Great Hotel!! We loved our time here, Hotel is super clean with a modern feel... Rooms are great! All staff members were really friendly, special mention to the reception staff, I didn't get all the names but Ana was a total delight so lovely and friendly!! Great location, minutes away from bench, great restaurants and shops... 5* all round, hopefully I will return sooner rather than later ❤️

My boyfriend and I had a great time in Can Picafort thanks to this hotel. THB Gran Play is situated in a perfect location, 2 min to the beach but away from noise of the main street. Rooms were made everyday. Rooms have a balcony with mountain or sea view, what can be better! It is adult only hotel so relaxation is guaranteed. Nice pool however I am not a pool person. Preferred swimming and snorkeling in the beach new by where we saw many fish, octopus and common stingray. Food was great! However, bare in mind dinner drinks with half board not included (breakfast drinks are included!). It didn't bothered me. Hotel chef J. Del Paso was freshly making delicious food. Best omelette ever! I don't know how he remembers so many orders and remember who ordered first! Impressive! We stayed for 10days and only last day we noticed that meals started repeating. All other hotel staff was nice and helpful including receptionists, cleaners, waiters (especially blond girl and kitchen supervisor!). We also had a massage done and the massage therapist was very good! Great sauna and jacuzzi! I am very happy customer and definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Room a little on the small size, complementary tea/coffee only given the first night in your room. Have to pay extra for room safe. Drinks in the restaurant not self service & often have to queue ! But the staff are lovely, especially the reception ladies. Hotel/rooms very clean. Food very good, variety every evening.

A good hotel in terms of price and quality, but the two-person balcony room is far too small because, for example, a normal-sized adult cannot pass the head of the bed without hitting the bed or the table, and this is a big problem at night in the dark if you go to the toilet without lights. Also, the pool area is too small in relation to the number of people and all the sunbeds are reserved early with towels. Pretty good service, although Germans are served better than others. The breakfast is good and I think the dinner is really good. Still, I won't book the hotel again because of the small size of the room and because Germans are served better. I think all paying customers should be treated equally kindly.

Lovely hotel with great staff, spotlessly clean. Food is good and the drinks excellent. Pool is nice and never too overcrowded. Well located near the shops, bars and restaurants of Can Picafort and a short walk to the beach. Only issue was the cooling in the room wasn't great, could do with being a degree or two cooler to make the evenings more comfortable.
