Well, as already read in previous reviews, I have to confirm some of the claims.
The rooms are in fact small, especially the bathroom.
The beds were 2 single beds that were placed next to each other. To me they were comfortable enough. The walls and windows were not really soundproof, so that you can almost hear your neighbors talking.
All of the staff was very friendly.
Unfortunately the dishes and glasses were in fact often dirty and sticky on the backside. That should not be, especially after many guests complained about it for weeks and months.
The food varieties were well. You had enough choices to find something suitable. I can't agree that the kitchen was too much meat orientated, as read in a review.
The prices in the bar were fair.
I was personally annoyed by the chairs in the restaurant as they were not sliding nicely on the floor but more like sticky.
There were enough sunbeds around the small pool, so that you could still find a space even without "reservation".
In all, our stay was good but I had already better stays in similar priced hotels in Mallorca.
Last but not least I can recommand the car rental service 'Trip cars' in front of the Flamenco hotel.

Positive aspects:
- very good location, just across the beach, with at least 7-8 restaurants within immediate reach.
- most rooms have direct view of the sea.
- friendly staff.
- daily cleaning (including towel replacement and bed sheet replacement)
- varied selection of food for breakfast, including local specialties.
Negative aspects:
- walls are very thin, so you will hear your neighbors. Floors do not have carpets and are made of tiles, which means that you hear everything that gets dropped or dragged on the floor by neighbors (this is particularly annoying if neighbors have small kids)
- cutlery, dishes and glasses in the restaurant are sometimes superficially washed, so you can still see traces of food or juice from previous guests. (I would say this is not an exception. Almost every large restaurant serving buffet has this problem!)
Other useful information:
- the hotel does not have its own parking, but parking is free and generally easy to find on the streets around it.
- this is NOT in the noisiest part of the resort, but you will occasionally hear noise from the nearby hotels or the hotel itself, because in summer, almost every hotel offers some evening entertainment (mini-disco, live concerts, etc.) This is not too annoying, because everyone in the area stops playing loud music at 23:00, but it can be a problem if you want to go to bed early and/or have very small children.

A nice and pleasant hotel. Anna and Max were very helpful, professional and polite on the front desk. Good value for month. Can get a full English breakfast as well as continental. Outside pool area and covered seating area are great, good layout and lifeguard always on duty. My door handle to the room was a bit stiff, once I informed reception is was fixed immediately. Sliding door to balcony was also stiff, but not too much of an issue. Overall a good hotel with pleasant staff and value for money

Great location, I recommend the rooms with sea view. The room needs to be updated, but it is good for a 4 stars. I like the fruits in the breakfast, good variety and quality. Coffee is bad, as in most spanish hotels.

We have good one-week vacation here. Location - perfect, not far from beach. Beach - rocky, we found better a little aside. Rooms - ok, but quite old with strange planning in bathroom. Reception - pleasant. Comfortable lobby for those who wants to work. Restaurant - good verity of different food (meat, vegetables, deserts) and each day something new, we enjoy
BUT NOT for the rest WITH BABIES. Nominally hotel has high chairs, yes. But (!) We have 16-moths toddler who is not eating by himself, so we are not really clean and each day personal and people scold and comment us. It makes us feel uncomfortable. If someone enjoys not to see dirty hands and napkins and hear baby talk - please choose Adults only hotels (or mark this one accordingly). At the same time waitresses and maids were really pleasant with baby.
