Would highly recommend this hotel.
Location a bit quieter, suited us. Late 50's. Spotless hotel. Lots of sunbeds in May. Swimming pool lovely. Staff great. Food very good. Great choice of cocktails at an affordable price. Infact drinks were pretty cheap compared to home.
We stayed in the hotel bar most nights as it was so nice.

I am incredibly disappointed with the customer service and lack of transparency at Hipotels Flamenco. Due to a system error on Booking.com, I was incorrectly booked into a single room instead of a double. When I approached the reception manager, Carla, and another employee Xisco, to correct this and upgrade to a two-person room, the response was entirely unprofessional. Because my original €400 reservation was non-refundable, they gave me a harsh ultimatum: either lose all the money I had already paid or pay a €178 difference, claiming the two-person rate was €578.
The most frustrating part was the blatant overcharging. When I checked the current room prices online right there, the actual rate was only €494 without a membership, and €469 with one. Instead of honoring their actual online rates and charging a fair upgrade fee, Carla and the staff insisted on the inflated price and charged me the fee without membership. They also refused to change the room category and insisted that I have to pay for the same room category. They repeatedly dismissed my concerns, telling me it was “my problem” and already offering enough “flexibility”. It felt like a deliberate money grab rather than an attempt to help a guest resolve a booking error. I expected much better hospitality and problem-solving from a hotel of this standard.
The room is also not up to my expectations. Even with the direct sea view one, it’s still blocked by other buildings. I strongly recommend to avoid this hotel.

Arrived yesterday. Excellent quality. Rooms spacious, only one downside for us, cannot put hdmi lead to the back of tv. Failing that lovely 😍

The facility is new but don’t waste your money for the side sea view upgrade. It will depends on which floor you get. If you are unlucky like me in the first floor You won’t able to get any view from the room.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The place is absolutely beautiful, the staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and the food is simply the best. Everything was perfect. We truly enjoyed every moment here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful experience.
