Rooms/Infrastructure While the room had a great view, it could benefit from some modern updates. The curtains almost fell from the windows, and the furniture seemed in need of replacement. Service Our stay started with high expectations, as the website mentioned the availability of on-site bike rentals. Unfortunately, this amenity wasn't available during our visit. This posed an inconvenience as our vacation plans were centered around cycling, and we ended up having to take a 1.5-hour bus ride back and forth to Palma to pick-up and return bicycles. Location The hotel's location was a hidden gem; nestled in serene surroundings, it offered easy access to a stunning bay. Conclusion Regrettably, our overall experience fell short of our expectations. While the hotel's location is undoubtedly charming, the unmet service promises leave us with no intention to return.

The staff was not super welcoming but that was ok. View of our bedroom was incredible and the pool was appreciated (super nice view as well). This hotel is a little bit old-fashioned (decoration) but authentic.

This genuinely was an amazing getaway, the town is beautiful, well-kept and most importantly, it's in the perfect location. The hotel is in the mountains, overlooking the sea (only a 20 minute walk downhill to a secluded cove- perfect for snorkeling). For the hotel itself, all the staff were amazing (shoutout to Anna at reception for being incredibly welcoming and helpful). The terrace pool is stunning with a serene view down to the cove, and there's a cute cocktail bar with bargain prices. The rooms have all the amenities you need as well as being incredibly clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included with our room and allowed for lots of choice (veggie included). We paid an extra €10 for the spa per person, the perfect rest after a day at the beach (note that massages are extra). Overall, a lovely experience and the beds were the comfiest I've ever slept in, I definitely recommend the Maristel :)

Incredibly beautiful place! Highly recommend. great pool area with amazing views, clean and spacious rooms. The highlight was the breakfast buffet though, which also includes plenty of options for vegan/vegetarian people. Staff was super knowledgeable about vegan too, even could tell me that one particular pastry contained animal grease. Didn't use the Spa but from what I saw I imagine it's amazing as well! 10/10

Very friendly, customer-oriented and caring staff. We felt very welcome and taken excellent care of. Breakfast was delicious, also very nice cocktails at the bar/restaurant. The Spa area is pretty cool. Perfect location to start adventurous hikes along the coast or drives by car. Very calm and relaxing surroundings with beautiful scenery.
