This hotel offers very poor value for money. There were no basic toiletries in the bathroom—no cotton buds, cotton pads, comb, or nail file. Slippers were only available upon request at reception, and even the safe required a key that had to be collected separately. This is definitely not a 4-star hotel. Good thing - in front of the beach

Lovely hotel, we upgraded to a suite on arrival and it was worth it, huge lounge/bed room and fantastic Seaview from balcony and our private upper terrace. But I wasn't keen on the see-thru glass walls of the shower, or the sink being open to the bedroom! Staff were very helpful (especially Aga on reception). Outside pool and seating areas all nicely furnished and clean. We used the indoor Spa, it's small but ideal for 2 people with mini pool, sauna & recliners (needs pre-booked). Decent selection of drinks at the bar, usual hotel prices. We were on Half Board, breakfast was ok, usual buffet stuff, but felt dinner in evening wasn't really 4 star standard- show cooking with fresh meat or fish was good, but salads, vegetables and desserts could have been better. Hotel is ideally located on the beach, and right next to lots of different styles of restaurants and cafés, some of these not yet open for summer. Would go back to this hotel, but stick to B&B.

The first thing in a room one would expect is a comfortable sleep. My three nights has been disastrous as I couldn't sleep because of heating in the room. The staff told me how to change it but they also told me that it wont give cool air as its winter or else I switch it off. If I switch that off the ventilation wasn't there. I did tell staff all the 3 nights and they tried to help but made it clear that the room will be warm. So I didnt enjoy my stay due to disturbing nights.
Breakfast was amazing and staff at reception and bar is amazing. Kamal and the other lady(Lorenzo) in the morning were very good in customer service.
I will visit again due to the beautiful location but will try in summer when the air con throws cool air.

This is a well located hotel, about half hour bus ride from Palma and the airport. The hotel itself is more a 3* for room quality and missing a few things e.g. iron, paper towels in room, basic toiletries supplied. Had robes and slippers etc in other 4* hotels we've stayed at so missed that.
The relaxation area (bookable in hour slots) is nice - small pool and sauna, a shame the jacuzzi function doesn't work. The breakfast had a good variety of items and egg chef. Service was good. The pool area was generally quiet and loungers always available. I'd definitely recommend this hotel for short stays.

During the winter some areas are completely dead. This place is in a good location next to bars and restaurants. Check out the quiz night at archies bar on a Tuesday night. Rooms were clean, service was great. Breakfast is fantastic . Prices were very reasonable
