Great Location for this hotel. Beach is only a few steps away, with local supermarket and some chineese stuff shops. Around there are a good few dining options.
The hotel itself is clean, fresh smell, pools are clean and spacious. Rooms are quiet small, but you dont spend mutch time there. Cleaned daily. Some issue with small ants, we were in 2nd floor, guess 4th floor and up would not have it. 2sets of 4lifts gets you to the room with no delay.
Breakfast was good. Plenty of options to get your morning started.

Perfect resort if you want an all-in-one experience. For a short stay, treat yourself with the superior sea view in rooms 405 to 412, or the same corner at the fifth and sixth floor.
The full pension is probably a good offering, considering there aren't too many restaurants around and they are expensive (but good). We didn’t tale that, but we had the "my favourite club" formula besides bed and breakfast. The deal is reasonable and includes a quiet lounge with a limited selection of drinks, sandwiches and cakes.
The stretching and yoga sessions were quite nice for active people, the seaside and the rock area are amazing, and the evening activities are maybe tacky but fun.
Minor remarks: the hotel does show its age: we had two electricity breakdowns because of a failure in the badge reader, the phone was not connected, and a boiler was provided but there was no plug on the wall. Staff is helpfull though.
The main issue however is the spa and gym: this is absolutely worn out, with just one shower, a big hammam without cleaning, a small cracking sauna, and many things that are broken (fitness devices, the foot bath, two showers). The overall feeling is that you should just not go to the spa, which isn't much of a problem as the beach is so nice.
Finally, walks in the neighbourhood are uninteresting, because it's fully occupied by houses. A ten or twenty minute bus ride will bring you to Andratx or Port d'Andratx, which are good starting point for hikes. It's probably also a good region for cyclists.
Long story short: perfect beach hotel in one of the most beautiful bays.
EDIT: The owner of Hyatt hotels is named in the Epstein files. If this makes you feel uneasy, look further.

We stayed at Alua Gran Camp de Mar for 4 nights as part of our honeymoon, and overall we had a really lovely experience. We had a double room with sea view including breakfast, and after arriving in the evening we were welcomed by Ramiro at reception, who immediately gave us a great first impression of the hotel. Friendly, energetic, and genuinely helpful. We upgraded to all inclusive after arrival and definitely did not regret it. He made sure we could still grab dinner before the restaurant closed and helped us settle in smoothly.
The food overall was good with lots of variety, especially the fresh carving stations with pork, chicken, and fish, which were delicious and flavorful. Breakfast was also very enjoyable with freshly made pancakes, eggs, and plenty of options. Desserts were sometimes a bit repetitive, but the chocolate fountains and fresh fruit were great additions. The ice cream was decent too. It is clearly a very popular hotel, so arriving early for dinner is a good idea since queues can form later in the evening.
One small thing worth mentioning is that some tapas, cheeses, cold cuts, and especially fruit occasionally seemed to sit out a bit too long and could probably be refreshed more frequently during busy hours.
The drinks were overall very good, although the taste and strength depended slightly on the bartender. The hotel also has several bar areas, including a quieter adults-only rooftop section with jacuzzis, which was a really nice touch.
Our room was comfortable and clean, and daily housekeeping felt luxurious. The only slight disappointment was that some trees blocked part of our sea view, but luckily we stayed in one of the outer buildings away from the main pool and entertainment area, which made the stay much quieter.
One thing this hotel genuinely does very well is service. Every employee we passed smiled, greeted us, and clearly worked hard to create a welcoming atmosphere.
The facilities were also great: spa, gym, indoor pool, jacuzzi, and plenty of daily activities including yoga, bingo, darts, table tennis, disco nights, and even a large arcade room.
The location is beautiful and peaceful, with the beach literally 30 seconds from the hotel. Camp de Mar felt much quieter and more relaxing than other tourist areas, especially in early May.
There were only two things that slightly affected the experience for us. First, there are quite a lot of birds around the outdoor areas, which means bird droppings occasionally end up in the pool and outdoor seating. Second, we were woken up at 7 AM on two mornings by loud leaf blowers in the lounge area below our room. We completely appreciate the hotel’s high cleaning standards and hardworking staff, but starting the louder outdoor cleaning slightly later would make the mornings much more relaxing for guests.
Overall, we had a wonderful honeymoon stay here. The hotel offers beautiful surroundings, hardworking staff, good food, plenty of activities, and a calm atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind.

We had very nice stay at Alua Gran Camp de Mar. Especially of bartender Oksana, that’s the vibe we have expected on this holiday! And thank you, administrator Ross. You’re doing a really good job of taking care of us! Keep going, guys! Nice food, clean rooms.

We spent a week here, the hotel is very clean and welcoming. We were in room 605 and the view was absolutely incredible. The food was great and we especially enjoyed the fish bbq. The spa area was always quiet when we went in the mornings. Staff were friendly especially Richard behind the bar always made us laugh. Would highly recommend this place
