From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in the warm, welcoming atmosphere of Ferguson Style Tobago. The ambience was just perfect — relaxed yet vibrant, with a touch of luxury that made every day feel special.
The food was a definite highlight. With a different theme each night — Latin, Asian, Mediterranean, and Italian — there was always something new and delicious to try. The variety was impressive, catering to all tastes, and the live cooking stations were a joy to watch. Seeing the chefs in action gave us a whole new appreciation for the dedication and skill it takes to prepare such amazing meals. A huge shoutout to the culinary team for keeping our bellies full and our hearts happy!
Our room was spotless and incredibly comfortable. After long days exploring the city and taking leisurely walks, sinking into those fluffy beds with plenty of pillows felt like drifting onto a cloud. It was the perfect haven for rest and recharging.
Location-wise, the hotel couldn’t be better — just steps from the beach, with restaurants, markets, pubs, bars, and shopping all nearby. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips.
A heartfelt thank you to every single member of the team — from managers to chefs, maintenance, waitstaff, reception, kitchen, and cleaning crew. Your hard work, kindness, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. You truly make this place shine.

Very Bad, Unsafe Design, Serious Safety Breaches, & Extremely Poor Management — Avoid Until Changes Are Made
I stayed here for a special occasion and was appalled by the hotel’s dangerous design, multiple serious safety hazards, and unprofessional customer service.
Key issues include:
The reception area is completely surrounded by steps, making it totally inaccessible for guests with luggage, mobility issues, or disabilities. This breaches EU accessibility regulations, and the hotel shows absolutely no concern for compliance or guest safety.
My room had a very heavy ceramic bedside lamp hanging dangerously low over the bed. I hit my head twice, and reception staff admitted this is a known problem which the hotel only adresses if you complain and then, only by tying it up!
The bathroom contains no sink at all — the only sink is in the bedroom. This is against Mallorca’s accommodation standards and is both impractical and unhygienic.
The breakfast area is dangerously cramped and poorly laid out. I witnessed a guest wielding a long bread knife just inches from others due to the tight space — an accident waiting to happen.
The bar area’s poor design and construction cause storm water to pool under seat cushions, soaking guests. Unfortunately, this is a common issue in Mallorca, where shoddy construction leads to water ingress during heavy rain or storms. However, the hotel management makes no effort to resolve or mitigate this, despite repeated complaints.
Reception staff, notably Anna, were dismissive and indifferent to serious guest concerns. The level of basic customer service was shockingly poor.
When I raised all these issues with management, I requested a partial refund of just 25% of what I paid for the total stay. The hotel manager flatly refused, even after Expedia intervened, blatantly ignoring all of the health and safety risks and the dreadful guest experience, claiming that the hotel policy does not allow them to refund for these very serious issues, which is patently false.
This refusal, combined with the ongoing safety breaches and disregard for accessibility laws, shows the hotel’s complete lack of responsibility or care for its guests.
Due to the multitude of serious safety, accessibility, and management failures are addressed, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel entirely. Potential guests—especially elderly or mobility-impaired visitors—should be fully aware of these dangerous conditions before booking.

Lovely clean hotel, we had a swim up room, couldn’t fault it. Friendly helpful reception staff. Included breakfast which was really nice. Omelettes made to order and it’s adults only a big bonus, it’s at the quieter end of Palma nova so a 15 min walk to the more busier bars

I had an incredible stay at the adults-only Fergus Style Palmanova hotel. The hotel is located along the Palmanova strip; it sits across from the beach and is next to several restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. Everything about the hotel was spot on: the friendly, kind-hearted staff, clean and spacious modern rooms, tasty breakfast buffet, and great amenities. I cannot recommend this hotel enough! It checks all the boxes and more! I cannot wait to come back!

Great experience at the sea in Palmanova. I booked this hotel via Vila tennis & padel Academy. I had a late night check in and they left a platter with dinner waiting for me in my room. Quality of breakfast & dinner was great. Service was very friendly and willing to help. I can recommend this hotel to everyone!
