, he brought so much life to the evenings. The entertainment team as a whole deserves recognition too—so much effort, smiles, and good vibes every day. And tonight’s entertainment deserves its own special mention—the Hooligans, a Bruno Mars tribute band, were absolutely outstanding. They really made the evening something special and were hands down the best entertainment of the whole week! Overall, it’s been a fantastic week in a lovely hotel with a team that really cares. We’ll definitely be coming back again next year! 💙✨

Outstanding, a memorable stay! Excellent experience. Words can’t do justice to how amazing the food is. Such a huge variety, always fresh, thematic dinners, and so many things to choose from. It’s impossible to be disappointed, and everything is so tasty and cooked to perfection. I can’t stress enough how happy and impressed I was with the food at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I honestly was looking forward to the next mealtime to enjoy another delicious dish. We had Spanish tapas, seafood, Italian, Asian… I probably ate more than I should have, but I just couldn’t stop eating because I wanted to try everything. This is not your usual buffet food — I was positively surprised and amazed at how well meals and food in general are managed. Now, staff and entertainment: the staff is super well-trained, friendly, and go above and beyond. Everyone speaks multiple languages, and they are warm and make you feel welcome. There’s entertainment the whole day, and the evening shows are just great for both kids and adults. We found the all-inclusive to be a fantastic deal, and we feel it was worth it. There’s face painting every day, treats by the pool, and also during the shows. It was my first time in an all-inclusive resort, and this stay exceeded all of my expectations. It was a memorable stay, and there’s not a single negative aspect about it.

I recently stayed at Iberostar Waves Cristina for a week with my dad, and it was truly one of the best holidays we’ve had. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms, great pools, a nice gym, and sports facilities like paddle courts. The food was varied and delicious – every meal was a treat! But what truly made the experience unforgettable were the people. From the reception to the restaurant and especially the animation team, everyone was kind, energetic, and always willing to help. The atmosphere was really friendly – we felt welcome from the first day. One day, we spent time with a few of the entertainers – played darts, cards, bingo, and even a fun round of beer pong in the evening. There was a lot of laughter and positive energy all around – the kind of moments that stay with you long after the trip is over. This vacation also inspired me personally, as I’m about to start Tourism Management studies – and seeing how this hotel team creates such positive guest experiences really motivated me for the future. Highly recommend Iberostar Waves Cristina to anyone looking for a mix of relaxation, fun, and unforgettable human connections. Thank you for a beautiful week – I hope to come back someday!

We had a lovely stay, service and staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for you. Great atmosphere not too in your face you can jump in and out of it as and when you want. Bingo, water games etc Great bits for the kids, lots of choice and again you can join or choose not too. Food was lovely, we had half board breakfast and dinner and was lots of choice and everyone enjoyed. Rooms are nice and clean just great for the amount you're actually in there. Location is great so close to the beach and a parade of shops. We got the little train to the aquarium and that was fantastic and well worth a visit. Our son is 5 and absolutely loved it, he did mini chefs, bingo, water carpet (so much fun) We also had a spa treatment that was lovely, the spa was spotless and so relaxing. Definitely worth a treat

We had a great stay at this hotel! A special shoutout to the animation team, Lukas and Omar were fantastic. They brought so much energy and fun to our holiday with their dances and the sangria workshops. Even as a couple without kids, we really enjoyed joining in and appreciated all the effort they put in.
