We, family of three, spent a fantastic holiday here, so the least we can do is leave a good review. We have absolutely nothing to complain about. The hotel is completely renovated, the room and bathroom are comfortable and clean, all staff extremely friendly, the food at breakfast and dinner really good with a great choice. Good location by the sea and Cala Millor is quiet but at the same time a bit lively, so it doesn't get boring. Thank you again to all staff who made our holiday a great experience!

We were planning to book this hotel again, as we had a great stay last year. However, to our surprise, we found out that our baby—who isn’t even 1.5 years old—is counted as a full-paying guest when booking a room. We’re not allowed to have him stay with us in our room and are forced to book a more expensive triple room, as if a baby were an additional adult.
We find this policy absolutely ridiculous. In almost every other hotel, it’s perfectly normal for a baby to stay in the parents’ room free of charge, often with a baby cot provided. Here, however, it seems the priority is profit over fairness or hospitality.
It’s a shame that such an unfriendly policy toward families is the reason we’ll be booking elsewhere. Definitely not recommended for families with young children.

Had a very good experience during our last vacation, although it is located on one of the corner of the island but the drive only takes about an hour, Good hotel with decent service provided, they even have some activities to go through the whole day to keep people occupied. And their breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet spread is one of the best We've ever had, the variety and the quality was simply amazing!

Myself and sister are currently staying here at the hotel flamenco, we arrived last monday. The hotel is stunning after having a full refurbishment last year. Amazing views from the balcony. Everywhere in the hotel is very clean. All staff appeard friendly at first but as the days went on they became less so. Huffing & puffing around us. Bar waiting on staff would serve everyone sitting around us first before acknowledging us. No english spoken by entertainment during evening show. Nothing is written in english in the restaurant so you have to hazard a guess at what some items of food are. This hotel is definitely set up for Germans and Dutch. If you dont mind people muttering and staring at you, youll be ok. Would we return. NO !!!! Due to hostility shown by others. We both felt uncomfortable and spent majority of our time exploring surrounding areas.

A nice refurbished hotel in Cala Millor. Could not fault this hotel apart from the ( after thought ? ) outside bike storage. As having two expensive e bikes, a wooden penn with no security, no lighting and no roof wasn't exactly pleasing. On the plus side, people can wheel their bikes into the reception area luggage room to charge them. There are only three wall sockets, which would probably be taken in peak season ( we went December). Other than this one niggle, I would still recommend this hotel to anybody.
