Overall, the hotel was good, especially the location. The beach near the hotel is very beautiful, and the promenade is also lovely for walks 🌊
When we made the reservation, there was some confusion with the room details in the documents. At first, one room type was listed, then another, even though we originally booked a room with a direct sea view. In reality, the view was partially sea, partially mountains, and partially the pool area.
The hotel itself is large and seems to be part of a chain with hotels in different cities across Spain. Because of that, it sometimes feels a bit less personalized due to the high number of guests.
Breakfast was included and actually quite good — there was a nice selection of food, so it was easy to find something tasty. The hotel also has a sunbathing area and a pool, although the pool felt a bit small for such a large hotel.
The sea is around a 5–7 minute walk away, which is still very convenient. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Great location, nice stuff. The food was nice. Breakfast is reach and very suitable for vegans. Spa is a bit too cold..
Hotel does have electrical charger ( for free, like always on Mallorca ), but it was usually blocked by some rare benzine vehicle.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the hotel management and staff for the warm welcome.
Everything was excellent — the service, the comfort, and the overall experience. This is definitely a place you want to return to again and again.
Warm wishes and thank you for such a memorable stay!

My wife and I stayed here in March for 4 nights. While there the hotel was undergoing refurbishment and painting on around 2/3rds of the hotel which we were not pre-warned about. The lobby bar and area had external workers in either polishing or putting a top surface on the tiles every single day using machinery, this made using the bar and lobby area very difficult or unable to at some times. The pool bar was closed and the outdoor pools were full of leaves and debris and not cleaned once whilst we were there. The walls are paper thin, so you can hear everything happening in the next room, even running a tap.
When checking out I was told we had to pay 62 euro's for tourist tax and 'other charges', we were expecting the tourist tax but know that anything else had been paid for by card or cash during our stay. The receptionist went away and came back with an invoice that had multiple glasses of cava on account, when I questioned this he just said the bill is now 6 euro's 50!
Also on the day we checked out my wife took her purse out of the safe, where it had been for all the time we stayed there, and placed it on the bed. We were landing in the UK when she realised that she had left her purse on the bed, at the first chance we rang the hotel and explained the situation but was told we would need to call back the next day. We called the next day and again told to call back later which we did and were then told that they had checked with house keeping who said the purse was not there. I politely explained that it was there and had been in the safe for all the remaining time we had been there. I was told sternly it was not there and that they had my contact details should it turn up. Absolutely shocking customer service, particularly as we know the purse was there when we left the room and shut the door.
I would never return to this hotel or recommend it.

Repeat visit to this hotel after a number of years. Refurbishment has taken place with walk in rain showers, very comfortable beds and excellent buffet breakfast. Negative points:- housekeeping staff have a habit of leaving the lights on in the room after cleaning. The first day thought someone was in the room also the hotel has this habit of automatically turning on the balcony lights till midnight and there is no way to turn the light off plus it's a terrible waste of energy both housekeeping staff habit and a lit up hotel. Recommended as a hotel as well as it's situation.
